Hotels don't disclose such details, I think this should be added to the hotel description and the Discount should be applied. People fly from another countries just to spend 1 week to RELAX here. I think this the disrespect to the client. Client RIGHTS should be protected. Now about GOOD things to keep the review honest. Perfect stuff, perfect BREAKFAST area! Nice clean room. Yep no sound proof but if you relax actively you will sleep like fine.

This hotel is a hit for lots of reasons but a miss in others also. The hits: location is great at the end of the road near Canggu beach which in our opinion is not the greatest, but with lots of options on your doorstep for food and entertainment. The pool area is nice and the surrounding gardens are well kept. The staff are super friendly and are doing their best to keep the place as clean and welcoming as possible. The gym is usable and you can make the most of what they have to work up a sweat. Breakfast is nice but only as it comes with the room. I would look elsewhere if you’re paying extra. Misses: this place is FAR from tranquil. It’s super noisy from 0800 onwards from cleaning staff pushing the cart up the hall or guests slamming doors behind them as they leave their rooms. The hotel is also in the middle of a number of building sites that are far from completion… however this is Bali and Canggu in particular. .. .. they kick off the noise around 0830. Thin walls means if you have noisy neighbours you’ll have to call reception to get them to zip it. The view over the construction sites are also disappointing if you like spending time chilling on the balcony. The toilet arrangement is interesting and if you end up with Bali belly, your roommates won’t need to wonder what is going on, as you all may as well be in the cubicle together… and the flush sounds like Concorde is taking off … not ideal at night. But if you can forget the noise and overlook the view it’s a nice enough and pretty good value.

Me and my friends - we Stayed in 6 diff resorts, villas and hotels in my trip. I’ve had the worst experience at this hotel. Me and my partner accidentally booked 2 rooms on the same days. They charge exorbitant amount for their executive and superior rooms and they failed to cancel either bookings. The four days of stay ended up being a nightmare. The staff was quite rude, non-cooperative and made the check out process extremely painful by holding me at the reception and asking me for a stupid Hair-dryer-storage bag that they couldn’t find in the room. The keycard that was in the room when I went them to show the hair dryer and they harassed me while I was in my cab for the key card in the end. Adding exorbitant amount of taxes and surcharges on their so called special happy hour cocktails was a daily thing for them. The staff didn’t cooperate about mosquito issues, temperature control issues and many other problems. I wish I had not booked this place.

We stayed for 5 nights. Spacious room. Very welcoming staff on our first day in, had a great time chatting with them. Great location to get to many places in Canggu -- food, money changers and more food! Housekeeping did a really good job daily. The facilities were well maintained. Since we were there for awhile, we wanted to dry our swimsuits and it was really nice that the room had plenty of hangers and our balcony had a bar for us to hang a few items. We also rented a scooter from them for a day, definitely worth it to get around Canggu. We loved everything about this place and couldn't bear to leave. Will definitely be back!

Staying in this hotel for a very short Bali escape, and it was great. Room is good and spacious in affordable price. I love the shower head. Combined with strong water pressure, it seems gave me a head massage. I am just wondering, why did they set up the sink in the bedroom area, instead of bathroom area. But it's okay though. Breakfast just standard, but the taste is good. I love the way the greeter approached me to ensure that the breakfast provided met my expectations. Since I spent much time outside, so I hadn't try another hotel facilities. But overall, the ambience were so peaceful.

We stayed here for 7 nights. We booked at ground floor and Deluxe type room. The room is spacious, clean and beautiful. Even though the hotel is new and modern the rooms are noisy. You can hear when people are walking or rolling their luggage outside your door. We could literally hear our neighbour snoring. We are sensitive to noise so that wasn't a good experience for us. The breakfast lasts until 11:30 and it's buffet with some custom options such as eggs, pancakes and waffles. That's really nice. However, the staff is noting down when you had breakfast. That's annoying if you ask me. We had breakfast at 08:30 and 11:00 I wanted to have some fruit. The staff told me I already had breakfast and was not allowed to take some fruit. I mean come on. That's just not nice.... :-) Let your guests eat how much and how often they want during the breakfast hours like any other hotel does! + Perfect location + Modern and new hotel + Very clean and beautiful hotel + Staff at the hotel is overall very friendly - Noisy rooms - We felt like the staff at the breakfast was watching what and how much food we put on our plates. That's not a nice feeling.

The hotel is very clean and has great facility. It has large swimming pool and and nice ambience lounge at the side of the pool for chilling out as there is music being played. All the staff from hotel reception, room boy, security until bar attendant and waiters are all very kind. The location of this hotel is great too, nearby shops and nice restaurants. The hotel rate is very affordable. It is very recommended to stay in this hotel.

Enjoyed staying here for 4 nights. Was a bit surprised by being asked to download the App but it was the most amazing thing. super easy to request and get clear follow up from App. way better than u calling to the reception. The menu on the app cateogorized with all kinds of services . Friendly. Clean housekeeping. Good pool, walkable to beach.

Room is pleasant and clean. Love their Grohe shower, comfy bed & pillows, huge swimming pool. Facilities & staffs are good. Two days before check-in, I remind them through Whatsapp my request of good view (already mentioned it through Agoda notes also). But unfortunately all of them ignore my request & give me room which half window view is blocked by a big wall. They offer me another room but the view is worse, some slum huts on an unfinished buildings next to the hotel. The walking path to the beach doesn’t have any lights, be careful when you walk at night.

The room is spacious. I love how easy when you use the shower. Just press the button and set the hot water, I worked within seconds. I stayed for 7 nights here, got weekly special rate. When I wanted to extend the sales said there’s no more special rate, and I asked for the normal rate instead. But the sales didn’t reply my last message like they think I can’t afford for normal price. I don’t like the attitude of their sales, very unprofessional. They should reply for any questions from customers. They even replied my messages within days, very late response. Other than that, the hotel is pretty.

This is almost perfection. Staffs are so helpful and nice, Room is clean and so comfy, the shower is the best of all. Swimming Pool for kid is great with a Tiny Room for kids to play just near to the kid pool. Breakfast is awesome. The only problem was the door of the room, they were closing so loud because no slower system at the door, a little bit annoying in the evening but it was alright.

Spent Christmas here with my partner and a friend who had a separate room. Overall, the hotel was great. Very new, everyone was very nice and helpful, and the location was fantastic - close to the beach and lots of nice shops and restaurants, but also on a quiet street. Yes, there is construction, but it's not terribly loud and happens at normal times. All of Canggu seems to be under construction too! Only thing, is the washroom situation. The toilet is separate from the shower, and the sink is in the room. It's more of a frosted glass panel vs. a full door, so, y'know. Just be comfy with who you're sharing a room with, ha! Overall, great experience. The friendliness of the team, the stellar location, and the overall very modern and clean hotel facilities and room made it awesome.

This is the 3rd time I visited the hotel. It surely become our family's fave hotel if we want to spend our holiday in Canggu. But sadly, they didn't maintain their pool. I noticed that the tiles are coming off. Even though the children love playing with those tiles I don't think it is good for safeties. They also do not have policies on price if the guest extends their stay. They charged me the normal price with the increase of high occupancy. While I know for sure that the price even going below the rate that I paid for the 1st 3 nights. But on top of that, the service from the front office, the waitress, and the people who work there are amazing. I was surprised when the waiter brought my in-room dining order, he greeted us, "Welcome back Ibu, how long are you going to stay now?" ... The greetings that I did not expect came from him. He is the only one who greeted us with that superb service.

Came with my husband and son for a 1 week vacation and it was amazing. The facilities, the staff, location and services available were incredible and helpful. We were able to book a location babysitter through the hotel and have date nights too! We built a special relationship with Diar, she was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had a baby cot in the room for our 2 year old. She also help recommend great attractions and places to eat. They provide massage services and spas as well as happy hours and amazing food. Would 100000% recommend again. Thank you! We’ll be back one day soon x

This is our second time staying in this hotel. First time of course we were satisfied, and this second time also happy and satisfied. Location is just perfect walking distance to the beach and everywhere. Room is spacious bed is so comfortable and keep the room tidy for us, That always makes feel clean :) Staff members are super friendly too. I'm looking forward to stay my third time soon. ( the construction is going on but we didn't have any problems to stay)

Great staff. Wonderful and wide variety at breakfast. Nice rooms as advertised. Air conditioning was a bit weak in the room we stayed at but still worked. The hotel used an app to schedule room service and cleaning which made communicating easier.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation in Bali! 5minute walk from the beach. The pool is absolutely divine. If you like to work out there is also a small gym on site 24hrs and also 24hr reception desk. Shout out to the staff you are all so amazing and beautiful. Attentive, caring & welcoming - I appreciate all the staff that let me practice and teach me Bahas ❤️ Specifically Surya from Housekeeping for the beautiful animal towels you have made me. I love them and they make me smile.

Wonderful hotel, modern, clean, very attentive staff, the bed was very comfy. All rooms on the higher floor have a sea view. Good A/C, large safe in the room. There is quite a bit of construction around the hotel (as anywhere in Bali really), but the room was reasonably quiet. The pool area is beautiful, air conditioned gym.. location is really nice - within a few mins walk from bars and restaurants, yet quiet and far from the Canggu noise. ~5mins walk to the beach too.

We had a fantastic stay at Eastin! Clean rooms, hot water and a great pool area. Staff were amazing especially Herry who drove us and gave us great insight on where to go in Canggu. He went above and beyond and we will be back 🙏

My friends and I are so glad we chose to stay here the rooms are spacious and the amenities are wonderful! The staff is super helpful and friendly I really enjoyed my interaction with pande who checked me in and azizah who helped me to my room and gave me all the information I needed for a comfortable stay here at the hotel. It’s really clean which is wonderful! And all in all I would definitely recommend more people to stay here. I must say the bathroom has an interesting layout. Checking in took some time and the room wasn’t ready yet when I arrived at 3 pm which kinda sucked cause I just wanted to lay down after my journey. But it didn’t take too long for them to have the room prepped. All in all great experience even with slight delays

A very very nice resort in a slightly less busy part of Changgu but only one street over you have the Main Street and only a very short walk to the beach. Rooms are perfect and exactly what you need. Staff are amazing, polite and always happy to help. Good buffet in the morning Pool bar is a little bit expensive but the food is delicious none the less. Due to the growth of the local area, yes there is some construction around and you hear it from 8am till 8pm. The resort do their best and it’s not their fault, they sent security over for us immediately one night as they were working a bit later but honestly it’s not a big deal and you hardly hear it whilst your enjoying a drink by the pool during the day and it doesn’t wake you up in the mornings either.

Absolutely amazing! The rooms were SO clean, the housekeeping staff make little animals out of our towels every day, the breakfast buffet was really good quality with a really good range of food (Indonesian, western, pastries, dairy and dairy free options, gluten free options). The shower amazed me for some reason, I think it was the fact that there were buttons to control everything instead of handles? The body wash supplied smelled really nice, the shower's water pressure was really good. Overall, amazing stay, sad to go. (We stayed in a Superior Suite for reference I believe).

Currently staying here with a friend in a twin bed room. Beds are very small, but comfortable. Service is very good, although I don’t like having to use the app to book somebody to make up my room. Not enough shade around the pool area. The buffet breakfast is great with complimentary espresso coffee and a lot of healthy options including varieties of fresh juice.

Such lovely staff, they’re so helpful and supportive if you need anything. The resort is in a good location, so close to the beach and in the heart of Canggu. It was my second stay here and will be returning again next year. 😊🩷🫶🏼

It is a memorable hotel in Bali. Popular restaurants, massage shops, and the beach are all within walking distance. And the pool is really nice and the room is big and clean. And the staff are all very friendly. Especially Agnes and Putu really helped me wholeheartedly when I had a problem. I am very grateful to these two staff for their kindness. If I go to Canggu in Bali again, I will definitely stay at this hostel again

Great location near all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. Very friendly staff. Especially the Front Office Manager, Diar, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He assisted me with everything. Nice rooms. I can recommend the hotel, especially if you want to be in the middle of everything and still want it to be quiet.

Just absolutely perfect stay, the hotel is beautiful and everyone is so welcoming! The rooms are amazing, and the staff is so friendly. They have everything that your hearth desires, from delicious food to super location. We would definitely recommend this stay to people who are looking for a place to stay in Canggu!

Location is very central and the room is spacious. The staff is very helpful and always positive as well HOWEVER there is constant construction noise from all sides of the hotel which may disturb if you still sleep after 9am. Also a VERY BIG CON - the hotel arranged us a bike through a 3rd party which doesn’t provide any insurance or contract. Unfortunately we got involved into an accident and later the bike owner told us that there is no insurance and we have to pay for all the damage. As these people are not professionals and trying to get more money out of tourists pockets, we really felt we were robbed as he asked for a 2.8 million rupiah however we didn’t want to feel guilty later so we paid even though there was no proof of him renting us the vehicle

An excellent option for Canggu. The staff were always friendly and super helpful, the location is excellent being a 5-10 minute walk from the main Canggu beach. The pool area is beautiful and the buffet breakfast was a great option. We loved our room and everything was very comfortable. There is construction noise during the day at the moment but I feel this is hard to escape in Canggu at the moment.

Nothing short of amazing!! My partner and I really enjoyed our 3 day stay here. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast spread every morning and also the pool / gym ammenities. Everyone is so warm and friendly - and we’ll definitely be back when we’re in Canggu again. It’s in a great spot if you want to be close to Canggu beach (and beach clubs if that’s your thing!) as well as some awesome local stores! I wouldn’t fault a thing! Even though there is some construction happening next door (let’s be honest, it’s everywhere in Bali!), the rooms have great soundproofing so not an issue for us at all! Highly recc staying here :-)

Very lovely hotel! Location is right next to the beach which is great if you like to surf early in the morning. Staff were also all friendly and very helpful when incidences occured. Appreciated their help when the room above mine was making a lot of noise at night and they resolved it within 5mins! The hotel was also very well maintained and the cleaning crew does a fantastic job— extra points for their cute written notes they leave every time they clean up ☺️ Breakfast is also good! Really can’t complain 😊

Clean room, modern style hotel. Love the shower !!. Would rate a 5* if my checkout process were smooth. Got quite long delay when checked out due to the hotel asking and looking for an umbrella which never be in our room during our stay. We didnt even know that the umbrella even existed. The hotel should’ve checked their things first before new guest comes to check in to avoid this thing happen again in the future

This is not a 4 star hotel, but a 1 star. The hotel has no rules. It is allowed to yell at night and listen to music. My neighbor turned out to be crazy and yelled every night. I haven't slept for 4 nights!!! The hotel manager does not solve this problem in any way. This crazy man continues to live in a hotel and yell every night. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything would be fine if not such a "service without rules".

Beautiful location near the the Beach. Rooms so big and clean, they have been updating some rooms. The location, gardens, staff and pools are fabulous. We were staycation here and the service, reception so helpful and was amazing. We are always well looked after here

I would recommend this since the hotel is well maintained. The staff keeps this property clean and they are very helpful. It also has a great location. You can walk to the beach, cafe, restaurants and beach club nearby from the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located to have peace and quiet as well as to be at the pulse of the hectic canggu. The price-performance ratio is very good. The staff is very friendly as actually everywhere in Bali. At this point I would like to mention in particular Herry, he has read every wish from our lips. Many thanks for the great stay

We stayed here for 7 nights and generally had a great experience! Location is great, a lot of restaurants (mostly western) close by and a short 10-min or so walk to the beach. Pool is not fancy but still quite enjoyable. Overall good place for its value. The only downside is that there is a huge construction site close by (as of Oct 2022) and the sound proof system isn’t the greatest. You can hear some noise in the hallway too. Staff are very friendly!

I must say that the staffs here are all super friendly. Like genuinely friendly. The breakfast option is amazing - mixed to cater both eastern and western needs. Location is just nice if you’re into beach and also super nearby to F45 and Bodyfactory if you’re in for a fitness retreat. Otherwise, just take grab motorbike everywhere - it’s relatively cheap. Note, they provide nice pool area and gym too. If you ever feeling lazy for having dinner outside, you may opt to just enjoy the hotel’s room service, the price is reasonable and don’t forget to try their chicken wings! They also provide in-the-room spa experience as well (that one was just average, I must say). I initially planned to stay for 3 days vacation but extend it for the whole week cause of the very welcoming vibe they have to offer. Thanks Eastin Hotel ❤️

Great hotel and amazing value. Service is impeccable and breakfast is good too. Pool is nice and pool bar has great options and still Bali-like prices. The only negative thing I have to say is about noise. Because I had read about others complaining about construction noise I asked for a quiet room, but it was near the breakfast restaurant and I could hear a lot from the hallway. The pool music also does start early. So the only negative is that it’s not the quietest place if you’re trying to sleep in, but zero noise at night.

Perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was very good for fussy eaters like us. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and had everything you needed. There is construction happening either side of the hotel and it was out the front of our room but we could not hear it. We will definitely stay again :) thank you

My one month stay at this hotel has been nothing short of amazing! Room is nice and spacious, with comfy bed and view of the beach. The location of the hotel is also very convenient in canggu, with close proximity to cafes and the beach. Staff here are professional and welcoming, especially Cari who is always very friendly and smiley. The room is kept clean, and appreciate Cari’s effort in leaving “have a nice day” notes with animal-shaped towels. Thank you for the really nice art too ~ Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits canggu!

Clean and good value and service for the money! Some construction work in one part of the building though (the one away from the pool), should be acknowledged so you are aware when booking. The suites are the best.

We loved our stay, here amazing location only 500-600m from the beach, cafes, local restaurants, the breakfast has everything you need, with a gym and kids club. We loved how cleaning staff left towel animals on our bed after they cleaned our room. The staff has been so helpful, the location is KING. Everything you need is essentially a 10 minute scooter ride. We will definitely book this again should we return to Bali!

We had a lovely stay at the Eastin Ashta Resort for our first stop in Bali from Melbourne. *March of 2023* The Good: 1. Location was probably the best thing about this place if you're looking to experience Canggu. Close to the beach but also close to plenty of shops, great food and tucked away just far away enough. 2. Staff and service was lovely. They always greeted dus with a smile, helpful with servicing our air conditioning, helping us with getting a doctor for Bali Belly and more. 3. The room was great. Spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed to boot. TV, AC, a good shower and a balcony. No complains here. 4. Breakfast had a good spread of east / west, good service and changed things up every day. Food wasn't too bad. 5. Amenities. Lots of great things, like a gym, pool, towel service, massages in rooms, restaurant etc. 6. Clean. As a whistle, lots of staff and everything was tidy. Things to Improve: 1. I wish the staff had more knowledge of the area to give us a better idea of what to do/see. 2. The noise was bad. The area is surrounded by construction (unfortunately) as of March 2023 and there wasn't great soundproofing. It made it hard to relax there. 3. The shade by the pool kind of sucked. The umbrellas were never in a good position for any time of the day so we were always under the sun. Overall though, it was a pleasant hotel stay in Bali.

Honestly felt so comfortable here and staff were always willing to help. Wanwan helped me get some go pro accessories delivered and even took care of it when I left it in the locker after checkout. You need a can do person. Next time I come I'll book this place. Location is great. Can't find anything wrong with this place. Walls were thick enough for the light sleepers. Room is big enough for 2. I actually like the shower with the seat on the side.

Eastin Ashta is a fantastic hotel for your money. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean; though the walls are thin. You’ll hear everything from people walking by to the surrounding construction. The real gems are all the staff, who will go to whatever lengths are necessary to answer your questions or fulfill your requests. All of them are so friendly. They also clean your room daily. Moreover, the hotel is close to the beaches and all the other action in Canggu. Their food is great as well, especially their Indonesian dishes.

If you are into surfing, definitely consider. Even if you are not into surfing, it is still a great resort to be at, for its service and location. Very friendly, accommodating, quite fast, too. Nice people, nice food, some insightful advices for local information as well. I especially enjoyed Dika's service, who drove us back to the airport, and told us a lot about Bali and Indonesia overall. Wish I had met him sooner during our trip. Thank you.

Stayed here for about 10 days. The room I stayed in was facing construction so not a pretty view. The construction noises didn’t really bother me since I knew Canggu is undergoing a massive construction upheaval. However, the staff were really friendly and nice. The room was very spacious and housekeeping even folded cute animal towels after room service! Love the layout of my room, it had everything I needed. Hotel is a close walk to many great cafes and coffee shops, which is why I chose Eastin. Close to the beach as well!
