My family and I stayed 2 nights in the Family suite room type, the room was very spacious, there were 3 large beds which were very comfortable. Its modern furniture with a touch of Indonesian carvings makes the atmosphere very homey. All equipment in the room looks well maintained and clean. The friendliness and courtesy of the staff added to our very pleasant stay. Don't forget to enjoy the fresh air in the morning and evening while looking at the clear pool and the beautiful sea, like getting a double jackpot. Thank you so much The HAVEN Suites Bali Berawa for a very memorable holiday❤️❤️❤️

Definitely not 5 stars. Having just stayed at real 5 star resorts in Bali, the Haven doesn’t deserve its current rating. I would say it is false advertising. You can get similar hotels for half the price next door. - Facilities are old and poorly maintained, def not 5 star quality. - Gym was just sad, 2 old machines and some weights in a tiny room with no sunlight. - Room was damp all the time (Don’t tell me this is a beach front hotel because I never experienced this at other beach front properties) - only 4 lounges by the pool - no direct access to beach. 5min walk outside of hotel to get to beach. - Hotel is understaffed, took over an hour to get me some drinking water. - Hotel rushing you to checkout before the clock even hits 12pm. Never I have experienced this in any hotels. - Misleading advertising as its not a 5 star resort. Would say it is a generous 4. - Air Conditioning leaking water, leak was minor so we didn’t inform hotel staff but this isn’t an isolated incident as other guests have mentioned. No real luxury resort would let this happen. - Worst of all it rained on the first day of our stay and our toilet smelled like sewage the whole time. Smell was so rotten it made me dread going into the toilet. - Slow Internet Overall a very poor experience and poor value for money. Definitely won’t be returning.

Lovely small resort which was perfect for us. The pool room was ideal. Staff amazing and so obliging. The location is scenic and right on the beach, but there isn’t much shopping to walk to and not much guidance surrounding what is in the area. Given Canggu is still growing I expect it to change in the future. What we could find was pricey as the few stores have the monopoly. Still cheaper than home, but not as cheap as you would expect. Would definitely stay here again.

Traditional decor of the rooms is stunning. Location beachfront which is beautiful, 10 minutes walk from the main restaurants and shops. Construction next door was unfortunately disruptive during our stay. Otherwise quiet and calm hotel. Staff were helpful and pleasant during our stay. We had a package with daily minibar which included two bintangs and two cans of coke. No free water at all which is disappointing, all other hotels usually offer at least one per person per day. Buffet was lack luster, no bacon, hash browns, waffles. They had an egg station and lots of pastries, fruit and salad bar with a small pancake station which was mediocre. We skipped the breakfast and opted to eat elsewhere for a few of the days we stayed. Plenty of better breakfast options in walking distance. Pool is lovely however sun location is minimal during the day at times. They have a sun deck with chairs facing the beach. Nice stay but wouldn’t stay again for the price we paid.

We stayed here 6 nights and it was lovely. The family rooms are huge. The staff are lovely. Pool is big and great for kids with a shallow end. The location is great, right on the beach, and really close to amazing restaurants and cafes.

Amazing service by the staff. The hotel loacted near the beach and near Atlas so there is plenty of things to do while staying here. They also have some bikes for the guests to use for free, which is a nice addition. The room is clean and comfortable. Overall recomended hotel

This hotel is decent for the money but the rooms are old and tired. We had an issue with the safe in our room every time we wanted to leave the room and it took the staff 30 to 45 minutes every time to resolve the issue. Tried to get help from management to resolve the issue but their service was as poor as the rest of the team. Zero apology for the time wasted and zero follow up. The food at the hotel (especially breakfast) is below average for Bali. Would not stay here again.

This is hands down my favorite place to stay when transitioning to or from the airport in Bali. We stayed here two nights and it was heavenly: the rooms are clean and comfortable (I love the window seat! We took a nap there during a thunderstorm) and the service is fantastic. Plus the restaurant is amazing! I ate dinner the first night, lunch the second, and breakfast the third day and everything I had was delicious. Best hotel restaurant I have ever eaten at. ❤️ Can't wait to come back! 😊

Overall, we had a great experience at the resort. The entire process from booking to check-in went smoothly, and I want to give a shoutout to the staff for letting us use the swimming pool before we even checked in - that was a nice touch. The room was in excellent condition and we were all satisfied with it. Plus, having a pool access room was super convenient for my daughter and she had a blast. The room service was also good and we had no complaints there. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a good vacation spot.

My family stayed for 1 week and had the most amazing experience. We have a 1yr old and he was treated like royalty. From the security guards to the cleaning staff, everyone was extremely friendly. The hotel is pristine, the food/drinks are great and the location is perfect. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Haven very much, the staff could not be faulted at all. Our room was very spacious and lovely view to the beach although it was located below the wooden sundeck. The noise that came through from pedestrians and dragging of the wooden sunchairs was terrible. The selection for breakfast could also be improved upon. The flat white coffee is excellent for Bali hotel. We would definitely come back an stay again, but not in room 131. Much thanks for having us. Kind Regards, Anne-Marie and John

Friendly and fast check in around 11.00pm especially when you’re pretty exhausted from traveling all day. Our Berawa garden suite was beautiful we had a lovely garden area with chairs and lounge chairs. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was a great size loved the double vanity. The bed was super comfortable and that’s a big plus to get a great night sleep. There were no chair wars or towels on lounge chairs at 6.00am and the guests seemed more relaxed and chilled. Happy hour drinks were better than expected the capiroskas were great lots of limes & ice. Would highly recommend this resort 😍🤩

Very good hotel that’s worth the money. Clean and spacious room with great service. Interior is a bit dated but in a good enough condition. Breakfast offers sufficient variety of western and eastern plus freshly made juices. Staff are very helpful and friendly, which is nice. It would be great if hotel had the SPA open and offered a personal training sessions, but I understand it’s only started picking back up after covid timeline and some things might take time to bring back. Overall, happy with this stay and would stay here again if I come back to Bali.

I spent 7 nights here. Splendid room at a very strategic location. You can wake up to the breeze of the ocean. Serene area but walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Canggu. Good for family and also for romantic getaway!

Very nice place to stay. Right on the beach. Pool is nice and big. Pool side room is definitely worth as you get your own deck chairs. The Daily afternoon tea we got was nice but could do with a change up everyother day. Became a bit monotonous after seven days of it being the same. Overall great place to chill by the pool and relax. We also went for a spa and it was really nice and relaxing.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Swarga Suites Bali Berawa. The rooms are spacious and clean, with nice decoration and clean sheets. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a variety of choices! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay here. This is our second stay at this resort and we love it. The room was very comfortable and i love the fact that i could get up and access the pool right from outside of our room. The staff were all so helpful and friendly 🤍 don’t miss the Luh Arum Spa, we really enjoyed it especially Indulgence of Swarga for couple massage. Highly recommend this resort

Arriving Swarga you are greeted by the warmth of Balinese hospitality. The whole stay we were greeted and treated with A1 customer service. Rooms were spacious and the food is outstanding. We had the best time and Swarga will be our go to hotel in Bali for future visits. Thank you team Swarga.

Have just returned from a 2 week stay at Swarga Suites Bali Berawa & I have to say it was amazing. Located on the beach in Canggu, its is a haven of peace, quiet & luxury in what is a very busy part of Bali. The facilities are first class & all the staff are extremely attentive & make sure that you have the best stay possible. The rooms are extremely comfortable & luxurious & the restaurant/bar service is second to none. We had a fantastic stay & can’t wait to return again.

From the moment we arrived the people working were so kind and the property had a great vibe. Even though the property was next to the beach, the place was quiet and so relaxing, . The staff: Cahya, Rian, Diyan, and Indri & the Restaurant manager were super sweet and friendly. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and comfortable. Their breakfast buffet is a must-try. Everything about this place was a 10/10 for us.

We booked the family duplex suite but we were lucky enough to be upgraded to the ocean view suite which was massive and had 2 balconies and a slightly different layout to the duplex room. The pool is great for kids with a shallow end to play in. The whole place felt very serene and quiet during the day and night although there is a bit of bass noise at night from the Atlas club and Finns club which is next door, this didn’t bother us as it’s an easy noise to sleep through and I prefer it to traffic and beeping horns that you get at a lot of other hotels. This hotel is prefect for families with the option of the duplex room and the family friendly pool. Location is great because you can easily access other main parts of Canggu by walking 5 minutes along the beach rather than walking for kms along busy roads. My only suggestion is an improvement in the quality of food from the restaurant, we only ate there once and it was a disappointment so we avoided it again. We look forward to returning next year!

Visited Oct 2023. Upon arrival people were very friendly. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Premise was welcoming. The room was big and clean and everything works very well. Except for the water that turned cold and hot at the same time. The premise was very close to the beach and they are actually building a direct walkway to the beach from the premise. The pool was always inviting and was very child-friendly because the height was only at 60cm. 1.2 was at the other end. At the moment the room comes with a free entry to Atlas beach club. And also comes with free beer for 2 and also Daily tee time food and drinks. The breakfast was not too bad but the food was constant everyday. It is a very good hotel for relaxing and being alone because the premise is not crowded and noisy. All the hotel staff will very polite and very helpful as well. The room had a good view because it was beach facing and you can see sunset from the room itself. That is the sundeck area where it faces the sunset also. The price of the hotel was on the middle to high side. But with all the freebies thrown in it is quite worth it. What I did not like however was that they were repairing the balcony on the weekend. It was noisy works as well and that lasted between 9 a.m. to about 3 to 4 p.m. for this reason I did not give 5-star rating for this hotel stay. I understand that looks need to be done to maintain the premises however that should stop in the weekends.

The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savory foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well-kept at all times. I would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors to Bali, as it made my three-day holiday with my family extra special

This is not a luxury hotel, I would say 3 star at best. The rooms are large and nice with a comfortable bed but everything else is completely over stated. Complimentary mini bar consists of 2 cans of sugary coke and mini pringles. They only give you 660 ml water per room per day, the coffee, tea etc is not restocked unless you ask for it. I had to change rooms as the air con unit poured out water. The 2nd room air con was also faulty but eventually fixed after 2 attempts. Restaurant food not good compared with the wonderful quality of restaurants within walking distance and at half the price. Hotel location is fantastic with a reasonably good pool. Don't use the pool shower room, is absolutely disgusting (see photo). Given the cost of the hotel, I would suggest hiring a serviced villa with pool instead. It would be better value and much nicer without compromising location.

Absolutely fab location and great rooms. We could dive straight into the pool. The breakfast are great. Beach access too to soak in Canguu sunsets. The restuarant on balcony roof is brilliant too. Food is epic. Just a great place to stay.

We stayed for 4 days at Swarga Suites and it was an absolute delight! The rooms are really nice and state of the art. We had an ocean view room which we preferred to the pool view as it felt a little more private. The room has a beautiful tub, two sinks and a TV with netflix which is awesome if you just want to enjoy the AC for a while ;) The food was very good! The breakfast is buffet style or à la carte and the selection is quite big with various live cooking stations (and a juice station!) Great selection of fresh fruit! The bistro has a good selection for lunch and was quite delish. The newly opened rooftop bar and restaurant offers amazing views and the quality of the steak was sublime (though portions are a little on the smaller side). They currently have 50% off due to their new opening so go soon even if you're staying at another hotel! For dinner they offer amazing buffets and live music on some days which we loved!!! (The musician in Friday's is next level!) The service was exceptional! Everyone is going all out to make your stay fantastic and you receive vouchers for free afternoon tea and two free beers a day as well as a free mini bar. The location is also good! It might seems a little away from the center but it's not as you have access to the beach and can access all other roads by walking along the beach. It's also close to Atlas and Finns (they have a cooperation with Atlas for free entry and discount for Finns), so you can easily walk there but don't hear the clubs at night.

I felt so peaceful here, when I first got to my room! I felt like the queen, the room was so big and had a beautiful patio! Everyone is very nice and respectful. The breakfast was good, just don’t order the Eggs Benedict-there’s no flavor at all. I spent a lot of time at the resort just enjoying the pool and the patio in my room! Close enough to to shopping and restaurants to grab a scooter ride! It’s clean and I felt safe and peaceful!

All staff at the hotel were super warm and tentative. Room was huge, and the balcony with the pool access was absolutely beautiful. Afternoon tea set was delightful to enjoy by the poolside. Walking distance to Atlas beach club plus free entry provided for hotel guests was amazing! Definitely recommend

We had a great stay at Swarga. Strategic location, with direct access to the beach, beautiful sunset view and was close to many good restaurants & cafes around Canggu. The pool was big too. Sadly, the breakfast quality & taste did not meet our expectations. The hotel is overall very nice. Thank you for your service!

Wrapping up my blissful 3-week Bali vacation with an incredible stay at Swarga for my final three nights. Happiness knows no bounds here! Swarga offers luxurious accommodations complemented by exceptional staff and an amazing vibe. The location is simply ideal, with beautifully spacious rooms that exceed expectations, especially the stunning bathrooms. The thoughtful perks like complimentary tea, beer daily, and two pieces of laundry service for a minimum three-night stay made it even more delightful. This place is a gem; you can choose it blindly for your stay. Already planning my return

Despite previous reviews I had a really lovely stay. The staff were excellent and always helpful and the breakfast was amazing - the beef ribs were incredible also! Would certainly recommend as although no direct access to the beach it is pretty central. You have access to a driver and some mopeds and that definitely helps!

OMG, just Amazing! Found this place through a friend and lucked out…. November is suppose to be rainy season but until tonight has no rain at all. The Hotel is fantastic, great sized rooms and the extras were very unexpected. The must is the upstairs restaurant (Moonlight) particularly at sunset with a fantastic menu. The service has been first class and great value with fantastic cocktails! Put this little gem on your list! 🍹

Up until our last day I would’ve given the hotel solid 5 stars: absolutely amazing staff especially at the restaurant, great breakfast, sometimes nice offers for dinner like barbecue, a big pool…we felt very comfortable. Until the day of our checkout came. Two things happened which I find extremely unprofessional and which were more than just unpleasant for us: firstly we got asked multiple times by different staff members where we put a towel- hinting that we might have stolen it. I wonder who goes to such an expensive hotel and would steal a simple white towel?!? We multiple times had to explain we have no idea which doesn’t feel like it would be our duty. To this day we still wonder if maybe in one of our two bathrooms there had only been one towel instead of two? Or if someone just grabbed a bunch of towels when cleaning and grabbed one more than they thought? These are not the thoughts I want to have after my holidays! I also feel like even if a guest had stolen a towel (which we had not done), it’d be more professional to ignore this matter for the sake of their experience. Anyway even worse: we were promised we could spend the day after our checkout at the pool and there would be a shower available. Never in my life have I seen such a disgusting shower, it was a shock to find it in a luxury hotel especially! It was a small room underground with nowhere to place your towel or clothes, there was not even soap and the water didn’t drain at all. It looked dirty and we felt disgusted and even dirtier after having used it. I’ve honestly never seen such a bad shower anywhere, not on camping sites not in gyms, nowhere. So if you stay longer after your checkout (which unfortunately late check out was not available) : don’t use the shower provided! Really sad that our vacation had to end like this :( otherwise the hotel and also especially the spa were amazing! But our last day is unfortunately the lasting impression we have :(

Lovely adorable place to enjoy the sun in Bali! All the things here are perfect to staycationers! Sleek clean room, helpful + friendly staffs, yummy breakfast and also for sure: a smell good body lotion was my favorite !!!! Just feel your own experience...

Great location overlooking the beach. Rooms were very nice and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Staff were very friendly, and helpful. It was our first wedding anniversary and the staff were able to organise flowers to be delivered for my wife. Breakfast was very nice daily with a great selection of buffet or a menu choice. Afternoon 2 for 1 cocktails from 3 to 6 daily was a great way to unwind and watch the daily sunset on the deck.

we loved the spacious room, the bathtub, the window day bed and balcony. The hotel is a good size, rooms are easily accessible without walking too far. We enjoyed the pool as well. Recommended for traveling with children.

Good service and strategic location, very close to Berawa Beach, Canggu area. The hotel has been established for years yet it is properly maintained. I Iove their traditional-ethnic-woody interior. They also have Duplex Family Suite! Perfect for family or group travellers ❤️ The hotel is recovering from Pandemic effect. Some of the area is not touched yet such as the restrooms in swimming pool area. But in overall, it is still a good recommended place to stay.👍

The Haven, was a really nice place to stay. Staff super friendly, pool amazing, rooms large and beds very comfortable. We originally stayed in the beach front rooms but actually downgraded to the pool side rooms. Was great to get up and jump straight in the pool from your room deck. Food is adequate but value for money I thought well worthwhile. It would have been nice to know works were going on before our visit which as only a small let down. Its a little bit of a walk to the beach but other than that a great hotel if you are staying in Canggu and want an affordable price.

The Haven is a beautiful and peaceful hotel in a great location. The staff service is outstanding. Very friendly and always here to help. Rooms are beautifully decorated, modern with a traditional look. The pool is quite unique and the café/ restaurant is top quality. I've been there for the second time and will come back again.

The hotel is located right by the beach, although there is no direct access to the beach. Peaceful hotel as you can hear the sound of the waves from the hotel room. The staff and service was excellent. Recommended place in Canggu area

Nice hotel, but if you want quietness, ask for a higher floor and away from the pool. The room is huge but looks old. Swimming pool is a bit boring, not enough benches around the pool, and it's too close to lower floor room balconies. When we were there, access to beach was closed, too bad! Parking space can be a bit tight, especially when the hotel is full. Staff are friendly. The AC in my room was leaking (Room 315). Wifi is only 5 mbps, don't count on it. For some reason, signal for Telkomsel is bad in the room.

I did not stay here, so it might actually be a nice place. And I know from being to Canggu that the location is amazing. But their sales and service were very unhelpful and slow to respond prior to our stay. Our trip was interrupted and I requested to have the reservation changed to when we could make it to Canggu. After days of waiting, and at the last minute I was informed we could not move our reservation nor have a refund. I checked on all the booking sites and they had rooms available the nights we requested to move our reservation to, all for half the price I originally paid. I understand having cancellation policies, but this was a short sighted move by the sales team as I generally am a repeat customer at places where I had a good service experience. I did not have a good experience, and now they have a few hundred dollars at the cost of a bad review, and no repeat business.

Beautiful room, pool, lobby. It was just really really nice. The bathroom was huge with double doors. Would book again next time in Bali and try spend more time in the hotel.

The location is really nice, near all the famous cafe.. the size of the room is really nice. but, as soon as i enter the room, i feel a bit tense, the aura is not really good, i don't know why. The room is really really humid. The bed, couch, pillow, blanket all damp (maybe because of the humidity level is very high). The interior design, and ornaments really represent balinese- javanese style. Sorry, but for me i feel a bit uncomfortable sleeping in that kind of room. The lighting is not really good either because it's not that bright and the cleanliness is below my expectation. The air-con is not helpful either hehehe..

Good hotel on the beach. The staff we so friendly and accommodating. I feel the the big ‘Swarga Suites’ sign that’s blocking the sea view should be removed. It’s a big mistake to put that in place of a sea view.

I like the room design a lot. We booked the mezzanine type room. Pool was also nice, wide, even though not so clear. What we really unsatisfied was the restaurant. We ordered food over breakfast and didn’t come out at all. We called and protested to the waiter and waitress, they said yes and yes and yes and never came out. Even every people that came after us had already received their food. What a disappointment!

Thank you for everything. The hotel is newly renovated, the room is spacious, clean and lacks nothing, we even found a bathroom scale. The welcome and the service are excellent, the staff responds quickly to your needs at any time while smiling. The hotel is close to everything, 9 minutes walk from the atlas beach bar. Restaurants, shops and spa centers are nearby. I would go back without hesitation. Unfortunately we couldn't stay longer.

I would have given this place a 100 out of 10. It's a small hotel but oh so beautiful and clean. The staff here are very very courteous and their service is brilliant. It is very close to the the beach clubs making its location the best. Rooms are big and spacious. Right on the beach, my daughter enjoyed this property alot.

Thank you very much for being so nice with that thoughtful cake to celebrate my birthday! Guest-room is spacious with very comfortable ambiance: beach view, large pool, etc. Minor thing to pay attention with is the floor as I found one ceramic was apart which I forgot to tell the hotel during the stay. Overall, will return to this hotel next time!

Accomodation was fair in comparison with others we have been to in Bali, No real milk, only powdered milk, only black tea no herbal tea, the cleaning of the room was average bins not emptied had to tell them to empty them, toilet rolls are very small and they only have you one. Breakfast was a challenge staff just do not understand what you are saying and just this morning he forgot my omelette just with seasoning salt and pepper some mushrooms and bacon and they forgot to cook it then they apologised and bought out an omelette with capsicum no bacon and onion just accepting it and giving up the staff they employ in these locations need to understand English and not just smile and agree on everything as they just don’t understand what you are wanting. Extra charge for the real coffee, expensive hotel taxi charges. Will not to coming back to this resort.

Nice luxury look room, complete amenities, they upgraded our room to double decker family, good service, the room smell balinese fragrance, view direct to the beach. Parking spacious. Bonus they gave afternoon tea every day.

Gorgeous and luxurious rooms with a nice view to the beach, which the hotel is right next to. The staff was very friendly and helpful; they also spoke English quite well. The pool is also a nice alternative to the ocean when the waves are too big. Around the hotel are a few shops and a big grocery store but otherwise not much you can do without travelling with a vehicle. The food was fine but there are better restaurants around that.are worth exploring

The staff's hospitality was nice. And food was also not bad. But cleaning room service should be improved. Many stains in bathroom, sands were on the floor of bed room. Bit noisy because of beach clubs near this hotel.
