I had a pleasant stay at the 4-star hotel. The staff was friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the pool was clean and inviting. The location was peaceful and calm, making it ideal for relaxation. However, I encountered some issues with the bathroom, as it had mold and the shower drain was slow. Additionally, the toilet flush didn't work well. Overall, it was a good experience, but the bathroom maintenance needs improvement.

Stayed here for two nights in November 2022. Very nice place. We stayed in the villas which are very unique and full of character. The staff are very friendly and courteous. We forgot a bottle of rum when we checked out in one of the fridges. The staff were able to stop us before we left and return the bottle. The rooms were clean and well kept. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and tranquil experience.

Had an amazing honeymoon with the Bali Dream Villa! They're very helpful, CUSTOMER ORIENTED, and the staff have a good initiative! A strategic place to strolling around!! We love their porridge and Waffles!!! Their service went above and beyond our expectations!!

We booked a deluxe room for our honeymoon in Bali. We got upgraded to a villa instead! Thank you so much! Hope the staff liked my little token of appreciation.

We were excited as we opted for the One-Bedroom Villa at Bali Dream during our short trip over the weekend! We wanted a small private pool just by ourselves and the depth of the pool is 1.5m - pretty deep, it was pleasant knowing that we can borrow the only heart-shaped float available in the hotel for a short while. Besides the pool, there's an outdoor communal space with a TV, sofas, dining table and cooking stove. We didn't get to use much of the amenities as we spent most of our time traveling to places. The bathroom is semi-outdoor with the rainshower open up to the sky, you can access the bathroom from the poolside as well. Minor downsides would be dust and sand found on the outdoor amenities. Mosquitos can be found in the bedroom, suggest to request for mosquito coils nightly and placing them around the room, outdoor and bathroom - make good use of the mosquito net around the bed too. Breakfast was buffet-style and food was rather good with classic cereal and milk, bread, some mains and pleasant service :) The hotel is located in a quiet area and is not well-lit around the road to the hotel especially when nighttime falls. Good point is that there are a few cafes (such as Brunch Club, Touche etc) and Circle K convenience store about 7 - 10mins walk from the hotel, pretty convenient. Suggest using Grab to go from place to place. When jams are bad, the journey between Bali Dream to beaches or food places in Seminyak might take 1 hour to 1.5 hours.

My wife and I spent three nights here in a private pool villa. The villas were certainly once really great. In the meantime, however, they look as if no maintenance has taken place for a long time. Also, the rooms and outdoor area are not really clean. All surfaces were sticky and obviously hadn't really been cleaned for a while. The pool was also not clean and partly with algae. The only bright thing was the staff at the reception. Overall, however, the images do not correspond to reality. Way too expensive for what was offered.

We entered into a dream villa...just like the resort is named. We were mesmerized by the ambience of our room. The outer door opens into a tree filled , well lit private pool area. There is a kitchen and a dining table as well. The room is beautiful!!! And the shower area is sooooooo pretty!! Please do go and stay there if possible.

The place is decent. This Villa is ideal for married folks. The staff are friendly and free shuttle service to the beach is also available. The place was also average-neatly maintained. The private pool is beyond amazing, and this is something every traveller should splurge on at least once. Many of the options have more than one bedroom, which could make it a great holiday for a couples of couples travelling together. The kitchen is basic but functional, although I only used it to boil (bottled) water on the stove for a morning coffee. The air-con in the bedroom was amazing, and the bathroom was beautiful. A place with a shower, bathtub and a pool – how many ways can you get wet?! Loved it. However, I preferred more variety of dishes for breakfast especially for Indians. Overall my stay at this place was pleasant and memorable.

The "resort" is quite small for the right meaning of "resort." When we checked in at midnight, Mbli made escorted us to the room, which had the wrong category. But he helped us to find another room, which he needs to upgrade us to the next category. We had a deluxe room which quite big room and simple. I saw they have an amazing private villa with a private pool. YOU MUST GET THIS CATEGORY !!! It is fantastic. Sad that this room type booked out when I was there. They don't have a proper GYM place. The breakfast is small selections but is good enough. They are also helping with renting a motorbike. The housekeeping who did my room the first day was excellent, sad that I didn't get his name tho. So far it was a great stay too

Loved our stay here. We booked a room for 5 nighta and was told the room had developed a leak so they upgraded us to a villa free of charge. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Not recommended, this place needs a lot of work before people can stay here. My family stayed here for a week during our vacation. There’s a lot of cons that out way the pros for this hotel at this price with its competitors in the same area. Pros: -friendly and attentive staff (similar to the other reviews) -shuttle service into Echo Beach and Love Anchor (but not always available) -difficult location for grab/go-jek to find as its hidden and is located at the end of the road Cons: -very dirty rooms, washrooms, toilets, sinks, bedding, towels and the replacement bedding and towels are all stained and frayed (it’s way past their times) -my parents room on the second floor has no hot water and no Wi-Fi, when asked for a new room, they were told to wait 3 days because of no availability and they said they would fix the WiFi, but it was never fixed during those 3 days, they couldn’t even wish our friends and family happy new years Overall, the place and maintenance needs a lot of work especially at this premium price compared to other hotels in the area. 2 stars are for staff who were always friendly and tried to resolve our issues quickly, otherwise it would be a 1 star.

Bed was very uncomfortable and breakfast was low quality. Everything is dirty. I took photos of the cups for tea because I was so disgusted and the dirt under the bed

Stayed in one of the villas. Slept very well. Place was clean albeit slightly old. Breakfast was unexciting. But service good overall with free shuttle services to Canggu town/Echo beach.

The room was beautiful, the garden well maintained and the pool lovely. The location is good too. Not very easily accessible but not that difficult either. The housekeeping staff need training. They did not replace the same number of towels, toilet tissues, water etc. We had to keep asking for different things everyday. They also have a different sense of hygiene. Once I was in the sitting area and I saw the staff member use the same cloth to clean the kitchen counter and then dry the coffee cups and spoons. Breakfast is tasty and though not very varied, still good. Coffee lovers- one thing- I was quite surprised that in a land of coffee plantations, I did not get simple filter coffee from a basic machine. We had to settle with small Nescafé satchels for the price we were paying per night. This was both in the room and in the restaurant. That was the most awful part.

Very affordable and great serenity, bathroom seemed a little warn out and needed a good scrub but after 2 years of being quiet you expect that. Staff very friendly and great.

Wonderful villas with beautiful gardens, staff couldn't do enough for you. Delicious breakfast. Set in quiet rural setting but walking distance to some great cafes and the beach.

Beautiful place. Very nice staff! Villa with private pool is like a dream. Breakfast buffet. It’s a quiet area, so to see some more, you might need a taxi. At the reception they booked several times a hotel taxi for us, costs: 50000 rp. For veganlovers as well as meatlovers( you certainly won’t taste the difference), Burggreen in Canggu is excellent! Especially the sateh and rendang! Overalll loved our week here! Too bad that other guests seemed to be outside the hotel, during lunch and diner. We were often the only ones in the restaurant. They deserve much more! All the best whishes!

My partner and I stayed 4 nights and LOVED it! Great location, fantastic service, breakfast was delicious, the pool area was STUNNING. The very friendly staff keep it immaculate. Really enjoyed our stay here and I would definitely stay again. It was really sad to go lol

Only free wall socket for electricity is hidden behind heavy desk. If u book superior room there is no public swimming pool and the private pools are just for villa booking. Also no balcony nor window to open. Half of the floor of the drawer next to the bed is missing. Restaurant is not open. U must order breakfast the day before and set the time. No flexibility when u wanna wake up and eat. For the price it is very poor what u get.

I really like the places, but i really dissampointed of how the staff services, they were really arrogant and very rude! How can the staff fighting with the client and trying to blamed the client for the refund policy ? Which is in every hotel or villa before the payment the hotel part will inform the client for all the policy included refund policy ! And now after all she said the client have to ask all the policy in the villa ! I was like wow do the understand about payment protocol or services protocol ? I really really sad for how the staff attitude and manner !

Spent 4nights i nov 2019 in our private villa. Really nice and helpful staff. Good food from the restaurant but quite boring breakfast options. The villa was nice but when you looked closer you really could see that it needed to be taken care of better. Wobbly chairs, cracked walls and a lot of tiles in the pool was loose so we actually cut our feet twice in it. One negative can be the location, we are walkers and spent some time walking just to get to and from there. Wish for a bridge over the small stream by the hotels restaurant, that would have saved us like an hour of walking every day.

Authentic balinese resort, magnificent gardens and lovely pool to relax after a hot day. Stunning traditional food at the in-house restaurant very good prices. Appreciated the free shuttle services to the beach and central Canggu area for great shopping and funky cafes. Easy to return back to the resort either confirm your shuttle ride. Or walk down the beach to Echo beach then back from the beach to the resort via the horse riding stables enjoy the rice paddy sites along the way. Lovely staff very friendly and kind. Highly recommend we are definitely returning on on next Bali holiday.

All staff were great. The free 15 minute massage was great! Wish there was more than 1 masseuse though. The private pool was great. Had everything we need, although some renovations and maintenance are needed. The food needs a lot of improvement but glad they have the option of breakfast buffet. Also there was a shuttle service to take us to town. The villa is not walkable to the beach. Bali Dream has many locations so GPS can get confusing. Anyways, we did enjoy our stay overall as it had everything we needed and were satisfied.

👍👍 The pork hotdog I tried was so delish!!! and for the meat, I believe they have other options for meat choices. Food aside, the vibe during pool party on Sunday was so lively!
