Love love love this place! This is a place that cooks red rice very well, leaving the texture almost similar to regular white rice so it’s easier to eat! I try to choose healthier options whenever possible but I must admit - I hate red rice, well until I found them here... it’s totally helped me these days to have a balanced diet. When you ordered for take away, the meal is prepared in a ‘besekan’ style, very interesting! The great presentation is also complemented with true flavourful dishes, so you can’t go wrong here. I hope one day I can actually go there and dine in. I’d like to know if the experience is wholesome, though I already think it is :)

We stayed here multiple times during out Bali trip. The food in the cafe is really delicious and reasonably priced, the hotel is top notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They stored our bags during on multi day excursions. I always felt extremely safe leaving it with the good people at Sedasa Lodge and my partner and I always felt welcome and well treated. They cleaned the rooms daily and jumped at any opportunity to help us. I think this must be one of the better places I've stayed in Canggu. Well worth the price.

We tried the food at Sedasa Cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was excellent Balinese food! Fresh ingredients and spices, presented beautifully, and they use reusable and sustainable packaging. The staff are very friendly. Definitely worth making your way off the Main Street to try Sedasa Cafe!

This review is only for the food. Chanced upon Sedasa Cafe on gofood as it was near our hotel and highly rated. The food was really delicious and the presentation and plating was 💯. While it’s slightly pricier than other similar options for Indonesian food, the taste and traditional leaf packaging more than made up for it. Definite must-try if you’re in Canggu. The lodge reviews look good too, will consider staying here on my next trip.

The Lodge was really beautiful and created a nice atmosphere. The room was extremely spacious with lots of spare space to do a home workout! It was always nice and quiet, a little away from the busy road. The room was always cleaned very well each day. The staff always greeted us with a friendly smile. For the price, we would have liked if breakfast was included.

Nice hotel to stay a couple of nights. It is clean, quiet and cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are restaurant options and beach clubs around, but the street is still developing, a lot of construction going on as of January 2024. I always had to bike to other more developed street for yoga, food and hanging out.

Sedasa Cafe’s food is like a warm hug from your Indonesian Mom. I always order their food from gojek but it always arrive fresh and warm to my villa. The best part is that they don’t make the food too spicy for people who can’t eat spicy food like me. I enjoyed almost all the famous Indo dishes because of them! Perfect packaging and beautiful food presentation. Very polite and nice cafe staff also!

This review is only for restaurant, not the hotel. I ordered Indonesian food from Sedasa Cafe a few times from Gojek/Grab. The food quality and taste are awesome. They also have a nice traditional packaging that comes with the food. I found the food similar to those serve at Ulekan (a nearby quite premium Indonesian restaurant). Recommended to try, if you like Indonesian food.

Put two guests of mine here for 10 days plus ordered coffee breaks and buffet lunch for a 4-day event in my office. Taste of the food was amazing and very well served with all natural equipments such as basket, banana leaf, wooden spoon plus all the flowers and pandan leaves on the serving table. The Ayam Sisit Kecombrang was one of the best and they have fresh jamu too! Staffs are all super friendly and helpful. They will do their best to make your event successful. Everything is beyond expectation. Definitely will have Sedasa again next time!

Food review - we ordered from here on grab and it came beautifully packaged. The Mie Goreg and satay chicken sticks were an absolute winner. Best we'd ever eaten the entire trip. We enjoyed it so much we had it again before we flew home. Still dreaming of that Mie Goreng....

This review is for the food, which we ordered from grab! WOWwww it was delicious. First of all, super fast preparation and it arrived in the most beautiful basket packaging. The presentation of everything was so beautiful, especially for just a grab delivery order! But the food was absolutely delicious. I had corn fritters, coconut veggies, chicken and coconut rice, satay, honestly it was so hard to choose because all the food looked so good! Definitely would order and maybe pay a visit in person next time!!

Beautiful rooms, big and clean and a super comfy bed, hot and powerful shower. Staff are all lovely. Breakfast great - just pick off the menu. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. We didn’t like this area but the hotel is down a quiet location down a side street opposite a brilliant massage place.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was fantastic. So comfortable and peaceful it was like a second home. The food here is also absolutely delicious, especially the peanut sauce. They are tucked away from the main road so it’s pretty quiet, the rooftop terrace is a lovely place to relax and the staff are wonderful and friendly. Thank you so much guys!

We liked Sedasa Lodge right from the start: the stone and wood furnishings, the pool, the cosy roof terrace with its many plants and the spacious, very clean room won us over straight away. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, so we felt welcome and at home. You can easily walk to the beach in no time and there are also some very tasty cafés and orhers places nearby. We also really liked the Sedasa Café with its incredibly delicious food at fair prices. If you ask, you can also get the food in your room. All in all, this is one of the best accommodations we have stayed in so far. Also because it is pleasantly quiet and small, we liked it so much that we will come back in a few days for another stay. We can recommend Sedasa Lodge 100%.

Stayed here for a month. Location is perfect. No construction near by and less than five minutes walk to the beach and Finns beach club. Staff are super helpful especially Maha and the manager Ketut. They went above and beyond to help me at all times. Unfortunately my room needed some repairs to the ceiling and the bed wasn’t the comfiest for me personally so I didn’t stay longer but I really enjoyed the time I had there. Again many thanks to Maha she was the highlight of my stay.

Wonderful staff, large, clean and quiet rooms, delicious food at the restaurant. An excellent choice for staying in Canggu, 5 minutes walk from Berawa beach.

Enjoyed my two-nights staycation here. The room is spacious with high ceiling, nicely decorated & with good wi-fi. There was a problem with the water, though (I hope it's already sorted out). The food was great, although there wasn't that much variety (understandable given the recent situation). And of course, great service from the staff!

I ate at Sedasa Cafe a few times because they are delicious and they serve really good selections of Balinese food like Nasi Campur, Nasi Bakar, Nasi Urap, Nasi Jinggo and you can choose vegan or non-vegan. I love the way they serve the food because it is very environmental conscious whether you eat there or you take away. Come to this place and taste it for yourself. I don’t stay at the lodge but it looks really nice, cozy and very clean.

Phenomenal food, service and drinks! We ordered from them first from grab late at night when we landed and was amazing we had to visit again. Staff are super sweet and service was very quick. Great for vegan/vegetarian food and we love their Nasi campur and gado gado / toge. We sat upstairs, it was quiet and lovely looking over rice fields. Eat in or get delivery, both are delicious easy and worth it in every way!

Went here for a private event so we were well pampered by the staff. There was also entertainment that I believe was arranged separately from the lunch. There were many delicious dishes served buffet style with vegan options. Wonderful experience and the view from the upper deck was lovely.
