Talk with the owner same like you talk with the Stones, someone hit my bike and ask them for cctv,they just mad on me.and now electric city always turn off many many Times,the WiFi not work at all.ready disapoint

Paid 500,000 deposit for a month and when I was at the airport heading to Bali, I was told that they gave my room to someone else for a higher price. Unprofessional owners.

There was 2 Yana Guesthouse with different Owner. I stayed in Yana Guesthouse with the pool. The place is so nice, and clean with the rice field view. And the owner always solve the problem fast. If we have any complaints.

Warm hospitality with all your basic needs and excellent location for both pedestrians n bikers.. beach, warungs, cafes, Deus and plenty more within a 400 metre circumference..

I stayed in a lot of guesthouses, but this one is the best! Stayed here for 2 months and loved the quitiness, services, price and location of the guesthouse. It's literally in the centre of Batu Bolong, 2 min from the beach and the nice restaurants, but no loud noises at night. Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Would recommend 10/10! Also really good in the communication through Whatsapp, every moment of the day

Yana guest house is really good located in canggu. Beach only a hundred meters away, where all the bars and fun is yay. The hostel is clean, bathrooms good. Bed are big and good, pillows a bit to hard. A few local guys comes in and chill at evening time, really kind guys, which have a nice surf shop down at the beach, so if you charm you in, you be able go get good prices. Management is good, Yana beautiful kind woman. Can highly recommend to do you stay here if you are in canggu. Is not a party hostel, but they allow music and noise ;) enjooy it maaan!

Yana is a super friendly host. The rooms are spacious and clean. Location of the homestay is superb. Highly recommend it!

Basic but typical Balinese guesthouse room. Spacious enough with closet and desk. Simple bathroom but everything working well including hot water. Bed and mattress ideal for my taste - not too soft. Great value for money and the host is very nice and helpful. Thanks Yana!

I’d definitely comeback and recommend this place to my family and friends. 1. The service is incredibly great for this price. The owner and staff are really helpful and standby anytime. The room and the public area are clean. 2. The facility is great, public places to chill and the pool is clean 3. I like the bathroom here, usually some guesthouses have small water and bad water heater, but here the water is strong and the water heater work really well. 4. The location is the best! 3 minutes walk to Batu Bolong Beach, where people surfing in the day and dance in the night. And in the same time, the place is very quiet and really good for have a goodnight sleep. 5. Affordable price and the room is big with small table and chair for you to work. I think this is all the things you need in a guesthouse.

I don't understand such a large number of enthusiastic reviews. During the week, we were cleaned only once and then at our request. We didn't change the towels. The description says that there is oil and salt - this was not there either. The bed linen is old and stained

there are two buildings, yana guesthouse closer to the main street, and yana guesthouse with swimming pool. confusing, but the second one is great. place is nice, near to everything in canggu, but quiet. close to the beach, touristic even local stores in the neighbourhood. rooms are clean, view to the small rice field. our houselord Tyana is very nice person, always helpful, always smiling, comming every day if you need enything. been here for two months. higly recommended!

Stayed at Yana Guest House for 1 month. They actually have 2 buildings (with swimming pool and not) with different owner. I stayed in the building with swimming pool. The owner is really helpful and friendly. They have the clean room and good ambience. They also provide mineral water and amenities. The location is near to the beach and dining place. You can take a walk to go to Batu Bolong Beach. Really want to stay again if I come back to Bali.

I was booking for room number 3 and then when I’m back she give me room number 2 which is i already paid the room I’m really disappointed through the owner action is not professional in business not recommended to be here I’m super disappointed and it’s really really disrespectful

Amazing place, Yana and her staff (Eric) are super friendly and welcoming. Good and clean dorms, motorbike rental, and excellent location close to the beach!

Even though it's advertised as a hostel on half of the website it's not. The owners are really nice and the breakfast is good but you can find way better rooms for the same price just a few minutes around. There was also some construction work upstairs while we stayed, which is a bit annoying if you wanna sleep early or wake up late

Amazing location in a great part of Bali. Hosts were friendly and rooms were clean! Really cannot beat the location. Quiet but right next to fun road!

We had a great time at Yana's Guest House! Herself, her daughter and staff Eric were all super lovely, helpful and funny! 🙌😊It is a great atmosphere there, we made some friends and had a good time going out to the full moon party down the beach which is super close, surfing and also lots of nice shops and quirky cafes around! Definitely recommend! 👍🏼

Amazing staff, amazing location! The most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in Asia! Yana, Erik and Addy made me feel at home straight away. It’s a short walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants, but hiring a scooter will make your life easier - the best part is you can hire a scooter here at the Guesthouse! They also offer surfing lessons and yoga classes. Originally I booked one day and ended up staying 4, and I’ve been back twice since! If you’re coming to Canggu I would definitely stay here! Thanks guys!!!
