It was terrible experience to stay in this hotel. I cannot even give a star. The room is stinky, I couldn’t breathe bcoz of the smell. The wall is dirty, the ac doesn’t work properly, the bathroom sink is leaking and the exhaust is broken. Even when i enter the room on first day, it was not cleaned (bathroom floor was fully wet as if someone just took shower, the side table drawer was full of cigarette ashes). I complained to the receptionist and asked to change the room but she said it was full, no more room. I said I cannot stay there anymore and asking for refund, but she said they cannot return the money as it’s the hotel policy. There’s no action at all from them to solve my complaint. It was very terrible service. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Guys, you can find another hotel which has same price with much better room and service.

One of the dirtiest place in Bali. Do not recommend anyone to stay there even for a night. The smell in the rooms was awful, no windows, dirty bathrooms and every place. The only good thing is staff. They were polite and hospitable.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! Better hotels nearby for less money. Very Dirty and VERY noisy, no wifi in rooms, awful bed, bad smell, lazy workers with no english knowledge or education, lift doesn't work, overpriced bike rental, nothing nice around it, terrible deco, old furniture, broken shower, room's door is too thin and can hear any slight noise from the hall, can't open the windows. I WOULDN'T STAY THERE AGAIN EVEN IF I GOT HIGHLY PAID FOR IT!! THIS IS NOT A JOKE. Hope I help someone with this

Checked in and checked out 5 minutes later, room stank of fecies and vomit in the sink and When we asked for it to be cleaned they splashed some water over it while smoking in our room. Don’t waste your money here you’ll end up feeling so sick you’ll leave. This place is a scam feel sorry for anyone who books

The staff here is really nice and accommodating. However, the hotel is falling apart even though it seems recently built. Not sure the place has ever been cleaned and the room smelled really bad. WIFI does not work in room or throughout the building. We were put in a room with no window which was dark and musky. We left after the first night and the staff was very understanding of our plans changing.

This is quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever had and I've traveled budget quite a bit. And it didn't have to be bad. Looking at the materials and the original design of the rooms at least the idea behind it was good. But whomever is responsible for execution really screwed up in a big way. Nothing in the way this hotel is build is done well. The incompetence of the builders and maintenance is beyond me. Every expensive building material is ruined by stains of paint, concrete, plaster and cometely ruined. Things are unclean, finishes are the cheapest and most amateur I've ever seen. Aircon not working properly nothing seems cleaned. Luckily the bedsheets looked decent. That OYO allows this building to carry it's name I don't understand. How can a hotel have staff that doesn't even speak English in one of the most touristy places on earth?

Friendly staff and good location but room was extremely humid and little moldy. Had to change hostel after 1st night. Breakfast "included" but they charged extra 20k for really bad coffee without telling it beforehand. You will find a better place.

Shabby place but good food, cheap room what can you expect!

genuinely the worst hotel you could stay at for the price - spend your money elsewhere. staff were rude and harassed my partner and i, the room was mouldy and unclean and sheets/linen/pillows were not washed. don't waste your time or money.

If I could give this -10 stars I would. The building is not well maintained and the rooms smell mouldy. Everything about this place is strange. We originally booked the room online and prepaid with a credit card. Upon arrival we were told that the online price is too low and we would need to pay more or cancel our booking (which means you do not get a refund as cancellation is no longer an option once you’ve arrived .) We ended up leaving and managed to receive a refund from the app we had booked on. Really terrible experience.

Hotel Paling menjijikan! Unbelievable I booked this hotel for my brother and when we arrived came to that hotel it was so unbelievable! Dark hotel,the building look not well maintain also I checked the room it was so smelly very strong mould smell! I cannot breat all the wall full of mould! It’s really unhealthy hotel. Don’t believe on their picture please read the reviews first. Hotel nya jelek,mahal dan bau jamur di kamar gak sehat lingkungan hotelnya! Gak rekomend jangan percaya sama yg di foto.

Never stayed such a bad place. I won't go into details because it will be a very long one. But basically they're local bandits will try to mug you. And you complain about smell, bugs and beds they laugh at your face

It was okay, the breakfast good and the room is with it, just the bathroom a little bit dirty and the sheets not very good and the matress soft.

the perfume at the room is too strong, it also stuck in your t-shirt for a moments. I recomended you guys to have some private blanket for the best comfy this hotel is for short stay and a budget hotel for you to stay in canggu is the best way to reduce the financial problem with the easy acces from the front desk

Pro's : + Easy access + Nearby Kuta and Canggu area + A/c works well + Spacious room + Good rate Con's : - nearby street, could easy hear the vehicles noise from the room - room was a bit dirty and smell (probably cause of less ventilation) - narrow bathroom - staff were basic, no wifi offer just basic - strong smell of the linen (rada bau apek)

The room was pretty large but when I arrived there and entering the room it smells like insects spray. Because just few minutes before the staff sprayed the room and it's not good for my breath. The bathroom was clean, although it needs more attention.
