I
have
been
to
Bali
4
times
now..loving
it
every
time
and
keep
on
coming
back.
This
time
I
decided
to
stay
at
Easy
Living
and
that
was
a
mistake.
The
airport
pickup
was
good,
the
staff
were
lovely.
When
I
got
to
the
villa
(it
was
late
at
night)
and
one
of
staff
members
sat
me
down
to
check
in.
He
clearly
had
a
few
drinks
as
the
smell
of
alcohol
was
heavy.
That
made
me
feel
uneasy
since
I
was
staying
at
the
villa
by
myself.
He
wanted
to
take
a
photo
of
me
and
said
it’s
for
the
manager
to
know
that
I
checked
in,
I
said
no
but
he
took
one
anyway.
I
decided
not
to
make
a
big
deal
out
of
it
and
try
to
enjoy
myself
even
though
it
made
me
very
uncomfortable.
That
night
I
went
to
bed
straight
away
since
it
was
already
around
11pm.
In
the
morning
when
I
woke
up
I
went
to
the
bathroom
to
take
a
shower.
First
of
all,
the
photos
of
the
bathrooms
here
and
on
Airbnb
are
VERY
outdated
and
could
be
edited.
The
mirrors
are
all
rusted,
and
the
bathrooms
are
absolutely
FILTHY.
I
am
not
picky
and
I
understand
value
for
price...but
this
place
was
dirty
and
that
is
one
thing
I
think
is
unacceptable.
The
taps
had
a
layer
of
dirt
that
I
could
remove
with
a
tissue!!
The
appliances
and
finishes
are
quite
old
and
in
poor
condition.
Once
again,
there
is
nothing
wrong
with
that
if
you
are
prepared
for
it.
But
the
photos
of
course
painted
a
different
picture.
Furthermore,
I
have
attached
some
photos
of
the
towels.
Towels
were
something
I
just
couldn’t
come
back
from.
The
towels
were
used
and
dirty,
nicely
folded
and
presented.
Once
I
unfolded
the
floor
mat
I
was
shocked.
It
was
grey
with
dark
patches
all
over
it.
I
discovered
later
that
ALL
towels
were
just
as
dirty.
At
that
point
I
started
to
get
upset
-
what
am
I
paying
my
money
for?..
I
don’t
feel
safe
or
clean
here..
PLEASE
NOTE
that
all
photos
I
took
were
on
the
first
day
of
my
stay.
I
did
not
use
the
towels,
I
only
unwrapped
them
from
being
folded.
I
haven’t
even
used
the
sink
(you
can
see
mirror
dirty
on
the
photo
already).
I
contacted
the
owner
since
she
mentioned
that
I
can
get
in
touch
with
her
at
any
point.
I
waited
for
an
answer
for
a
while,
that
day
the
staff
brought
some
other
towels
that
were
not
in
the
best
condition
but
better
than
the
ones
I
had.
At
that
point
I
couldn’t
stay
there
any
longer,
went
online
and
booked
another
villa
my
friends
have
suggested
to
me.
I
packed
my
bags,
asked
staff
to
get
a
taxi
for
me
and
told
them
I
am
moving
with
my
friends
because
I’m
not
happy
here.
They
helped
me
with
my
luggage
and
I
was
gone.
The
next
villa
I
stayed
in
was
perfection.
To
add
to
my
awful
experience
with
Easy
Living
Villas
Canggu,
I
have
reached
out
to
the
owner
via
Airbnb,
and
told
her
my
story
in
hopes
that
she
would
understand.
I’m
a
business
owner
myself
and
I
understand
that
sometimes
when
you
are
not
there
-
things
don’t
run
as
smoothly
as
when
you
operate
the
business
actively.
She
not
only
tried
to
argue
with
me
about
it
but
told
me
off
and
blamed
me
for
leaving.
I
got
told
that
it
was
my
decision
to
leave
and
that
I
won’t
be
getting
any
refund.
I
would
suggest
to
all
my
friends
and
people
reading
this
review
to
avoid
this
place.
I
will
continue
coming
back
to
Bali
as
I
love
Indonesia
and
its’
people
but
I
will
never
stay
at
that
place
again.
For
less
amount
of
money
I
paid
for
this
villa
-
I
got
a
luxe
villa
in
Seminyak
and
was
so
happy
to
be
in
a
clean,
secure
environment
with
my
own
beautiful
pool.
