The
villa
concept
and
design
was
pretty
well
worth
for
mid
range
travelers
with
spacious
bedroom/
private
pool
friendly
staff,
However
it
was
poorly
maintained
and
run
down,.
We
booked
3
nights
at
the
villas
but
after
first
night
our
villas
electricity
was
cut
off
from
2nd
evening
while
the
remaining
villas
was
normal.
When
we
inquired
the
manager
lady
all
the
she
could
say
was
please
be
patient
and
wait
for
the
electricity
to
return
and
just
WENT
HOME
WITHOUT
OFFER
ANY
ALTERNATIVE
OPTIONS.
After
waiting
for
4
hours
in
darkness
with
bunch
of
mosquitos
bite,
all
we
could
hear
is
“There
is
nothing
we
can
do
about
it
we
are
sorry”
from
the
technician.
When
we
asked
if
it
is
possible
to
switch
to
another
room
since
only
our
room
is
having
the
electricity
issue
the
manager
offer
to
let
us
use
the
electricity
to
charge
our
phone
(not
switching)
from
another
empty
villas
as
the
supposedly
arrived
guest
have
not
reached
yet.
By
2.30
AM
i
tried
to
ask
the
technician
one
last
time
whether
can
we
pleased
get
another
room
to
stay
or
please
fixed
our
electricity
all
he
could
say
was
sorry
i
can
only
offer
you
my
friend’s
villa
nearby
but
you
have
to
PAY
FOR
IT.
After
the
final
check
from
the
tech
guy
and
still
unable
to
restore
any
electricity
to
our
room
AND
HE
HAS
NO
IDEA
WHEN
THEY
WILL
ABLE
TO
RESTORE.
We
decided
to
pack
our
stuff
and
leave
at
2.45
AM.
The
place
was
nice
and
staff
was
friendly,
did
all
they
could
however
there
isn’t
a
proper
system/procedure
in
place
in
case
any
issue
arise
like
our.
I
do
hope
the
manager
lady/boss
will
go
through
a
hospitality
course
and
set
up
a
proper
S.O.P
to
assist
the
guess
in
the
future
instead
of
just
going
home
and
leave
their
guest
stranded
in
the
middle
of
the
night.
The
place
is
still
really
amazing
and
worth
the
money
if
not
for
this
incident.
Cheers
