Absolutely the worst hotel! There is constructions right next to my room 9am-5pm everyday, with drilling and hacking noises which make it impossible to stay in your room! The furnitures and rooms are old and dirty. There is only one dim light in the living room area so the living room is super dark. Also I found cockroach in my bathroom during shower. It is also quite far from the beach, not near the Canggu stretch with many cafes and restaurants. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

I love this place, as you can see in the video. It's pretty big for a small price. Yes, I got less price because I booked during the semi-lockdown. But even the price is higher, still worth it! I love the green things surrounding this place.

I really like this place especially after so many other disasters in Bali with accommodation. It was my second stay and will come again. This place is like a small resort and very well kept, good management and lovely staff. I also like the location between Seminyak and Canggu.

Decent enough place to stay long term. I stayed here for 1.5 months. Pros: - friendly staff - amazing pool view. Seeing the squirrels jumping around on the trees. Beautiful greenery all around the hotel - insects nothing to worry about. I stayed on the 3rd floor and this surely helped too. A few ants. Once I had two cockroaches in the bathroom, but it’s what you can expect in Bali, and this was a rare one-off. Living area and bedroom were spotless the whole time. I’m someone who doesn’t stay in places that get lots of insects, and here I had no problem. A few friendly geckos walking around outside the building, but none ever ventured into my apartment. - great cleaning done by staff. The quality of the cleaning and friendliness of the staff were great. I even left my valuables lying around a few times and nothing to worry about. - great location. Outside the madness of Canggu and near some great restaurants in Seminyak like Nook, Warung Dua Umalas, Pison and many others. The area is tranquil and quiet. - the garden and pool. It’s worth an extra mention. I always felt really grateful to be able to live in such a place. Cons: - pool could be cleaner. They kept a cleaner pool towards the end of my stay but it was never quite clean. Once I stepped on a sharp object in the pool. Notified staff. All good. Just do watch out. - they don’t warn people properly about the fogging procedure they do. This is a big one. Once I left the apartment to head to the lobby when suddenly I was engulfed by a mountain of smoke. It’s the chemical agent they use to keep the hotel as mosquito and insect free as possible. This is a common procedure in Bali, but what’s not common is to surprise guests with a shower of chemical smoke. Supposedly they tried to notify me about this but clearly they didn’t go about it the right way. I’d expect a letter or note being put under the door, the day before. As well as a warning in the lobby that’s clearly visible. Lucky that I’m not asthmatic. And who knows what was in those chemicals and if there are long term consequences to this kind of exposure. This is really next level unprofessionalism, and all the staff did was to give me empty apologies. Next time they did this I received a phone call that morning. If o didn’t pick up the phone call, who knows if I would’ve received the warning in time. - no antiseptic spray in gym, no paper towels to wipe down equipment, all this during a global pandemic. Either close the gym or make it safe to use! - a hotel in disrepair. The daily cleaning is on par but the general maintenance of the hotel is kept to the bare bones standard. - poor wifi on upper floors. The wifi around the pool area was great, but in my room it was barely working, and sometimes not working at all. I notified the staff on check in. They said they’d look into it. It was bad all throughout. Do yourself a favour and tether from your phone. - hidden costs. The staff didn’t tell me about the extra cost of kitchen utensils when I was inspecting the place. I only found out after check in. Super dodgy!! There’s also an additional cost for the gas connection. Fine that there is. But I expect to be notified about this from the get go. Of course. - stinky couch pillows. The couch desperately needs a long steam clean session. Just nasty. I hardly used it and when I did I put some covers over the top of it. Had to ask staff to wash the couch pillows, which they did. Overall I’d consider staying again, but I’d first check out some other places before settling on this one.

Upon arrival we had to sign approval that there was construction work between 9am and 5pm. We had really misjudged the distance to the beach and therefore (one of the reasons) wanted to cancel to go to a better location. The friendly staff helped us with this. Room has a large refrigerator and the possibility to cook for those who want (for a fee). Large rooms with kitchen, bedroom and two toilets/1 shower. We really didn't like that the wall near the shower is partially open and you can see through it, saw a man looking straight at me from the building across (5 meter?). We had to hang a towel there. Airconditioning barely cooled, the bed is hard like wood and we had to clean the toilet seat before we could use it... we booked a garden view but looked at a wall with windows instead. Very friendly personal and we had the best dinner in our 2 weeks on Bali at the restaurant!

Large rooms with kitchen, bedroom and two toilet/showers mainly used by longstay visitors. Far out in the middle of nowhere. Very far from the beach. Room amenities minimal. The usual tray with coffee/tea and bottled water, further just a toothbrush and towels for only the downstairs bathroom. You have to ask for towels for upstairs which they will just leave downstairs. No bath despite the huge space. Of the suite that is; the toilet/bathrooms are tiny... No shower in the ensuite toilet of the bedroom upstairs...... One of those plastic dispensers with soap-for-anything which do not seem to get filled up when empty.... Really nice bar, restaurant and pool area; but closed in the evening !!! (we were here 4 nights including a Saturday when the hotel was fully booked, but everything was closed and dark). Breakfast buffet is the most minimal and bland I have had in the past 25 years in hotels. But the cook is good; he makes a wonderful omelet for you and other dishes from the menu are also very nice. And the staff (all of them in the hotel) is also very nice and helpful.

This could be good if they provided any level of service at all. There’s a restaurant and bar on site but it closes at 5pm. Concierge was useless - would not arrange scooter hire, would not book a grab or gojek collection, and there’s no laundry facilities at all “we’re happy to show you where the laundry is on the map”. Which is super weird because every time I walked past the desk there was always at least three staff on. Also threatened on checkin that if food delivery was sent to the hotel, I had to come collect it from reception, they wouldn’t take to the room. The room is pretty basic, but very clean. Bare minimum is provided - some water bottles, tea and coffee. Little signs everywhere in the rooms threatening financial consequences of I) using the cooking gas ii) leaving the balcony door open and a/c on, and the obligatory heavy threats about smoking indoors.

Love the stay. The staffs are amazing and friendly. The room is kept quite optimal and clean. Definitely will come back one small note: the bed is not cushion-y / comfortable enough.

Checked in, got a two-floor room with an unconventional bathroom setup. Next day, agreed to balcony repaint but returned to find our entire room painted with our belongings covered with dirty gordyn (including bed). Disappointed, but they moved us to a one-floor room, which was better. Friendly staff, but the room renovation was quite bothering.

Room is very big, light in the living room is very poor, staff is very polite, food is ok, for the price i paid i would say it's an ok room, but i had problems with the AC because it was not managing to make the room cold properly and i was sweating a lot .....

Stayed here for 4 days. Unique room arrangements..too bad the pool is under maintenance during my stay. Also room lighting should be brighter on the livingroom area Very strategic location to seminyak & canggu 👍🏼

In general, it’s a good hotel for its price, but the rooms are quite old and have some ants in them.

Very strange rooms with very bad lighting on the ground level and the upper deck is also not that great. They need to improve the lighting in the rooms, it's very dark and there is only one light for the entire floor. The gym is very bad , small and dirty, the mats are worn out and the equipments are century old, and the view from the gym is terrible. If you are on a budget trip and don't want to spend so much for your stay then this hotel is probably ok for you, but don't expect too much from this hotel. The pool is good and it's nice to chill around in the evenings. The bathroom is dirty with stains around the shower and the glass. The window is open so it's very easy for anyone outside looking at you taking shower directly if you are on the ground floor, so better take a higher floor. I would definitely not be coming back to this hotel and I don't really recommend anyone to visit her unless you really have no money to spend on your stay.

Great service staff is friendly and welcoming Villa itself is super old Very noisy outside can hear neighbors above, kept waking up throughout the night Wi-Fi connection keeps disconnecting from my device every minute even as I’m typing this, extremely annoying very unstable connection Got a stove but you can’t use it unless you pay 100k for gas No box of tissues provided Overall not recommended unless you’re looking for a traditional villa experience

Room with kitchen doesn’t include tools. They charge 100K for tools and gas. No sponge included so you cannot do the cleaning. Bathroom in need of a renovation. Nice option that there is a small “gym”.

The room on the ground floor was too dark. It feels like the hotel has suffered during the pandemic, it is dilapidated and not taken care of. No shampoo, no hair dryer provided. Nice pool and good gym.

Shower was poor, it was either too hot or too cold. Asked the receptionist to fix it, the maintenance guy came. Came inside the room without taking his shoes off. Check the shower, saying the shower works just fine, told him that the water was either too cold or too hot, and he explained to us that the water heater is very small, so yes thats why we cant get perfect warm water. There’s nothing he can do..

Love the layout of the room with bed and private bath upstairs, and shower/kitchen/living area downstairs. It's not a high-end chain resort, but for the price very livable, especially for longer stays like 2 weeks or 1 month+. For me its biggest draws are having a kitchen and its location: Umalas. It's also right down the street to convenience stores, grocery stores, and restaurants. If you don't need or want a kitchen, it's still a nice place to stay however the kitchen is a big part of the overall space. I give it 5 stars on a curved grading. I had a hard time finding anything comparable in the same price range.

I loved this place, it was so quite. But, the cleanliness was poor and also I had to ask for utensils. Big disappointment was gas tho, additional charge for it.

👍👍 I'd recommend reserving for brunch if you want to sit indoors. I ordered the Full English Bunny Breakfast which was very good. Every ingredient was delicious and it came in a lightly toasted brioche bun. For the drink I ordered the Strong Boy - I highly recommend it 👍
