The room we reserved through Traveloka was not available. The room is completely booked, which is the cause. Then, it is suggested that we upgrade to a suite, pick a hostel, or cancle. We decided to update. And it turns out that the room we were given was awful. The room is dusty, the blankets are filthy, the towels are still damp, and the atmosphere is frightening. The bathroom is mossy and filthy. In order to prevent it from happening to other individuals, it is hoped that Traveloka and the hotel will find the best solution for this. I'm grateful.

Room was not made at all, used linens. No towels were served, no soap at ALL, no bottled water, ac remote given late and NOT on because the battery is dead, never stay here at all this is the worst room and service I have ever stayed in

Bad, really bad. The services are very slow and the price of the foods are not matching the quality of the food, I got a fly in my food and they didn't want to replace my food. The water in the bathroom was filled with amoeba when I stayed for 2 months. I've got skin issues and respiratory problems. Clearly not recommend!

I have no choice at that time cause problem with Agoda. The recent review made me worries n yeah it happened. Room so humid, not bright light, dirty bed sheet, smelly pillow, the toilet more poor light. Thankfully front office the foreign person want change the bed sheet, cause I read he not humble, worried he dont want changed my bed sheet and pillow cover,dirty colour n smell, you can see my pic I upload. BUT bed sheet still has dirty mark😅 but more cleaner not really dusty. What waste, need more care , hope they fix from all people review. Cause the style of accomodation is good. Go looking other option.

The online booking promised bathtub in my room, sadly there isn't. Receptionist said it was old advertising. Same things said about car/motorcycle rent. Also, the aircon didn't work well too.

The room was basic, but very clean and pleasant. Service was warm and friendly. They also provided breakfast, air conditioner, shower, clean towel and soap. The room has garden view and it has no swimming pool. Has a large garden area, refreshing to walk around during the mornings. The hotel is far away from the main road which offers a peaceful stay.

The bed seems to not have been cleaned, only made. There was someone else's hair on the pillow and under the sheets. The bathroom stank and had urinal cakes all over the floor. The food was ordered from a restaurant near by and was cold. If I could give it a lower rating than 1 I would and would never recommend to my worst enemy.

I wish i could stay long term in this place.. so homey, chill and peaceful. Can't wait to comeback. Note : Please fix the door in the dorm bathroom, it was so noisy when opened, especially at night. Overall it good.

The names mentioned above; mbak Sinta, Edin, Kak Monic, Kak Sandi (Manager)I paid for 6-7 days for a specific suite room and apparently i was told that i had to shift to a room in the hostel to make up for it as they dont have a room to spare. Kinda ridiculous how they managed guests around without even informing in advance. Worst is that i didnt even get a refund to make up for that last day. The place dont deserved to be called as hotel. Rooms weren't clean either way, perhaps the owner doesnt even bother about the management i guess

We spent two nights at D’uma in a hostel room. Unfortunately the shower was cold but we’d expected that. The Workers were lovely and the breakfast package is worth the money (drinks aren’t included). The pool is very pretty and a good temperature. Wi-fi included. There are unfortunately some loud roosters and turkeys in the morning so I recommend good quality ear plugs!

Great experience, everyone is extremely friendly and helped. Food is delicious & homemade. They also grow their own fruits, without chemical fertilizers. Staff is ready to give you some advice and recommend you places.

Very great room which super luxurious for the price. Super friendly staff and loveley food! Nothing to conplain about. We needed some photo copies and asked the front desk if she had a printer. She didn't, so she went to a printshop herself and printed it all for free!! Amazing experience
