    I went to this place again today for dinner after work, I love this Burger King at Sunset Road because some of the employees that work in this place are deaf. They have small sign board at Cashier said : "Hello, I am deaf, please select the picture on the menu to order. Thank you." So you can select the picture and they will input it on the system and you can double check if the order is correct then pay. And if you can do sign language even better so you can communicate in sign language. Bravo to Burger King!

    Good place to bring kids and short meet up. They hire disable (deaf) worker, it's a good thing for them to be able take part of the service. And they can help taking orders although it might be a little complicated if you like to modify your orders. They also offer burger king's apps, has so many promotion coupons.

    Quick service, not too busy. Quite, plenty of parking available. Coming from a different country I loved how the food has been quite customised for the country. The meal comes with rice, I loved the spicy chicken meal with rice.

    Big and neat ambience. Came by 4:30 in the morning. Had to cancel our fried chicken order as they told it May take more than 15 minutes to prepare it. Polite staffs.

    I ordered a royal chicken meal and 2 beef burger meals. Unfortunately my royal chicken burger had 9 bones, 3 big bones and the rest were small bones, imagine if young children ate this burger, what do you think it will happen? The only advice from me is, be mindful if you choose to buy the chicken burger for your child when you're in Bali. It is not safe.

    The dine-in experience was good overall. Clean location, nice staff and spacious parking. The reason for 4 star is that the Plant-based Whopper tasted so-so (boring) and the hand dryer is not working which is not helpful especially if you're about to eat your food with freshly washed hands. They didn't have tissues for hands as an alternative. Toilet was clean but looks old so the bowl was stained.

    I ordered Cheese Whopper package at the drive thru of Burger King Sunset Road Bali on 27 November 2023 around 2:30PM. I saw 3 prices on the Cheese Whopper menu options and I said to the lady that I want the Cheese Whopper package. The lady behind the counter did not repeat my order, neither screen available for us to reassure that she took proper package according to what I ordered. I have assumed that I will need to pay at the highest price for my order at the time we are driving to the next counter where I should pay and take my food. And yes, that happened as what I thought, the lady gave me the food which is consist of 1 burger, a drink and fries (small one), but when I checked the bill that she handed I found that I have paid for the price of the KING BOX package + an upgrade to a bigger fries that she did not hand to me until I requested! So, I double checked to the lady what I have paid for and she responded to my request in panic and finally handed me the KING BOX. We went through before I got the chance to open the paper bag. But then I got another suprise when I opened it, the fries that I got was a small one, which I have paid for the upsized. What a bad day for me! But I bet they have done it to many customers that do drive thru order. I think Management should take seroius action on this matter, otherwise the bad reputation will be labelled to your business. Bad luck to your business!! P.S.: The Cheese Whopper also didn't really taste like Whopper which I recon should have a special sauce (of Whopper) taste. I can only taste cheese, veggies and a plain patty. Too bad! :(

    My worst experience with Burger King EVER. Inside restaurant is hotter than outside: employees keep air conditioning off. It must be 35ºC inside and you sweat while eating. It is not broken, it is off, because after my complaints they turned it on. It took me 15 minutes to explain that "no sauces" means "without sauces" and not "plain burger." In short, the guy pretended to know English and a mess was created. I used a translator and in 10 seconds we understood each other. Don't make fun of me, you can ask, right? There are no diet drinks, you either drink water or ingest a load of sugar. I had the worst Whopper of my life. When you consider that a meal here, for Indonesia, costs the same as a very good restaurant... what can I say, flunked across the board.

    «Chicken burger» ?? More like «fried fat burger», there is barely any chicken in any of their products, look at this ridiculous chicken-burger with like 10 grams of meat 🤣 i will only order from mcdonalds now 🙏🏼

    Went for lunch with the kids. Check their instagram for seasonal promo We got a free vegan burger, which surprisingly better than the meat version. Small playground just enough to keep kids busy while waiting for our order Friendly staff Some staff are having hearing problems, so please be kind.

    BK is my first choice of fast food. Cheese Whopper is the best burger and crunchy fried chicken is just perfect. Spacious, cozy, clean, free and plenty of parking.

    Nice burger, lot of promotions so we can get in cheaper price. They hire disability as their worker, it is really good. we really appreciate it. They do Covid 19 prevention protocols, so it must be a safe place to visit and dine in.

    I loved how they have disabilities people work as in Indonesia have so many company underestimate and even not accept the community. Anyway, always be the place to go for quick food and tasty :) (of course lots of promo :D)

    I amaze when I know burger king hire disability people as their staff. I respect that! This store also very clean, the toilet is clean also. The staff super friendly, when I ask for promotional menu, they explain to me nicely. The parking space also super big. My favourite menu is mushroom burger. The creamy mushroom sauce totally delicious and the patty is not too much. The bread is soft and the patty juice absorb well on the bread.

    Open 24 hours! Very neat having the hearing impaired team - i did have to think carefully so that i could order exactly what i wanted. The team is very nice and special and try's real hard to assist in any and all ways. This location is next to the Sunset roads and it is a good nice and new quality build.

    Clean. Good service. The staff were super helpful. Tasted like any other BK. A large number of the employees are deaf which is so refreshing. I felt like they went above and beyond to cater for their customers as well. Good work, Burger King

    We visited here last week only because it was late and many food places were already closed. This Burger King is open 24hrs. I commend the management for giving employment opportunities to disabled people.. But from a customer perspective it would make more sense for the large sign telling customers that the customer service staff are deaf was displayed more prominently instead of behind the door that you leave from. It's a bit bewildering to approach the counter to place an order and be confronted by an arm waving person who you can't understand. The Burger was average unfortunately. The big disappointment was that I had to approach the counter several times to ask for tissues...sauces..etc. These weren't available unless you asked. Looks like the management was implementing some cost savings measures unfortunately. Would I come back again? Not really...the experience was a bit underwhelming

    You should teach your staffs how to use your gloves properly not grabbing cash, the manager was there and he doesn't care too and then handling my chips. Contaminated with bacterias from the cash into my chips. I'd not come back mate. Cashier guy was friendly tho

    This location seems new or maybe it’s just really well maintained. There’s a nice spacious parking lot (rare for Bali), friendly security/doorman, and the employees are really nice. They do employ some deaf employee here as well. Food is what you expect from BK, I was really craving a whopper!

    Great Burger King outlet, it's signature services are that the Frontliner staffs are (sorry) mute, so the will "speak" to you by hand signals/language. Perfect place for customers who happens to be mute and deaf also, so they can order more comfortably. The foods and store quality are kept with Burger King's standard.

    Big appreciate for Burgerking to employed our disable friend. Tip : Speed the long queue by order with the Barcode sticker in your Tables. To improve : please put one giant menu next to the Queue lines to make the customer easily to choose what they wants. More efficient for us to get order faster! Thanks

    They have a plant based burger which was yummmmmm. I wouldn't recommend the cheesy fries, it tasted weird. But the best part is, they have hired deaf and mute staff and even have a sign language guide for basic communication with the staff. Makes my heart so happy 😊😊😊
