Bali Tour Guide exceeds expectation! Not only is Bali Tour Guide super responsive, they are also the perfect tour partner in customising the agenda that meets your requirement. All I did was provide a list of places I want to go for a five day trip via WhatsApp and Agung came back within a span of hours a proposed itinerary which covers North, South and East Bali. They were super helpful in liaising with the snorkeling team, the nusa penida tour, the speedboat company, the two spas, the tailor etc in ensuring everything was in order when we arrive. The guide that was assigned to us, Pak Ngurah was quick to respond to changing conditions of the day. When the weather seemed cloudy, he readjusted the plans to prioritise the places that we can't visit on a rainy day so that we don't miss out on them. When we wanted to try a particular food, he went all out in finding a places that meets our requirement. He helped to schedule things in that were not planned. Our Bali experience was seamless, beautiful and memorable. Thanks to Bali Tour Guide Association, Agun and Ngurah (our dearest driver and guide). We enjoyed visiting every destination in Bali and we infact curated the itinerary together making sure all the places we'd like to visit. Ngurah had wonderful time management skills and made sure we visited all the places we wanted to go to. He also told us the history behind each place and answered all the questions we had about Bali. He ensured we stayed safe and comfortable all through the trip and was always responsive and professional... We did our very short trip with them and we are really happy! Our Driver Nyoman Merta was amazing and very fun to spend time with. He showed us all the places possible in the very short trip we had and we really enjoyed spending time with him. Nyoman was truly a gentleman and we had a great time. Alao very importantly he was able to communicate well in English, which was a big saviour for us. Kudos to him that we had a great time in Bali! I highly recommend their services!

We had a great time with Bali tour guide. We customised our tour as per our convenience. Putu our driver and tour guide was very good and so were his recommendations for sightseeing. He also took us to very good places for lunch and dinner. He was always punctual and was there early. Car was clean and tidy. We used this driving service for a 9 day trip in Bali. Our driver was Putu, who was terrific. He was on time every day (usually 10 minutes early), was friendly and gave good suggestions, and drove very professionally and safely. We went all around Bali during our time. We had a comfortable van that seated up to 7 (we were 5 with luggage and sat comfortably in it). The communication with Putu was great, he was always responsive through WhatsApp. Prior to our trip, the communication was also great and meeting at the airport was easy. The prices are also very good - they were lower than several other services I checked prior to booking and I can’t imagine the service being any better elsewhere.

Best Tour Guide in Bali! Sir Ngura took very good care of us since our arrival til departure. We stayed in Bali for 8 days and Sir Ngura took us around the island. My friend and I are from France and we came to Bali for nearly a month in may 2023. We already had an itinerary planned and hotels booked before we contacted Bali Tour Guide. Agung proposed and planned the best itinerary ever for all the things to do in Bali according to our trip. He fully adapted the visits to our wishes and budget. Ngurah, our driver , guide, Instagram photographer and best friend for a month provided a high quality and great service. Always on time and very friendly, he came to pick us up at the airport, provided the transfer from an hotel to an other, was our guide, taught us how to speak Balinese and explained lots of things about balinese culture. Really this experience was wonderful , and without him our trip to Bali would not have been the same. This made us feel safe and worry free. Everything was included, transferts, visits, parkings, activities etc…(temples, snorkeling, rafting, climbing a volcano, trekking…) We spent a month with him but he wasn't intrusive and knows how to be discreet. I wanted to buy a yoga mat, we wanted to stop in several shops for souvenirs, or stop for money exchange, Ngurah always did his best to provide all these services in between visits or transfer from a hotel to another. We would definitely recommend Bali Tour Guide to anyone who wants to visit Bali. We did not want to drive a scooter and seeing the roads and traffic in real life, we were happy we didn't! You can go with them without any hesitation. Very good price and it's worth every penny and you won't regret it. We had the best experience with Bali Tour Guide. We arranged with them 8 days of visiting Bali with a private driver. Our driver was the best. He is now our friend and family after this experience. Putu, our driver, was driving safe and always put us in contact with great local guides in places like Tirta Empul, Sekumpul &Fiji waterfalls. We have been also to Gili Trawangan and Nusa Penida and our driver put us on safe boats that took us from Bali to the other island safe and fast. Mr Agung and Mr Wisnu (our tour guide) were absolutely amazing, they kept us in the know about everything regarding our Bali trip. They were very kind and even helped us numerous times when we were struck with non-tour issues. They are kind, warm hearted and well intending. Bali wouldn't have been so much fun if it wasn't for Mr Agung & his driver, Mr Ngurah. We had a phenomenal time at Bali and had explore most of the bucket list tourism spot. Although venturing through the tight schedule can be tiring, the timing of the tour destination is set nicely so that we do not experience big crowd and get to enjoy the nature of Bali in peace. Definitely worth it! The price is far beyond resonable than other tourist guide that we have compared with. Regardless of the reasonable tour package price, the service provided by our driver, Mr Ngurah is super good and professional; always on time, good explanation, super understanding & indeed good to have a chat with along the drive. If we were to come again to Bali, will definitely choose Mr Ngurah as our driver. Overall the experience was great and we are planning to come again to Bali to explore more.
