Personally I think this is the truest review of M boutique you will read. My stay at hostel world was average. Positives: easy to meet people, nice pool with beanbags, warm showers, drinks fridge. Negatives: Rude staff, the staff take your keys if you leave them around and make you pay for them back, bed bugs, broken shower door and toilet door locks in the female bathrooms (one even has no door at all), staff are consistently in and out of the room and it makes you feel uneasy when they are even putting their heads into peoples capsules, staff in and out of the rooms unnecessarily, toast for breakfast (no cereal option or other milk option). So overall my stay here was more made by the people I met! I really do not trust the staff in this hostel even with my things locked in the lockers. I feel they’ll even go in them. There was a few more negatives not major ones as they are not on the top of my head. It’s a cool hostel just a shame about the mistrust in staff.

Pretty nice hostel, clean and well located. I was staying in the 43 person doors (yes, you read right) and I felt like I was alone. The capsule type bed are equipped of a power outlet, a lamp and a table. Extremely comfy beds and clean. The pool is nice, big enough for people to hangout and the bean bags are comfy. Breakfast are toast and jam which is common in multiple hostels. Staff is friendly and the scooters are good and reliable.

Booked one night & ended up staying 3 nights in the 6 bed dorm. It felt like a private hotel room since the room got super cold & the curtain didn't let in any peep holes so I could sleep in my underwear & feel safe no one would see me. The 6 bed was quiet in the day, people either slept in or was out and about in the day, the location has good food in the area, partying, and beach so people don't come back till late. They offer free drip coffee and tea, filtered hot and cold water, bowls, cups, plates, silverware, fridge & freezer, microwave, and free cupa-noodles. They had air conditioned common areas like the large table to eat, socialize, do work on your lab top, or sit and drink coffee or tea. Staff & management were super friendly, and they made sure the rooms were spotless daily. I seen them throwing sheets and blankets on the ground after checkout and replacing them with fresh ones which is a good sign. I saw them sweep and mop the floors daily in the room. The only con is the wifi in my room went in and out, and their shower drains didn't have the best smell probably due to hair build up. I told them the room spray was too strong and they changed the settings immediately to not squirt fragrance as frequently. Any request I had they fixed immediately (I also asked them to turn the AC up one day). This place is perfect for the digital nomad. Socializing happens mainly in the common areas, sometimes in the room if you happen to come out of your cubby the same time someone is taking a shower or packing. You'll sleep good in the cold room with warm blankets. I liked that the bed came with a computer pull out, power socket, and light. There were also two pillows provided for extra comfort & a complimentary towel. The manager said they just recently re-opened December 26th, I happened to check in December 29th so it was extra nice & fresh. Showers got hot & the bed cubby comes with a drying rack in your bed & a hanger. They also provide a lock & locker. & a book donation section.

Decent Hostel. Cheap rates. Don’t expect much for the ”free breakfast”... the pool is chill and the staff is friendly though. Only hostel I stayed in where you sleep in a big wooden box. Would not recommend if you are clusterfobic. Other than that super cheap and bathrooms are relatively clean. Also in a decent location

Awesome hostel! Very modern! The lockers are all digital with bracelets you wear. The cube beds offer privacy, personal wall sockets and lights. Location is awesome. Showers are hot. Rooftop is great for beers or sunset. No complaints and the price is great too!!!! 10 out of 10!

Very new and clean - great condition overall. The pods are super comfy and private. The lockers are also huge. Nice common area in the lobby and rooftop bar. Bathrooms are also huge and clean- warm water and high pressure. Great location, too. Definitely staying here next time I’m in town.

Nice hostel with comfy beds, free towels, decent wifi, hot water showers, great swimming pool, computers available for guests. Free breakfast is too simple (bread and spreads). Cheap, comfortable, really nice staff. Plugs in each bed. Lockers. I felt safe at all times. Pretty Good location. Recommend

Overall a nice hostel in a good location. It’s about a 15-30 minute walk to the beach depending on which one you go to. Only complaints would be that the bathroom cleanliness could be improved, and it’s a bit noisy from nearby establishments at night. That said, it’s still a good value for the price.

Great hostel with quirky design and 24hr reception. Really liked my stay here. They also provide rentals of your holiday necessities like motorbikes, bicycles, surfboards, and more. They also have a pool. If you like more privacy, opt for the all-male or all-female dorm. If you like fun, opt for the mixed dorm.

It's a nice & affordable hostel. Bed & room is clean, staff is helpful. Bed type is bunk bed with personal curtain. They provide clean towel & everybody has their own locker key. Humble breakfast included (bread, butter & jam, coffe & tea). Bathroom is shared type, not as clean as i expected but it's still clean. They wash the bathroom every morning. They have outdoor pool, & the hostel locate at a good area for travellers.
