Grateful to choose this place for our short stay in Sanur. The owners are super nice and helpful. They fetched us from airport at 3AM when we were unsure about our transportation to their place. The owners rescued lots of cute dogs who are super playful with guests. The room is clean and very affordable for rest. And one more thing, the location is perfect if you want to go to Nusa Penida or other islands as the harbour is just walking distance. They even let us drop our luggage while we went to Nusa Penida. What a wonderful experience!

Perfect spot to stay if you're looking to catch the ferry nearby. The owners are the nicest people and super accommodating, even arranging for an airport shuttle if required. Rooms are basic, but have everything you need. Great service and value.

I cannot recommend staying here highly enough!! The rooms are clean and comfortable with good beds, the AC is strong and kept the room cool, and the hostel is in a great location, quiet but a quick walk to the beach and busier town area. There is a shared kitchen area with tea and coffee and drinkable water. Most notably, the host (Yani) is unbelievably kind, welcoming, and helpful. She gave us recommendations of where to eat, offered to arrange a pick up from the airport, helped arrange our ferry ride and drove us to the ferry port, and even gave us her number in case we had any questions or needed help in the future. She was just the person we needed as a couple of young, inexperienced travelers. She also has several sweet, friendly dogs who you can play with if you like dogs. I would definitely stay again!

Friendly and kind owner helps with any question you can have and shared the traditional dinner with us. She did a lot to make us feel comfortable. Rooms are nice, good location.

Had a comfortable stay at Umah Bagus. The hosts are very nice people, welcoming and helpful. The homestay has a very convenient location if coming from or going to Sanur Harbour.

Loved my stay! Such a friendly owner, rooms are spacious, a kitchen is available to prepare food and free water, quiet at night, you can walk to the pier, and they have sooo many cute dogs. There are even four puppy’s now! I can highly recommend this place. Hope to come back one day ☺️

Hotel owner Yani is a very good, helpful woman. He supported us a lot in every issue and problem we had. It's like our family in Bali. We thank him very much.

My 2nd stay in Sanur. It was a quiet and perfect place accross from the harbour, jst a short walk to the alleway. Ibu Yani is nice, she let me put my bag after I checked out. The dogs are cute, following around and they seem familiar with many stangers/guests. U can take a morning or afternoon walk/jog from Sanur to Segara and Sindu, its not that far from the homestay. The room is clean, spacious, bathroom is clean, no smelly, the water heater works, I love the bed, its very comfortable, bedsheet and pillow is clean, it would be even better if the tv can functioned. But the cleanliness is all that matters. Cleanliness is always on point. Hope that helps if u want to do solo travel or family or couple it would be a reccomendation

The rooms at Umah Bagus are clean and spacious, the mattresses are comfortable with high-quality bedding, and the bathroom and toilet are in good condition. Coffee, tea, biscuits, noodles, and all necessary cutlery and dishes are available in the shared kitchen area. During my recent trip to Bali, I stayed here for three nights and totally loved it. I should also remark that Yani, the owner of this homestay, is a true gem of a person. She's been quite patient and helpful in proposing places to go, shop, and eat. She even allowed me to borrow her cycle. I would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone visiting Bali and staying in Sanur.

Yani (the hostess) is the sweetest, and most helpful person you could ever hope to meet along your travels. Along with her pack of very cute dogs she gave us a warm welcome and then helped us figure out our ferry and even booked it for us. The rooms are simple and clean, and there’s Wi-Fi and AC which is all we needed for a nice stay. Can’t recommended enough.

Great place to stay for travelling around Sanur or Nusa Penida, located very close to Sanur Harbour, only 5 minutes walk.. Bu Yani is really an outstanding host.. making the stay feels so homey, super friendly and helpful for any kind of your needs. A very clean and cold room is guaranteed.. Tea, Coffee and snacks are available and you can use the shared kitchens. Definitely worth the experience. Still expanding room numbers and definitely can't wait for the future stay in the new room.. Don't hesitate to stay here..

Best there is in sanur, the service is beyond my expectation. Location is walking distance to port going to nusa pineda. You can request motorbike rental, ticket round trip to nusa pineda, service from and to airport. Baggage storage.

Location is very good walkable from sanur harbour. Host is also very good and available on call. Property has good scenery, terrace and pool area. Pets are not allowed as per property policy but saw dogs in property. There is no breakfast options but kitchen is open for everyone to prepare third own breakfast. Very less veg options available near by just one Indian restaurant providing thali menu on daily basis.

A great convenient place to stay very close to Sanur Harbour, less than 10mins walk away (be careful crossing the busy road). The owners are very kind, our room was big, comfortable and clean, the shower was hot and A/C was good. They have a cute beagel called Dylan. The area is quiet aswell.

If you want to book a nice place to stay before heading off to Penida or Lembongan. Book this accommodation, the host is amazing. She offered me to use her motorcycle and she even sent my luggages to where our location was. The pool is not really in use anymore when I was there. They need some refurbishing of the property but overall the rooms were big and the accommodation is great.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights when we first arrived to the island. The room was nice and clean, plus the owners, Yani & Agus, were super kind and helpful. Great way to arrive in Bali (: Also, if you're coming from the airport, be sure to ask about the transfer - they offer a great rate!

The place is amazing! It feels like home and has the vibe and comfort of such. I came here after a 12 hour flight and was so happy to find a cozy and clean place with a tranquil environment. It had everything I needed - the room was well furnished and most importantly - comfortable. It is located in a nice area which is away from the hustle and bustle of Sanur and at the same time is very close to the beach, some nice restaurants, coffee shops and the harbor. About the host – I loved her so much, that next time in Bali will be spend only at this place!

Very near to the Sanur Port. It's a great place if you want to visit Nusa Penida! The host were very friendly and helpful, you can ask any informations. The hostel is pet friendly too. The room is clean and very affordable. Absolutely, will stay in Umah Bagus again.
