Chicken meal wasn’t very fresh and served at an unsatisfying room temperature. Rice was wet and not well made. Drinks were provided without straws or lids. This location is too busy and a wait time is longer than expected as patrons are asked to order only using the digital kiosks. Deeply unsatisfactory meal.

Totally crowded! The workers are under constant stress! No wonder nothing works! They collect all the stuff made before behind the counter and try to figure out what belongs to whom! And the toilet looks like it's the public toilet of Kuta. The 2nd star is for not getting diarrhea!

Star Fruit fizz drink was OK, though pretty sugary so I had to stop drinking too much of it :D. There was no ketchup which was a bummer, instead there was some spicy sauce, which tasted alright with fries (there were a lot of crispy fries, which is a huge plus). Cheese burger seemed a little dry and too "plain" to my taste and a lot different from what it's like in Finland. Also I couldn't find mayonnaises/sauces anywhere. I spent under 5€ on that meal and I didn't finish my food, because I only enjoyed the fries the most :D My friend liked her Big Mac though. Customer service was friendly. If you're looking for something quick and easy to eat, go here.

They are people trying to charge you for parking in front of Mc Donald’s. Don’t fall for their trap. And don’t forget to download their app to use deals. 🙂

Pretty small branch. Standard McDonalds menu as you'd expect. Small toilet which is shared between men and women. No baby change which was a pain. Not a lot of seating which can be frustrating as this is in a hot spot so gets very busy.

Came here for a quick bite with the family. Happy to see they had a couple of kiosk screens to order from so you could take your time and go through all the menu options. Place was busy with limited seating and toilets were barely ok.

Situated on main streets of Ubud and quite accessible. Wish Mc Donald's has their menu ,many orders are innovative and taste really good. There is no parking since it is a small retail outlet.

Was looking for breakfast at 6.15am and this place was a lifesaver. There were no options around felt like a ghost town outside. So walking into a familiar Macdonald’s environment- nice friendly staff, cool air con, bright cosy ambience… felt awesome in the morning. The self service digital ordering station was easy to use, and nice variety of breakfast to order including chocolate pie which I wanted to try but settled for good old egg cheese muffin. Yum!

This McDonalds is one of the worst concerning serving and service. Unfortunately this time again they are not able to serve the French Fries hot. After asking for new (hot) ones they gave another portion which was a little bit more warm than the first which were really cold. The staff told the 2nd portion French Fries were just from the oven. Well,... the oil must be cold then. After more than 15 minutes they where able to serve fresh and hot French Fries. The special ordered Big Mac took 30 minutes to make. When asking the reason was that special orders (no cheese) take more time. It took about 30 minutes to serve the special ordered burger. Meanwhile the chicken, ordered by my wife, was still not served. She asked 2 times (after first 10 minutes waiting and after that more than 5 minutes waiting again for two times) for the chicken and she was asked to have patience. After 10 minutes waiting and after that 2 times more than 5 minutes waiting we gave up to ask again. Around us was many chicken served. Btw the white rice was from the beginning on the plate. The order time on the reciept stated 14.39 hrs. The chicken was finally served at 15.15 hrs. We have time enough, but the excuses where really nonsense. I don't like to write bad comments, but this serving, service and excuses were really very bad.

It's mcdz, they messed up my order but fixed it in like 2 seconds, super efficient. Could do with more indoor seating. There is a ice cream/desert stand as well separate on the street. Great idea. But as I said, it's mcdz - you get what you expect

Regular McDonald’s service. However you have to order at the machine and not the kiosk. And only one machine working, so there was a huge line. Other than that, decent service time, clean toilets, and friendly service.

The food quality and portions are somehow worse than in my home country, and the price is still very high. The atmosphere is quite cool here at 2am coming home from a night out. As it's the only place open, all the party goers flock here to get some food.

Food was good, very small McDonalds do, you cant order from counter, just 2 machines to order from & if busy your waiting long time.
