The staff is kind. Close to Kuta Beach. Good location to walk around and look around. Cheap local restaurants nearby. But employees need to pay more attention to the guests. Bathrooms need to be a little cleaner, towels clean. The bed is clean, but you need to pay more attention to the bug.

Was good reception, easy to book, clean pool, comfy bed. Hot water, tidy and clean. Staff helpful. Close to everything we needed.. did not like the American breakfast, would not order again

Great position. Close to shopping, beach and restaurants. Good and clean rooms. Nice small pool. Good balcony area. Quiet, too. However, the bathrooms are basic, and the lack of shower pressure was an issue.

Staff are friendly. We rented two rooms. One of which had a substantially broken bed and poor working AC unit (staff didn't care). The other room had a bathroom door that wouldn't close properly meaning mosquitos and other biting insects could easily enter. Both rooms were dirty. Do not lift up the mattress - scary! No hot water. If your rooms are near the poolside area you will likely be exposed to second hand cigarette smoke and other peoples conversations at all times of the day. Even with the price taken into consideration this place is below par. We checked out a day early and didn't waste our time asking for a partial refund. AVOID

Disappointing experience, poor customer service such as no room service (stayed for 3 nights and we had to take out the rubbish ourselves and ask for more toilet paper), the staff hardly speaks English and no matter what you ask they ‘don’t know’ and ask you to come back later/tomorrow. We asked for a late checkout but even though 4 rooms are available we would have had to book another night. Air con didn’t work at arrival as well as two lights in the room (only one got fixed). Very disappointing!

Really bad and horrific experience. Please don’t book this hotel in any situation. The rooms are infested with bugs. The room that I was in had a broken sink in which the water was clogging. And ace not working. Upon complaining at the property, the staff was unapologetic and unkind. They paid no attention to the complaint. Said that they will fix in the morning. I had to spend all my morning waiting for someone to fix. But when I checked at the reception again, it was already 9 pm. They shifted me to a new room. Did not even help me with bags. The new room again had broken sink. I asked for refund. They did not provide a refund. Just said I can take 50% discount for next day. But by then didn’t want to stay. The manager refused to talk to me

This hotel is only coupla minutes walk to Matahari's supermaket in Kuta Square. Great price. Glasses were still wet and dirty. Pillows have had mould, but have been washed. No bar fridge. Bathroom was very clean. Reception 24 hrs Excellent staff. Breakfast worth it, delivered to room only, only warm, theyre brought in from somewhere else.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. It was a little bit difficult to park our car due to lack of space. The room needs improvement a little bit. Can't use the pool because there's some problems with the pool. Overall, a good place to stay, will consider going here again.

Bathroom and showers are together in one room lol. Aircon was loud and keeping me awake. nicer rooms but not much food around

Wonderful stay at Angkul Beach Inn. Just 1 night but we could stay there more. Clean rooms and confortable bed. Small swimming pool amazing. The people working there are super kind and take care of you.

This is a 2 star hotel so my expectations are not high, just like my budget. However I need location, aircon, WiFi and a pool so this hotel meets my criteria. Given the above I cannot complain. The location is fantastic close to both the market, beach, Kuta Square and short cut to Jl Bakung Sari and Jl Legian. The staff were friendly and made up the room when requested. Aircon and hotwater both available and working. The pool was good too. I had to unplug the bedside lamp to fit my travel adapter in for charging so I left it there for my stay, which meant no lamp, but this is not a deal breaker. They minded my luggage for me when I went for a flight to other islands and they had a fridge at reception for cold drinks. Next time I would bring another adapter to take out during the day in case I want to charge tech at a cafe. I didn't bother with breakfast, Hotel Kana and Gloria Jean both do cheap breakfasts. The Warung across the road is open for lunch and dinner and it is cheap at one to three dollars for basic chicken or fish and rice and I did not get sick. There are others down the road too. Do not bother with taxi, use a Grab Car instead, the trip to and from airport should be under five dollars each way. including toll fee. Download the app when you have a local sim. If you are out all day and on the go then this place will meet your needs and if you are a smoker you have outdoor areas to indulge. Will stay here on my next trip.

Pls read my review! If you wanna look for a room to stay for holiday ,Don’t choose this hotel!!! It was very bad . The thing is that the hair dryer can not be used here . If you want your hair to be dry after showering you have to either standing and dry your hair near to the reception area or leave your hair wet like that . Because if you continue using your hair dryer all the electronic inside the room will be cut off automatically!! All of the room getting dark . And also the shower equipments are soo much old and never get fixed . All of this thing is so dangerous.and it is especially not good for ladies.For my opinions , if you wanna do a business hotel. The service mind and responsibility of what you do is important . If you can not do it so it would be much better to just stop your business and do something else.

This hotel is located near to tourist spots like kuta beach and markets. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Room condition is match the price rate. Overall, good and recommended.
