    VERY2 BAD SERVICE, ESPECIALLY THE NURSE who Helping DR. KETUT ARIAWATI, the doctor is good, but the nurse is not professional, my baby have to wait almost 3 hours to get a vaccination, and they told us to do fasting for 30 minutes before get inject, and they call a patience not by queue number, so for what we should register if they call us randomly? This is so ridicilous, very2 not recommended !!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMENDED!!

    Such a good and heartwarming experience that I got when I accompanied my mom to meet her cardiologist here. We are cared by exceptional staffs, from the doctor to nurses, all are very welcoming and understanding. We've got a really good examination, explanation and consultation, so not just we felt enlightened, but also being heard. So once again thank you very much to our kind hearted cardiologist, dr. Cyndiana Widia Dewi Sinardja, SpJP & all the nurses ^^

    This is my 3rd visit and the overall experience was really bad. They have very limited parking area, limited seats at the clinic meaning when it's busy you might need to stand up at that cramped area. The pharmacy and cashier takes forever. Toke me 1 hour to get my 2 supplements and heard someone waited for 2 hours, mine is better but surely very unpleasant. Either get more staff or organize it better. I'm not sure I'll get called before 1 hr if I was not asking for the 3rd time. There are too many receipts and some might have been slipped away. Apart from the amazing doctor & helpful nurse, they need to get their organization better. Too bad

    The Hospital has made an improvement in term of building. Thus the service render from the team from security, resepsionis ect need to be upgrade. Service from the heart. Visit here many times. The security mostly rude, not helpful (bahasa indo nya belagu) padahal kita tanyanya baik” Limited parking space at their new area. The Poli phone line never been picked up no matter how many times call. Doctors wise, I should say they have good quality doctors here.

    i went to this hospital and the reception service was perfect, i have an appointment with doctor Cyndi sinardja in cardiology, she is very professional, i think the best doctor i have met in bali!!! before i went to silhoam hospital but prima medika is the best than siloam, I recommend this hospital

    Good service and corteus staff. Went to ER ward for an emergency and the nurses and doctors were all corteous. Need more training on the security guard in Sesetan entrance gate. They often stopping traffic for crossing so suddenly without assesing incoming traffic condition. Very dangerous! Security guard at basement parking also very dumb. I came around 20.30 for a doctor visit with a sick person and about to park near the building, yet they told us to park further at guest parking although the doctor space is empty and available for up to 15-20 vehicle.

    SCAMMERS!!! My girlfriend called them to ask how much is pap smear test. They told her 900k. When it was time to pay, they asked for 2 million. At BIMC same test actually costs 1m. Save your money from these scammers - go to BIMC hospital

    This is the wosrt place for a foreigner to come. The point for them is to have money, but not help to solve the problem. And even if you paid, and for example lost “letter” you have to pay again, it’s unbelievable and very bad. When I had a consultations with general practitioners and oncology Doctor Suka Widiana these were the worst conditions I have ever had.

    The worst customer service ever. The doctor left earlier for some not clear reason even if we already made an appointment since the day before and we were already there. We spent 1 hour in the traffic to go there and 1 hour to go back for nothing. The building is very old and dirty and reflect the personality of this hospital. Highly NOT reccommended.

    Satisfied and happy with their services. Start from dr. Ryan, the nurses and other staff too. Well, surely you'll find some rude staff, but that doesn't change my opinion about the hospital. Had a safe delivery for our baby girl here. Staying for 3 days and we received incredible hospitality. Will surely choose this hospital again. Thank you dr. Ryan, and all the nurses and staff who helped us!

    1. Very easy to make doctor reservation from their app. 2. Very friendly staff doctor and everyone. 3. Very clear guidance on each step even tho using BPJS, no discrimaination feel, very professional. 4. Answer all of my questions clearly without feeling annoyed. Thank you for your service.

    This hospital doesn’t want bpjs patients I had to transfer my 7 month old from Siloam to prima medika because they are full on bpjs class 1. Prima medika said is full as well only room they have available is vip must pay cant upgrade bpjs room. So we paid and asked once they have bpjs class 1 available can we switch they say yeah. Well now because we are paying personal last 3 days bpjs rooms always full and they don’t check I have to keep asking and they say full but we saw many rooms empty. After I keep asking they say we class 2 room available but must pay not bpjs and when I saw the Room it was the same room they give my wife during birth and she had bpjs class 1. This place is very bad they don’t care about people that pay for bpjs or pay personal is just a business and the rooms are very dirty not vip at all. I will make a complaint with bpjs because in 3 days people had to check out and they keep saying is full so we pay with our money instead of using bpjs that we paid per 3 month’s

    we waited for 1 hour until the dr. Anna came, without any information why she were late. and then we have to wait one more useless hour and decided not to do consultation because the queue was too long. absolutely no respect for patient’s time and presence.

    This was my first time going to this hospital but the service was very disappointing, slow and not on target, then it was really bad luck to get a doctor who was incompetent and just did the treatment and the prescription was stupid, luckily I asked my friend who is a doctor, if I followed the doctor's prescription from Prima Medika it's going to get worse. Please fix it, doctors like this!

    I've just been here, in my opinion the service is not good. I gave birth with a substitute doctor, first I was given a birth certificate with the name of the substitute doctor. But after he wanted to go back, the hospital asked the letter to change the name of the doctor. And that doctor wasn't supposed to be in town at that time. And I was given homework to later meet with the doctor who was supposed to ask for TTD. I mean, hello?? I just had a baby and I have a baby to look after and I'm alone. Why is it difficult?? and again in the certificate that was made my child's name was not written on the letter!! The hospital should have asked!! And when I was about to go home my baby wasn't weighed! Which is where it should be weighed! The hospital is very noisy even at night because there is construction or something. At the doctor who was supposed to have TTD, I came at 9.30 because the doctor's schedule was that long. But the doctor arrived at 11.09 who knows what time he will come. What I have a problem with is because I brought a baby who was not even 2 weeks old! Just because of this TTD! Really" unprofessional. And really not recommended!!!! For giving birth in this place.

    At 4 seconds after 9am the registration link had not changed the date at 30 seconds after 9am it changed the date at 40 seconds after 9am it was fully booked, this is either a corrupt link or you are allowing people to get the vaccine without registration via the link as i saw the other day i will definitely report this to the local government office without any doubt.

    I am a new patient... on 13/3/2024 at /8pm waiting until /9am but did not get good service... By the reservation employee at the front... I received information that I had registered with the eye doctor and got number 6 via telephone... the result was that I came at 8 with the queue number that way because it closed at 8... I also gave that information to the reservation manager... but he said it was nothing... until I was worried and immediately looked at the doctor's office, afraid he would come out... I asked the cashier and he was still there... I waited back in front of the reservation desk while looking at the queue number. I was called... but it turned out that the reservation bag easily said the doctor had already arrived. I'm going home... I'm sorry... it's really easy to waste people's time... I'm really annoyed... not like Puri Bunda Hospital... the reservations are made by the people who are queuing, everything is clear there. For example, if the doctor is tight at the end of the practice, the reservation bag will inform the doctor's assistant that someone wants to come in. ... I was told to wait, but you know, zonkkkk... The doctor left... the reservation department could only apologize 🤬🤬🤬.. I don't know what they did... the system is really messed up...
