Honestly, if I could give 0 star I would. Truly bad hospital. Poor facilities. really bad service and unprofessional. Not recommended. Funnily enough, even the admin of hospital only copy-pastes the same reply like generic corporate bot for every review. Shame.

Was only there for their PCR and Antigen services. Awesome service, results are valid for air travel, and coneected to gov. covid tracing app. It is fast too.

Huge parking and was not too busy when we're there. So that queuing was fast. However, it's a bit costly when it comes to kid medication.

Today I tried to call this hospital because I had to see a dr. internist. I called 52 times and my wife again another 29 times. I understand it can be busy in the morning but when it rings they don't answer as well. What in case of an emergency? I decided not to go and see the doc.

They don't deserve any stars. My uncle was treated there using the Social Health Insurance Administration Body (BPJS). We got very poor service :(
