    So my wife call the registration and got the answer that my doctor got to be at 19:00. I arrive at 18:50 ask for registration on reception. They ask me a details, than ask my kitas ….and…. tell me to go further. Why did you wasted my time with your questions? I move further, at tegistration i ask for help, they also ask me for kitas. And send me to emergency for registration. And what do they do again? Right, asking me to show kitas third time. Sureprise-surprise they say that my doctor will arrive in 30 minutes. But probably he start working at 20:00. So the place is highely recommended if you have a lot of time and you love to show documents to random people. If you need a doctors help its better to go to the other place

    We waited 1 hour to pay for the check-up to doctor!!! And then we waited almost 2 hours to get our medicine from their apotek. This is ridiculous. Terrible service. No system! 21st century 😩😤 We talked to doctor 5 minutes. But overall spent in hospital around 4-5 hours! How is it possible??? ((

    You should know about this hospital only one think: Administration was keeping My daughter for 2 days with empty drop counter in her arm because they thought that we can leave the hospital without payment. 🤯 (At this moment insurance had problems with signature and couldn’t send final approve)

    Horrible SURGEONS!!! DO NOT Go here for any SERIOUS injuries/surgeries. The hospital looks clean and nice, and is fine for small things, but anything serious do not trust these doctors they are the worst! I brought my brother here after a serious moto accident, he had a broken hip and a broken face. They made us wait 36 hours before the doctor actually showed up, and then in the end both doctors, oesto and plastic were totally incompetent! The ostio doctor was horrible, suggesting to take shin grafts, and when the plastic surgeon finally showed after 36 hours she said she needed to cut the top of his head open to get to the small injury by his temple. They both proposed a 12-18 hour surgery!!I immediently moved him to bali royal, where doctor roy and doctor wein were able to treat him in 30 mins! They were both AMAZING energy and after six month my brother is back to normal. One important thing to say is upon trying to check out of kasih ibu they tried to SCAM me!!! They would not sign me out until i paid a “cancelation fee” even though insurance already paid for everything! The cancelation fee happened to be the same exact price as the full surgery quote!!! Do not go here and be fooled by the nice and clean look! They for some reason have the WORST doctors in bali! There is a reason the royal families and bali elite go to bali royal… shame on kasih ibu!!! If i were in the sates i would have sued these scammers!

    Wow I feel so satisfied with services of Kasih Ibu Denpasar , I was born my Baby there and the Doctor so care and all nurse nice and helpful and just few days ago my daughter was should stay in hospital for few days coz bronchipenia, I was so stress and worry but my pediatrician Doctor Gerry , treat my daughter so well and now all is good 4 days stayed in hospital but the services so good and the nurse so helpfull and care . And for HOMECARE services for post care after my daughter back from hospital are very good they always fast respond , and care so much . Bravo Kasih Ibu Denpasar 😍😍

    Big hospital with nice space of parking area, I went to dr. Kesumadana for over than 1 year and I like the way he handles his clients. The only thing is that he is too busy between hospitals so he comes late most of the time of the appointments.

(Original) Kecewa dengan pelayanan di sini krn dibiarkan kesakitan di dpn ruang IGD tanpa penanganan selama 1 jam lebih. Infus keluar darah smp mengering dibilang tidak apa2 dan tidak diganti. Minta surat keterangan MRS utk izin ke tmp kerja, sudah diminta lebih dr 5x smp pulang tdk diberi. Sudah dirawat 1 hari berkas asuransi belum juga dikrm. Stlh dikirim ternyata salah dan butuh berjam2 untuk mengganti, pdhl sy sdh diperbolehkan pulang. Akhirnya agar tdk menunggu lama diminta membayar dulu biaya pemeriksaan penunjang sebesar 3 jt lbh untuk deposit. Sbg sejawat sy mencoba menulis keluhan lewat whatsapp dan menghubungi customer care, tp tdk ada tanggapan. Semoga RS lain di Bali ada yg menyediakan pemeriksaan MRI agar lbh banyak ada pilihan bagi pasien. Mohon perbaiki servis dan juga layanan cust care nya.

    My wife was admitted to Kasih Ibu hospital with pneumonia. She was immediately taken care after our insurance approved it. She had to go into ICU in day one due to the seriousness of her condition. The specialist doctor knew what he was doing and my wife was treated correctly and got better with in 8 days. The doctor and nurses were very professional and were happy to answer my questions. The rooms were big, clean and quiet, perfect for recovery. I must say they have one of the best rooms compared to many other hospitals in Bali. Their parking space is also spacious. The only downside is the quality of their food which is not appetizing at all. The management should either tell their catering to improve thier quality or work with a new catering company. Luckily I am able to bring in better food from home, so wasn't too much of a problem. Thank you so much for treating my wife. I definitely recommend this hospital and would not think twice coming here if i ever needed treatment.

    Absolute money grubbers. Charging much more for services than other equally good hospitals and finding ways to profit from 'customers'. Gynaecologist consultation (1.4mil, risen from 1.1 since my last visit in January), Ultrasound (1mil). Doctor refused to see me unless Covid rapid test is done 'conveniently' at the same hospital (900k). Also, bought pills from their poliklinik in Jan for 1mil and found out later the same pills available elsewhere for 560k. Went immediately to Siloam Hospital. Consultation (600k), Ultrasound (792k), no rapid test required (actual price of the test there was 500k).

    I advise against this hospital for expats. Treated like a walking wallet. Mri 6mill for kitas 8mill + without. We had proof of kitas in process- we were told ok, kitas price but then charged 8.45 mill !!!! Cheaper & better treatment elsewhere.

    As an expat living 5 years here the service is more than disappointing. Visit the UGD for my wife due hard headache since 3 days. The waiting time was horrible and the doctors did absolutely have no idea what they are doing. The only thing they did was ask her if she drink and eat enough. After she answers the same question to several doctors multiple time they let her lay there with pain for about 1h. After I ask what is going on here they answered to me she should eat something and they will organize a specialist on the evening. The best part is they charge for this a OP Consulting fee!

    First time experience, I took the MCU and quite happy with the service here as the staff who handled me were helpful and friendly. The cashier needed to be more polite though. Some staffs were clueless there. Please keep improving.

    KIH is an excellent hospital in Bali that provides top-notch medical services.     I had a surgery in Kasih Ibu. They removed hernia with one of the most advanced method: Laparoscopy. After one month I went back to gym again. Thank you! I gave 3 stars only because of the registration process which is a nightmare. I have at least 5 different whatsapp numbers and around 10 people were involved into the process. I was waiting in the clinic for entire day until they found out they don’t have any rooms available and another 5 days took for them to fix the puzzle with doctor, room, insurance. The cost of the surgery was around 10 times more than similar in Russia. I believe those money went not to surgeon but to keep all those useless staff.

    Worst Admin process we have experienced in Bali. Only 1 staff, very slow, no numbering system and lack of attention to incoming patients. We left and have gone to another hospital, and will likely never come back again.

    Very very very bad UN+Profesional front desk pharmacy . I was with my crunchy toddler. Was waiting for bill in the chasier dor about 30 minutes. When I gave the bill to the man in pharmacy front desk. He throw it the basket. Ok i wasn't know bout it. I wait again with my unstoppable toddler for about 10 minutes when suddenly there was big man put his bill. After few minutes. The front desk pharmacy man called that big man and talking for 15 minutes. Then another woman came putting the bill on the basket and that man talk to the woman for about 5 minutes. I was so nervous with my chruncy toddler . Stand up and ask for our medicine, i said i was front of those 2 why you served them first, and our medicine were actually only very simple 2 kind of pills and 1 cream. His answer is deathly ," I'm afraid that man will get mad coz his medicine isn't available." What the hell of answer is it??

    Went to Seminyak and got appendicitis. Ended up being transferred from BIMC to Kasih Ibu for keyhole surgery. Although I was extremely worried about the outcome and standard, the surgeon Dr. Yoga was amazing and did such a great drop. I was in for 2 weeks and was so at ease. Note food is not great at all but they have restaurants if you can have someone bring the food up to you!

    Place is good, staff is polite. Only one problem, its took a long time to serve. Eventhough in ER, and with no other patient, the service still took a long time. Not sure what cause, but still need more improvement especially the service time. If you in no hurry, its not a problem. But if you have an emergency case, better find other options.

    This is my 3rd time using Kasih Ibu hospital in the last 7 years. What a lovely experience we had, so thank you to everyone...the two gentleman who greeted my wife and I and arranged a wheelchair for her, the young ladies at Admission who were efficient and happy, the whole triage team who took samples (results back in 35 minutes..wow!), explained results and arranged priority treatment with a doctor. Even young Winda at the Special K shop was amazing and friendly! Our special thanks to Dr. Wayan Kesumadana Sp.OG and the nurses at the klinik for caring for my wife so gently and professionally. I recommend this hospital to anyone in Bali who needs experienced, knowledgeable and affordable medical care. Matur Suksme, Pak Jay and Ibu Bella

    1st Reason I chose this hospital cause the Senior Doctors who handled me mostly are seniors they very patience and informative. Turns out I very disappointed with the management a bit commercial , I ask for bottle water coz I feel dehydration in a hospital that not provide enough water bottle OMG they give us 3 bottles a day turns sick ppl need more than that! and for patient like me who handle things my own I need helpssssss for solutions not just tellin just go buy myself OMG! turns out Im very disappointed with the management that very commercial OMG. Im in VIP room btw . and thats not VIP treatment since my insurance company pay all the bills later not sayin its cheap tho.

    This hospital is unbelievable! I have been here since 2014 and it keeps getting better. Even though they have an international area which is very helpful for expatriates, the doctors and nurses are also well presented and knowledgeable, along with great communication and supported by good equipments. Unfortunately, today's I have a very disappointing experience through their appointment booking system. Long story short, those numbers WA mentioned on the website are going round and round for locals, they're expecting the locals to make a call on these days, which for me is preferred by wa chat as I do have to do other jobs on my computer. At the end, PLEASE FIXED your website that does not allow us to make appointments by INSURANCE (?) (ridiculous!) and mentioned WA chat which is NOT ANSWER BY AUTOMATIC ANSWER MACHINE. BIG THANKS FOR MS MEILIA AND MS DESI WHO DOES GREAT JOB TO ASSIST ME! THEY DO DESERVE A RAISED AND BONUS AS THEY ARE ACTIVE, COMMUNICATIVE, AND VERY FAST ACTION! Thank you! Hope the management read this and fixed this! I can't imagine if the patient experienced this by themself. (I am making an appointment for the patient)

    Everything is professional. Doctors, nurses, cleaning service and managements are kind and professional and extremely responsive and helpful. Room was spacious with large double bed, sofa, dining table, and vanity. Bathroom was clean.

    My family and I had to visit this hospital on many occasions and always received amazing care. We saw General Practitioners and Specialists and have nothing bad to say about any of our experiences. There WhatsApp service is one of the most responsive of any Bali hospital.

    I was so impressed by this hospital and the treatment they gave my elderly dad. He required an emergency surgery and they consulted multiple doctors to make sure he was well-taken care of, each doctor spoke English and took time to answer our questions. My dad was given a private room for recovery, basic but quiet. The nurses kept in touch with me regularly by WhatsApp so I was reassured with his progress. The cost of the stay was expensive, but the hospital also helped us manage communication with our insurance company. There is a small cafe, store and pharmacy in the hospital too so very convenient. Thank you so much to the hospital staff for your care and support 🙏

    I had my child here last year ... service was fantastic my wife is local bali and was scared what hospital to choose but we are glad to have chosen this one ... my wife had long labour 21 hours but doctors and nurses fantastic throughout we also had a private room and aftercare fantastic too. Total cost with epidural was about 14 million idr ... around £750 yes we could’ve gone to a local clinic or charity and it would’ve been much cheaper but just not as safe or experience should something go bad during childbirth people complain about the price but this hospital is a business. If no one paid for services then they would lose a lot of money and close down and be bankrupt pretty quickly if you compare this with going to a private hospital in London where the same will cost you £8000-10000 or America where the same might cost you 30k you cannot complain Thankyou again

    All staff, doctors, med technicians and nurses are very attentive and caring. With all the visits I did during my stay in Bali, they have all been friendly to me, always smiling whenever they see me and asking me how i have been. However, I would say the services and fees are quite expensive in KIH so be prepared with your insurance. They can shoot up to 4-5 more expensive compared to other hospitals I was told. But as long as my insurance had covered all of my needs, I am definitely happy with the professionalism of the service. Plus, the admin has been diligent in informing through emails regarding appointements and insurance approvals and all. Medicines have always been included whenever I needed. The facilities were clean and complete. When I stayed in the ER for the day, the nurses made sure I get to eat the right food from the hospital restaurant. They would always explain to me the medicines and the procedure etc etc. So to the staff, thank you very much for the wonderful experience you have given me. Made my Bali stay memorable.

    We have been living here for 9 months and my daughter was had strained breathing. Our doctor recommended us to go to Kasih Ibu and it was a great recommendation. the nurses and doctors were great,and she is now happy and healthy.

    We have lived in Bali for years and visited several of the local hospitals. Kasih Ibu is definitely the most "foreigner friendly", with an entire team of admin staff dedicated to international patients. I believe they also have Mandarin and Russian speaking admin staff. The administration cost is a bit higher than other hospitals, but it is well worth it! They have helped me countless times over WhatsApp, weeks after my appointments, when my insurance company has wanted more information on the medical reports, and there has never been an extra charge for that. The actual healthcare is dependant on the individual doctor and the issue being dealt with, so I can't say what your experience will be, but the hospital organisation is excellent :)

    Incredible service. The care I received here is just as good, if not better than that of any European hospital I have been in. They took very good care of me when I was extremely ill for 5 days with Dengue and Typhoid. The nurses and doctors are so attentive and speak excellent English. The hospital is clean and tidy. Thank you for looking after me ❤️🙏

    cough and flu got really bad that i went to Kasih Ibu UGD. waited for 15-20 mins to get checked. Dr recommended to get full blood test and thorax x ray. Waited for 2 hours to get the results, and the dr recommended me to opname. said lungs were infected because of some bacteria/ virus. Spent almost 2 mil, and decided to just take the meds and antibiotic home. i mean i hope i feel better tomorrow otherwise in 2 days i’ll have to go back and do another test. 🫣
