My boyfriend had treatment of condyloma back in a days in Thailand where doctor advised him to continue treatment after moving to Bali. In Bali almost disappeared condyloma started to grow again but was very very small and we couldn't understand is that really condyloma or not. We found "very good and professional/expensive'' clinic where our doctor was dr. Gde Wirya K. Duarsa. THIS DOCTOR MADE A DECISION THAT IT WAS NOT CONDYLOMA DIDNT PRESCRIBE US ANY TABLETS OR CREAM JUST LET US GO HOME AND MENTIONED THAT WE HAVE TO DO CIRCUMCISION. For the CIRCUMCISION (plus medicaments) clinic made a bill 36 million rupiah! Of course we declined this very "profitable" offer. After 2 weeks on the spot where appeared small outgrowth it's started to grow until big size! But how? Doctor said everything is fine and we don't need to take any pills/cream/spray to stop the growing!!!! That made our situation in the biggest troubles as we could avoid operation or at least stop growth of the condyloma! NEVER GO TO THIS CLINIC AND VISIT UROLOGIST IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR LIFE! PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW WE CAN SUE THIS CLINIC WE WOULD DEFINITELY MAKE IT TO SURVE LIVES AND MONEYS OF OTHER PEOPLE! НЕПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫЕ ВРАЧИ СОВСЕМ!! Поставили неверный диагноз !! Начнем с самого начала. Мой парень лечился от кондиломы еще в Таиланде, где доктор посоветовал ему продолжить лечение после переезда на Бали. На Бали почти исчезнувшая кондилома снова начала расти, но была очень очень маленькой, и мы не могли понять, действительно ли это кондилома или нет. Мы нашли "очень хорошую и профессиональную / дорогую" клинику, где нашим доктором был доктор. Вире К. Дуарса. ЭТОТ ВРАЧ ПРИНЯЛ РЕШЕНИЕ, ЧТО ЭТО БЫЛА НЕ КОНДИЛОМА, НЕ ВЫПИСАЛ КАКИЕ ЛИБО ТАБЛЕТКИ ИЛИ КРЕМ, ТОЛЬКО ОТПРАВИЛ НАС ДОМОЙ С ПОМЕТКОЙ : сделать обрезание. За обрезание (плюс медикаменты) клиника выставила счет в 36 миллионов рупий! Конечно, мы отклонили это очень «выгодное» предложение. Через 2 недели на месте, где появился небольшой нарост, он начал расти до больших размеров! Но как? Доктор сказал, что все в порядке, и нам не нужно принимать таблетки / крем / спрей, чтобы остановить рост !!!! Это лишь усугубило нашу ситуацию поскольку мы могли избежать операции или, по крайней мере, остановить рост кондиломы! Также у меня были воспалены гланды и терапевт выписал мне антибиотики противогрибковые когда нужны были противовирусные !!!! Теперь у меня тонзиллит который до сих пор не могу вылечить !!! НИКОГДА НЕ ОБРАЩАЙТЕСЬ В ЭТУ КЛИНИКУ И ПОСЕЩАЙТЕ УРОЛОГА/ТЕРАПЕВТА, ЕСЛИ ВЫ ХОТИТЕ СОХРАНИТЬ СВОЮ ЖИЗНЬ! ПОЖАЛУЙСТА, ЕСЛИ Кто-то ЗНАЕТ, КАК МЫ МОЖЕМ ПОДАТЬ В СУД НА ЭТУ КЛИНИКУ, МЫ ОПРЕДЕЛЕННО СДЕЛАЕМ ЭТО, ЧТОБЫ СПАСТИ ЖИЗНЬ И ДЕНЬГИ ДРУГИХ ЛЮДЕЙ!

    The most wasting time hospital in Bali. Take really long time waiting for administration, even though already made online reservation on their site. Waiting more than 1 hour for the administration. The worst thing is waiting for your medicine. Spend my time more than 3 hours this afternoon, but the medicine also not ready yet. I left the hospital and back at 8pm. Still need to wait about 2 hours. Asked the pharmacy staff how long i need to wait? "They said just wait, and they also said never expect the hospital really crowd tonight". Very good answer to make me never visit this hospital again. The banner said don't rude to the staff. Come on, your staff really that bad to your customer. That's why lot of customer rude there. If there possible give 0 star, I will give that to this hospital. This bad review I made on 20 october 2022 in the same day went I come and got this really worst service from this hospital.

    I had to change my score from 5 star 5 years agod to 1 star now. I wish this hospital can improve back previous time when it was my always to go to medical related. Took my mum to see internist and the doctor feel rush to the next patient and not allowing to ask questions. They also advertise to not to be rude to the staff, in fast there are the not friendly one.

    The doctors are okay but the staff who sit on the administration desk, can you just give a good service by not judging patient? If you feel doubt about what have been said by the patient, please try to look for the information carefully, not by raising your voice or even give unproper expression to us! I've been once said my granny has diabetes, but she got it wrong and said my granny have a high tension With high voice when she called the doctor about the operation as i ask for a room to stay cz my granny need to be operated soon. Ma'am please be focus and make your ears clean first!

    I dont think anyone should come here. The whole system is very slow and uneffective, wasting people's time and energy. Some doctors and nurses are okay but this time we went to oral surgeon drg WSY and he was very unproffesional, talked rudely to patient and we didnt have to come see him back and forth, but he made us do it unnecessarily. He didn't explain why we should be under anaesthesia and be hospitalised for same procedure we did before with general dentist and it only took local anaethesia, worked very well. And when we take 10 seconds to think, he was impatient and giving inappropriate response. I think he should go back to school and learn some bedside manners first. The nurse can only say nothing. The hospital hiring system is quite bad letting this one work here. Very dissapointed. Not going back here.

    This hospital deserves a 5 star rating because it has the best internist, Dr. Jaowenny. Willing to drive back to the hospital in the midnight for a patient in emergency even though she works from morning to 11pm. Apologizes when she doesn't come on time as promised. Very down to earth. A real hero doctor.. And oh I heard she's saved so many patients of BPJS. One of those rare amazing doctors who serves from the heart. She's truly an angel <3

    Surya Husada was always the choice for me and my family. From the doctors to all the staff treat us like family and makes us feel welcome. Shout out to the  Paediatrician Dr Primi, ER Dr Danny, Surgeon Dr Prakasa, who did a great job. We use BPJS. It threatens all patients in the same way as the regular ones.

    The nurse appeared to be very rude. She never told me what to do next for the series of treatment that i have to receive caused me to wait for couple hours on the next day. I guessed she might think everyone know about prochedure in the hospital. I think they should be as informative as possible to the patient. Not everyone come to the hospital everyday.

    Bad service. Toilet sign has wrong arrow make people went to wrong direction, dirty toilet. Slow customer service, also said my appointment is at 6.30 pm, come 10 minutes earlier only to find out my appointment doesn't exist. Had to go through the registration, being serve by unfriendly nurses. Meet the doctor at 9 pm, fortunately good doctor. DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL. Better go to Balimed or Siloam.

    Three years ago it was great. Recently I went back to enquire about an operation and cost. The same doctor demanded to know why I had tests done at a different hospital, refused to accept the results, insisted they do all the tests all over again and got annoyed when I said I needed to know the costs involved. He then told me to go to the government hospital instead!

    this hospital is a scam, i went for a checkup after i had covid, they did some tests on me and the doctor started by saying i had pneumonia, bacteria in urine and other dangerous symptoms and i needed immediate hospitalization, as it was nyepi I asked to give me some medicines for the first 2 days and I would come back after nyepi, the doctor insisted that the situation was critical it made me so afraid that I was hospitalized, in the hospital for 2 days they did nothing but me they gave antibiotics that I could take home safely in the meantime oh sent all the tests to my doctor in europe who calmed me by telling me that there was no pneumonia and that the other tests did not add up, I decided after nyepi to go to the siloam hospital where they did the new tests and they found me that I had dengue, the tests were completely wrong pneumonia did not exist and all this made me so more than 8 million this hospital is a real scam do not use it be careful do not fall into the same trap just to be hospitalized to make you pay large amounts

    Very slow, inefficient, and the pediatrician (dr. I Gusti Ngurah Twi Adnyana) gave the wrong diagnosis and prescribed the wrong medication which made our baby worse. In fact, the doctor completely overlooked what I went to see him for (eczema infection and rash) to the point where he even wrote “Skin rash: No” in the medical record! We had to take our baby to another hospital the next day and fortunately got better consultation and the right medication. Learn from our mistakes and skip this hospital all together.

Dan jadwal tindakan tidak menunggu lama, hanya menunggu 4 hr saja. Luar biasa! Bapak saya dtg di hari H dipagi hari. Dan diijinkan plg keesokan harinya karena sdh pulih. Pada saat kontrol kembali pun, sangat mudah, reservasi dokter via web, lalu dtg registrasi di antrean bpjs, menunggu tdk terlalu lama kurleb 30 mnt. Overall pelayanannya bagus ? Terimakasih Pak dokter dan semua staf di RS Surya Husada. Semoga pelayanannya kedepan makin baik lagi ?

    ABSOLUTELY amazing ❤️ I have no words, my boyfriend had a serious viral infection, we were directed by insurance to this hospital, the staff took such a wonderful care of us, they did all the necessary tests super quick, liaised with the insurance company directly and we didn't have to worry at all. They were super kind and spoke perfect English and explained everything at every step of the way. Not to mention, the hospital was more like a hotel! We had a private room with our own bathroom and shower, with a couch for me to sleep on, and I could be with my boyfriend 24/7, I didn't need to leave even once. They did all the necessary tests and were very thorough, making sure my boyfriend is fully recovered before discharging us. Highly recommended, thank you Surya Husadha team ❤️
