Overall good hospital but the building need maintenance

I am just home from spending a week in hospital.From the moment I walked into ER I was looked after amazingly well..The drs and nursing staff were knowledgable and at all times helpful. My treatment was totally covered on BPJS My first class room was small but adequate. Now the staff were all dilligent but one stood out from the others...THANKYOU TO NURSE TERRY!! Your dedication to quality of care and the patients comfort were OUTSTANDING!! THANKYOU EVERYONE..Oma🙏🏼🙏🏼

No covid screening, people are packed, slow process, long queue, staff are ignorant

waiting time with 3hours is just too long even with an appointment ….

This hospital has been around for a couple of years and it's well maintained the service is good there are good references for this hospital However, of course there would be some incidents that would have affected it's reputation. Personally I say this hospital is recommended.

Useless emergency room. We came in emergency but were not treated, instead facing bureaucracy, even if we are willing to pay (not by insurance). So we went to another hospital.

I would like to thank Dr Andre the nurses and other staff who looked after me during my stay in this hospital. I was nervous at first but the smiling faces and professionalism of all the people soon put my mind at rest. You were all wonderful people.

It's bad if the BPJS referral service goes to this hospital. There hasn't been any follow-up on health problems. In fact, the day the reservation is always changed, they say the doctor doesn't practice. Please, it's been almost 3 weeks. Is the patient not sick.
