    Updated : I went for vaccine when my baby was just 2 weeks old, the pediatric was a big lady not friendly, not talking nor explained anything about vaccine and my baby condition. Not like other normal hospital, this pediatric didn't wash her hand, didn't use a glove before and after the vaccine and asked the payment to her not at the cashier, i rejected plus at same time i asked my baby birth notification letter (it should be given before you went home but at this hospital took them 2 weeks) when i asked mine it wasn't ready yet and they blame on me why took so long for me to take it, I yelled at them and said "you told me to pick it up in 2 weeks!" They were really embrassed and print it LOL That was the last time i went to this sh!t hospital and will never come back again! Worst experience ever and didn't worth the money!! Very incompetent hospital service! 1. My C section scheduled at 8 am and i had to wait an hour for the anaesthesia doctor because she was running late and still on her way to hospital LOL. I waited inside the surgery room alone and cold! 2. After surgery they brought me to "recovery room" but it wasn't what its called recovery. It was just their office, with everyone talking, gossiping and laughing around made me uncomfortable and couldn't even take a rest, i was there for another hour! 3. Most of them doesn't speak english, the doctor are fine but not the nurses and other staff 4. At 4 am in the morning the medicine machine made lot of noises because it finished, had to call them hundred times, my husband went out to look for someone but no one there, i had new born with me plus 1 year old son staying here and my husband. 2 children woke up and crying because no one here. What if something happened to me or my new born?! It never happens in an international standard hospital PLUS they only have a phone here not a bell like other hospitals, for someone who just got C section and her family couldn't stay, how is she gonna ask for help? I couldnt even reach the phone on the table, lucky my husband stayed with me. In my opinion bell is still very helpful because the patient could just leave it beside them and press immediately, and no emergency button or phone beside the toilet like other hospitals i went in bali, so basically you can't stay alone at this hospital without someone accompanied you, you could die! This hospital is just indonesian basic standard because most of indonesian family always stay at the hospital 24 hour with them, but again not everyone in bali has their family here. 5. Paid for VIP room for literally nothing! The bathroom smell, the wall dirty, no toiletries, the AC didn't work and sink blocked ( had to complain a lot for the night and day after until they sent someone to fix it) and when the AC man came to check the AC, i saw myself the filter inside were fvkin dirty and disgusting! Can't believe they let it under maintenance for new born room and it was VIP room! 6. Complained to them about all of this, they didn't take it seriously, made an excuses for everything. It is cheap compared than hospital that i went but not the cheapest thou, they should upgrade their service as a real hospital with at least basic standard. Beside their service, my doctor is very friendly, nice and helpful, the problem is only their service, they should upgrade it like a real hospital service if they want to be called so and from what I read the responses here on google review about someone complaining it looks so dumb they didn't even say sorry nor explain something, whoever replied just copied and paste the same emoji to everyone!

    Anak saya perempuan usia 1 tahun sakit udh 3 hari, riwayat sakit sama spt ini udh 3x. Polanya mirip, dimana akhirnya kami putuskan untuk ke IGD karena tidak bisa makan, skalinya makan dimuntah. Bawa ke tempat ini jam 2 pagi karena anak sudah panas tinggi + ga bisa makan. Riwayat demam naik turun hingga 40 derajat celcius selama 3 hari dan merupakan episode ke 3 di tahun ini. Awal sampai disana seperti biasa dilakukan pemeriksaan tanda vital oleh perawat, apresiasi untuk perawat tsb karena sudah melayani dengan baik. Saya juga diminta mendaftar terlebih dahulu, namun loket pendaftaran kosong (mungkin sedang istirahat) namun sy dapat memahaminya. Beberapa saat kemudian perawat tsb kebelakang untuk menelfon dokternya. Keluarlah Dokter rambut setengah putih, paras muka sudah tua dengan raut muka kesal dan terbebani dengan kedatangan kami, yang bagi saya adalah dokter umum di IGD terburuk sepanjang masa, datang dengan bawaan kesal (mungkin tidurnya terganggu) tanpa isi sentuh ataupun pemeriksaan awal, anak disuruh keluar, saya diberi informasi dengan pembawaan yang tidak bisa dijelaskan secara narasi namun kalian semua pasti memahaminya yang singkat cerita anak saya ditolak, saran yang diberikan adalah "peh makan aja, kasi makan minum, coba kasi obat a obat b aja ngapain repot repot". Seolah dia tidak mendengarkan penjelasan awal saya yg sudah menggambarkan kondisi anak saya yg tidak bisa makan dan minum, malah cenderung muntah sehingga saya berharap anak mendapatkan cairan infus sbg sarana masuknya obat + asupan nutrisinya. Tapi boro-boro sampai ke poin itu, saya dan sekeluarga di judge dan digiring untuk pergi saat itu juga. Belum sempat berdiskusi banyak dengan keluarga, kami semua sepakat untuk meninggalkan tempat tersebut saat itu juga. Kesimpulannya Saya diservice dengan sangat tidak baik, dan dengan orang yang sangat tidak baik. Semoga pihak management RS/Klinik dapat memproses aduan ini lebih lanjut guna meningkatkan mutu pelayanan, besar harapan kami untuk menindak tegas dokter tersebut. Dokter tersebut pastinya akan melakukan pembelaan, tapi Saya ada rekaman suara 1 menit 43 detik sebagai barang bukti untuk memproses ini lebih lanjut, dan ada kesaksian istri dan mertua juga dari balik pintu yang mendengarkan. Saya juga melihat beberapa review netizen sebelumnya, dan saya sepakat akan hal itu. Less empathy, less action, less communication. Such an one star doctor.

I was served very well even though I was not a monthly patient who came here when I was pregnant. Doctor Cintya and the team hope you are always healthy and happy, doc. Alhamdulillah, here we can directly screen our newborn child and can immediately know the child's blood type, MaasyaaAllah. Just a little input last time, when I was pregnant with my second child, I was disappointed with CS here, via phone confirmation it was possible to check the HIV blood lab, it turned out that when it came, the blood examination had to be complete. Hanya sedikit masukan waktu lalu saat masih hamil anak kedua, sempat kecewa dgn CS disini, via telp konfirmasi bisa untuk cek lab darah HIV saja ternyata waktu datang harus komplit pemeriksaan darahnya.     Pelayanan sangat tidak memuaskan. Disitu terpampang UGD bisa pakai BPJS. Saat pendaftaran saya kasih KTP, disuruh isi formulir lalu ttd (tidak dijelaskan isi surat nya apa saja, admin pengen cepat tp tdk informatif, saya yg baca sendiri sekilas2). Lalu setelah operasi saya diminta uang, saya tanya dong, β€œlho bukanya UGD bisa pakai BPJS?” Mereka jawab, β€œoh harusnya td minta dr awal kak.” Saya kaget, β€œkok saya gak ditanya/diingatkan?” Mereka diam aja. Saya tau ya kalo BPJS itu bisa di cek lewat NIK KTP. Mereka gak mau mengingatkan seolah2 seperti perlombaan, β€œhett, km kan lupa, skor satu kosong, kita menang, ayo bayar harga normal!” Mereka jg gamau membuat daftar ulang, padahal waktu itu hari minggu, gak sibuk sama sekali. Kalo punya hati nurani, harusnya bisa sih diulang lagi daftarnya, daripada konsumen harus keluar uang lebih, padahal punya asuransi yang PROGRAM PEMERINTAH. Buat yang mau kesini, asal tau saja mereka gak ada simpati nya sama pelanggan, hanya tau kerja & keuntungan, gak ada inisiatif. Yang mau masuk UGD pake BPJS harus ingat bgt pas daftar, walaupun sedang panik mereka gak akan ingatkan kita. Dokter dan asistennya jg gugup, disuruh menunggu lama padahal sepi, harusnya mereka bisa bagi tugas, tidak sigap. Kalau saran saya didengar, semoga bisa introspeksi, staff di training supaya bisa ramah dan dibuat nyaman, demi kebaikan kalian sendiri.

    Good service, the majority of doctors and nurses are all friendly. No complaints about service. BPJS is served well. The room is good, AC, clean toilet, not too many patients. Open game makes it comfortable, not crowded, no drama of full rooms 😁 It's just that on the first day the child was hospitalized, the infusion was removed twice because he kept rebelling, perhaps due to pain. There was nurse 1 who seemed to be complaining in an angry tone, "oh, it's gone again, what are you doing ma'am". In fact, another nurse swiftly and patiently fixed my child's IV drip. When we were corrected, this nurse teased us, her voice was really loud. Wanting to name him, it happened that his shirt didn't have his name written on it. Even though they both wear headscarves, perhaps the nurse doesn't have children yet so her patience is as thin as tissue.     Rs paling buruk di bali paling jorok , kumuh , pelayan dok anaknya sangat jelek di bali. Tidak sopan pasien datang kaki masih di atas meja. Tempat dok kumuh pelayana jelek ,nyesel kesini. Pelayan tidak sesuai dengan bayar. Alat dok anak tidak lengkap. Cara cek hny pakai tangan penjelasan tidak jelas sakit biasa di suruh opname. nyesel sekali saya kesini. Mendingan pelayananya bagus , tempat bagus ruangan prakter dok anak bagus , dok jelasin dengan jelas , baik ,sopan. Gak apa sy bayar mahal. Ini semua buruk tidak sesuai dengan bayar dok yg mahal. Pokok BUSUK ,Kumuh pantesan sepi sampai mau nunggu saya dtg ternyata dok nya butuh duit ,rs gak laku. Semoga segera tutup ini rs , malu maluin aja. Dok konsultan aja tidak menarik biaya 300rb. Ini 300rb blm obat iya. Saya gak ambil itu obat.sy kesni karn dok anak sy tutup .nyesel banget kesni gak iklas saya byr 300rb dengan pelayan anda dok.lupa saya liat nama doter ini. Mau saya cantumkan sini biar jelas. Rs ini akan saya info ke rekan2 kerja dan teman2 keluarga saya agar mereka tidak kesini perikasa.mendingan ke klinik penta atau dok anak lain. busuk

    Had good services but the waiting room was too hot as it have only one air conditioning. As suggestion better to visit in the night like 9pm before closing @10pm if you do not want to wait for long period of time to consult with doctor...

    The first time ANC used BPJS, thank you Doctor Sastra, the service was satisfactory, the doctor was communicative and friendly. Second ultrasound with Doctor Fido, the person is very friendly, the explanation is very detailed, given a business card, if you have questions about pregnancy, you can consult via WA.     Melahirkan di Tempat ini jam 12 malam datang kerumah sakit krna kontraksi sudah bukaan 6 tidak ada dokter jaga hanya Bidan yang bilang harus nunggu smpe bukaan sepuluh saya kesakitan hanya ditemani suami saya , semua Bidan ada lebih dari 5 org pada tidur di lantai ruang bersalin memakai kasur dan selimut sementara saya kedinginan di bilang tidak menyediakan selimut diruang persalinan.. sungguh parah Bidan tidak manusiawi dan playanan sangat buruk!! Tolong cari rumah sakit lain untuk melahirkan ,Bidan jaga mengambil sample darah saya saat saya kontraksi darah saya bercocoran di lantai krna tdk tahu cara nya sangat tdk professional suami saya sangat marah dan memutuskan untuk operasi Cesar krna tdk percaya dengan bidan2 muda dan tdk berpengalaman tsb dr. mega baik namun cari rumah sakit lain untuk ibu baru / muda krna Bidan Dsni sngat Bodoh tidak berpengalamandan tidak melayani dengan baik…

(Upgrade VIP room with BPJS) Since the beginning of the program here, it has been a year since I took a break from the program because I was tired of taking drugs, but in the end it was positive, and I changed my doctor of choice to Dr. Florensia Desiree because at that time I couldn't see many people and was feeling weak, and it turned out that she really took care of me, from the beginning of 8 weeks of pregnancy, whatever condition she was in, she always responded quickly and was always alert. Seconds during the week of birth, my blood pressure rose and it turned out I was suffering from pregnancy poisoning. At that time the doctor was so alert that he was already scheduled to take OP action. Previously, I was not notified, only told to come here directly because my blood pressure was high. During the process, Doctor Flo and the team during the process made the situation as comfortable as possible because at that time I was a bit confused and a bit afraid of the OP estimation process taking 30-45 minutes but in reality the process was over, I was in the ICU and didn't meet the baby for 1 night. But I was a bit disappointed with the nurse there because my husband had seen my child left alone sucking milk from his pacifier on the side but the nurse was inside.     Sangat mengecewakan. adik saya masuk RS pucuk tepat tgl 17 febuary 2023 di ruang bersalin, dan dsana adik saya kedinginan dn saya minta tambahan selimut tapi *tidak ada respon apa dari pihak perawatnya sampe saya bawain kain kamen untuk di pke selimut* saya minta tambahan selimut karna selimut di ruangan tersebut sangat kecil, dan gg sampe disana perawatnya yg shift malam yg baru masuk seperti kurang sopan kpd penunggu pasien.dan gg hbs tu, jaritan adik saya seperti kluar cairan sehabis oprasi di RS ini. Dan masalah fto pdahal adik saya sudah 2bln kluar dri RS fto keponakan saya belm jdi2 smpe adik saya yg menelpn dluan mngkin kl gg di telpn gg bakal di kasi ftonya Padahal pke UMUM kok pelayannya sprt gg di bayar. Tlg managementnya di tingkatkn lagi.

    Dr Fido is very recomended. I tried another doctor and wasnt satisfied with the explanation then i decided to use again Dr Fido. He is happy to answer our questions by whatsapp too and very helpfull. I'am still trying to figure it out how to use BPJS for normal delivery baby on May. Anyone willing to share the information? Thanks in advance
