pasien
pertama
karenas
datang

dokter

di
jam

alasan
dokter
msh
ngecek
pasien
yg
rawat
inap.
Stelah
mendapat
pemerikasaan
anak
saya
hrs
di
check
darah
nya
untuk
memastikan
penyakit
nya,
lagi2
kita
harus
menunggu
karena
petugas
lab
nya
blm
ada
dan
msh
di
telepon.
Singkat
cerita
hrs
menunggu
tuk
hasil
lab
nya

20mnt
katanya,
karena
anak
saya
sakit
saya
memutuskan
untuk
pulang
dlu
karena
kondisi
anak
saya
yg
gk
fit
dan
butuh
istrht.

kmudian
saya
blk
ke
RS
tuk
menanyakan
hasil
lab,
lagi2
jg
hrs
menunggu
lagi
ini
blm
termasuk
menunggu
antrian
obat.
Sangat
di
sayangkan
RS
yg
bagus
ini
blm
di
imbangi
dgn
pelayanan
yg
maximal
tuk
memenuhi
kepuasan
pasien.
Ini
jg
pernah
terjadi
di
pengalaman
pertama
saya
visit
yg
dmna
untuk
mengantri
obat
saja
bisa
lebih
dari
45
mnt,
setelah
saya
cari
di
apoteker
nya
kata
nya
obat
dah
ready
tp
saya
tidak
di
panggil.
Sblm
mengantri
obat
pun
msh
ada
proses
administrasi
yg
lumayan
lama
hanya
di
suruh
tunggu
tanpa
penjelasan
ke
pasien
apa
yg
hrs
di
tunggu.
Seharus
nya
dgn
kapasiti
pasien
yg
gk
telalu
banyak
di
RS
ini
saya
yakin
ada
cara
yg
lebih
efisien.
