Do not trust anyone in this hospital. It's a morally corrupt organization with the goal of charging you as much as they can. Especially if you're a foreigner, they treat you as a gold mine. My wife gave birth here, this is why I want to write this review. Before the birth, doctor was clear that c-section was not necessary. We were expected a normal birth but we didn't know how greedy and how evil these people are. We didn't use any pain killer, and also measured contractions so we could predict the birth time. During the wait, nurses didn't even measure the contractions. They only measured the opening and they MISINFORMED us about the opening. Their strategy is to make the mother feel like there is still long time to born the baby. They were very pushy about changing our mind to prefer c-section (so they can charge a lot of money!) 30 minutes before the birth, my wife began screaming because of the pain. The nurses approached my wife like snakes and told her "There is still 7 hours to wait, you can choose c-section if it's too painful". My wife said no. 15 minutes before my wife gave birth, they told my wife that it was too early to give the birth and they have to inject anesthesia to stop her from pushing the baby. This is how they trick mothers because if you accept the anesthesia, this time they'll force you to do c-section because your legs will be num and they'll say "you can't push the baby, we'll do section". I stopped them from giving my wife anesthesia, and forced them to call the doctor. I'm Turkish, so I know how to deal with morally corrupt people. I HAD TO FIGHT them to get the service I paid for. FOUGHT the whole night to make the doctor come to hospital, and give the birth. And fortunately, it was a normal birth as we wanted. After the birth, I talked to bunch of local Balinese people and they were telling me that more than half of woman do c-section even it's not necessary. Beware about this hospital. They are GREEDY SCAMMERS. My note for the owner: The nurses in your hospital are very professionally trained for lying to the mothers and this shows how evil you are. But this time, you tried to trick the wrong person.

I went there with my sick baby and had to wait 1 hour although I was told before to come on time. The staff was not giving me any information, I had to ask 3 times for my appointment. They told me we have to consult a general practitioner first before seeing the specialist just to check the babies temperature (which was checked at the entrance already) for a high price. I did not agree and at the end, we only went to the specialist. The consultation was 5 minutes only, he didn't introduce himself, I had to ask for his name. He did not inform me about anything regarding COVID, he didn't even tell me what to do in case of an emergency. The reason wasn't the language barrier, my Indonesian friend was with me. The subscribed medicine is not suitable for a baby at all- not even in a low dose. The following process after the consultation wasn't clarified either, I had to ask and only got confusing and unclear information. The hospital staff wasn't busy at all and I wonder why there wasn't any engagement - not even for a sick baby and his tired mum. The experience was very disappointing and is hopefully helpful for others- to save energy and lots of money.

Let me say this hospital more than exceeded my expectations. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about it. My girlfriend went into anaphylactic shock while we were in Bali and we ended up being transferred from a smaller hospital to Kasih Ibu Saba. She spent three nights in the ICU and then another night in one of the general patient rooms and everything was perfect. The nurses were knowledgeable, nice and always accessible. The hospital was clean and everyone spoke English well. The general patient rooms were beautiful and there was a cafeteria downstairs open daily. All in all, the care was comparable to that in the States, which is wonderful because I was extremely nervous to be in this situation so far from America. Furthermore, they worked diligently with our travel insurance to set up a payment system. On top of that, the cost was next-to nothing compared to what it would have been in the States. Overall, this is a great hospital and I believe anyone who ends up here should not worry, as they are in great hands. Thanks Kasih Ibu for everything!

Highly recommended private hospital. Located arround 200m from main road, and you could easily find the sign, and the hospital itself, basically it's very accessible from any area arround Ubud or Gianyar. Quite big hospital compared to other hospital in Bali, and have almost all facility you needed from hospital, including emergency departement, radio imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, inpatient wards, specialist clinics, dental unit, even caffee and convenient store. Service is fast and responsive, the staff is friendly, helpful, and communicative, almost all the staff speak english, and some staff will help with other languages (japanese, chinese). Have alot of specialist doctor so most of your treatment in this hospital will be treated or consulted to the specialist doctor, wich is great. So overall i highly recommend this hospital if you need immediate healthcare assistance arround Gianyar or Ubud.

I went to this hospital because of my son had fallen down on the floor. We were there for 2 night 3 days. The place was amazing ( clean, big parking area and they also use hygine protocol). I personally met DR Golden 2 times while we are there, he is our doctor specialist Neurosurgical. He was so helpfull and giving good motivation to my son. This place could be perfect if they could improve on some areas as below: 1. Security: they are doing good job but would be nice if they are a bit more friendly to the customers. 2. Registration desk: would be nice if the person incharge is ready at any time, I arrived at 4 am there were no body, I have to call to wake her up. 3. The person incharged in the ICU very helpfull specially Putu and Agung/Gung de. But I also request one paper/letter here to pick up when going home then did not find at the administration. Need to fix the communication work. 4. Administration desk: to be honest here need somebody to supervising them, need better communication to all staff. I have to wait 90 minutes after docter visit and giving us to go home, had to come to ask 3 times to prepare the administration, I left message one day before leaving to have some paper/documen that I will use for my insurance they didn't have it when I checked out then I have to wait again. I feel unconfortable at that time because there were 2 women complaining as well. I write this because I love this place and this is 2nd times for my family to visit this hospital. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS!! I went here to get myself checked after a diving accident. They made me pay extra to see the “diving doctor” and i didn’t even get to speak to them. A different doctor filled out the report and signed it than the one who spoke to me. I had to tell the nurse how to take a blood pressure which they messed up several times. I had to ask the “doctor” to check my ear with an otoscope which he said one looked really red and damaged and one was ok. They put both ears were perfect on the medical report which was a lie. They put symptoms I did not have on the medical report. They would not listen to anything I had to say and just kept telling me stuff was wrong with me that wasn’t so they could put me in a hyperbaric chamber and charge me tons of money. They wanted me to stay in the hospital for 3+ days and get multiple decompression treatments when all I ended up having was barotrauma to my ear. They tried to bargain with me about my health when I said I didn’t want to stay in the hospital for 3+ days. Saying I could pay for the treatment and leave which is not ok. Be very careful going to this hospital as they do not care about patients. Only money.

A family member on holidays who contracted bacterial pneumonia with complications was cared for with great kindness by the nurses on the Ayoyda ward. Sangat di sayangkan RS yg bagus ini blm di imbangi dgn pelayanan yg maximal tuk memenuhi kepuasan pasien. Ini jg pernah terjadi di pengalaman pertama saya visit yg dmna untuk mengantri obat saja bisa lebih dari 45 mnt, setelah saya cari di apoteker nya kata nya obat dah ready tp saya tidak di panggil. Sblm mengantri obat pun msh ada proses administrasi yg lumayan lama hanya di suruh tunggu tanpa penjelasan ke pasien apa yg hrs di tunggu. We came in this “hospital” to get a consultation about strong pain in the elbow after falling down on the stairs. At first everything was okey, but after for us was done CT scan appears a lot of problems. 1) we were waiting more than two hours for the results, during this time personal in hospital lied us, that doctor is speaking with other specialists about our results 2) after 2 hours waiting we asked for the answers and staff told us that doctor went home 2 hours ago and they will send him our results per WhatsApp (the greatest platform to make the diagnoses) 3) we just told that we will inform our insurance about this and main manager Puspha Yanthi starts to argue with us, she told us that we are her problems, she wants to go home to her baby and because of us and our problems she cannot do it. At the end she told us “karma will reach you” I think shows the hospital in general in the worst side. To sum up - we did not receive clear result, we lost more than two hours for nothing and we were insulted by the personal. So we totally don’t recommend this hospital, try to avoid it

I’ve had a great experience with this hospital. I brought my son at the emergency and was immediately taken care of with professional and very kind nurses and doctors. I came back the next morning for an appointment with a pediatrician. I didn’t have to wait, the doctor was on time, very professional with his diagnosis and recommended to do a complete blood test to see if there was an infection or if my son’s sickness was just a bad virus. After a diving accident I felt incredibly well-cared for in the facilities of this hospital. The staff are without exception very friendly, kind and attentive and the room I stayed in was luxurious (would have never thought a hospital would provide such rooms). We had a great experience at Kasih Ibu hospital. My partner and I are from Australia and needed to see a doctor at the Emergency Room for an issue with his foot. The doctors were very accomodating, kind, and even helped us with our travel insurance and arranging a car back to our hotel. We saw a Radiologist the next day who was very professional and kind. We were in and out of Emergency and the Radiologist’s office within 2-3 hours which helped us get back to our holiday! Great level of care and very kind people. Highly recommend!

She's really making this hospital better organized than many others. So here's the rundown of hospitals in Bali: - The specialists are always better at Siloam hospital, but you don't want to be hospitalized there. Kasih ibu Saba is one of the better places to be hospitalized, but I'd still avoid it if you can (don't even want to talk about it). - Kasih ibu saba is the nearest goodish hospital for people in ubud, some specialists are fine, others are rubbish, I'll talk more about this later - As with any doctors in Bali: doctors will often recommend surgeries or invasive procedures that are not even necessary. Do your own research, always make sure to get a few opinions and keep asking the doctors questions about possibilities. Don't blindly trust what the doctor says. Hospital was great. They were kind and caring and the service I had as a foreigner was nice. They made sure I knew the cost of everything first before going ahead with some treatment. The doctor that put in the IV drip was really gentle and didn't leave a bruise.

Have bad experience with the service. Bring my baby to emergency at midnight. The doctor and nurse just so slow when taking care of my baby. They just keep check her chest with telescope and keep saying they will contact the specialist doctor. We wait for almost 1hour and they did nothing to my baby. No doctor or nurse was stand by with us and until my baby was so weak and we call the nurse and they came put oxygen. Everything was too late. So slow. Can’t blame anyone but hope they can improve on the service especially when urgent or emergency patient. They should taking more care and seriuos when doing their job

I checked in the hospital with high fever and I had to wait no time. I was promptly admitted in a ER-bed and taken care of by nurses and a doctor. They ran blood tests and COVID-test and the results arrived soon after. I was visited by an internist as well so as to make sure to have the right diagnosis. I was discharged and they provided me with the medicines I need to take at home so that I didn't need to find a pharmacy by myself. They provided me with the documents to present to my health insurance for rebate. Everyone was efficient and kind. The hospital is extremely clean. Thank you. 🙏

A quick x-ray was done and based on my request on being at home before dark, they suggested they would inform me about the final diagnosis by text or email. With the tentative diagnosis, I got meds, which were prepared for me very quickly by the pharmacy. Staff was very friendly and as agreed on I got my medical report the day after via text and email. Furthermore, I also got my x-ray as well to forward to my own GP if needed when I get home.

Its been years and you change nothing in term of service. I even told my friends to not go to you because they will only be disspointed, and time after time i am proven wright. I did not enjoy this. There are genuine people out there whom are trully need help. I came by one time taking a friend whos in pain due to his injuries on the palm of his hand. My mother had an accident in Bali and we ended up in this hospital. Personnel was really nice and professional, they run all needed tests pretty quickly, operating room was provided in 20min. We are really grateful for they help. Also they send me all needed documentation on email and we had online consultation with them via WhatsApp when we were worried about her condition. Everything was clean, we were given all needed meds after the operation. We felt taken care of really well. Thank you very much once again 🙏🏻❤️
