Yesterday, one of my guest who stayed in our Villa got Stomachache, my staff immediately calls Ubud Care that the phone number I gave to my staff before. The clinic team arrived quickly that night. They were giving best service to my guest. Very recommended Clinic!

I got severely ill with both a bacterial infection and parasite and couldn't move from bed. The resort called UbudCare who came out to see me straight away and were amazing, spoke fluent English, remained very calm and said I needed an IV drip straight away. Instead of having to go to hospital they did it there and stayed with me for three hours monitoring me and explaining all the post medication I needed. They then even followed up by WhatsApp to make sure I was doing okay. The best healthcare service I have ever had, highly recommend!!!

About a month ago I had a toe infection that ended up having my nail removed. I was fortunate enough to be treated by Dr. Kanta, who is very competent and did an excellent job. She is very present with you and communicates clearly. For the wound cleanings, 3 out of 5 times I got seen by other doctors, who didn't seem as confident and present as Dr. Kanta, and, unlike her, they let the nurses do most of the job. Some nurses were really good and careful, but others seemed quite unsure and were not very careful in handling the wound. The admin staff in general is very polite and attentive.

Coming from the United States, I was nervous to go to the clinic because they were offering free pickup and a near immediate consultation but the cost was very reasonable and they were so attentive and kind. I came in with intense ear pain and they declared an ear infection and offered medication. When I didn’t have food to eat before taking the medication, they offered a snack as well. Overall 10/10 experience and great explanation in English as well!

One star is too much for this place! My first experience: they couldn’t find a vein to take blood sample. After 4 times pushing the needle finally they find it by chance! Second experience: i brought a guest who didnt feel good to the clinic. I called them in advance and they asked me to bring the patient. When we arrived clinic was quite but when they see the patient is not in a good condition, they gathered together and after a minute one of them came and said sorry we are full! Then we had to find another hospital to take him. They play with people’s life easily in this clinic. There are better options(clinics and hospitals) around this area. Ubudcare clinic is the worst option that anyone can choose!

Stuff is responsive through WhatsApp,made appointment to dentist for cleaning. I had problem with 1 tooth,paid for cleaning and 1 tooth. Later realize,that still have pain,come back with confidence if I pay for 1 tooth it will be fixed fully. But they told me I paid for 1 area and another area I have to pay again. But its the same tooth ... I wouldn't come back.

Terrible experience. Show them picture of my kitas and Indonesiam drivers license yiu can only get with kitas however were only interested in charging tourist price. Only intetested in money. Place up the road much friendlier and actually care for their clients.

I can’t say enough good words about Ubud Care. Having a car in Ubud is challenging. They have valet parking! Perfect. I communicated my appointment on WhatsApp and the staff was quick to schedule me. Having been diagnosed with PAD I was confused how to proceed with a safe and healthy long and short term solution. The doctor reviewed my tests and together we arrived at a way to proceed. The doctor gave me the time to ask questions. His English is excellent and knowledge of medical practice is exceptional. He is open to traditional and non traditional healing. I left the office feeling much more informed than when I arrived. This has been my first choice for medical treatment. We are so lucky to have such an excellent facility in Ubud. Thank you 🙏

I contacted this clinic in the middle of the night and 2 nurses came to my hotel. They were so kind, gentle and understanding. They both spoke very good English and they were very thorough, and communicated everything to me. I would 100% recommend this clinic especially if you are a tourist and get sick.

Amazing clinic! I had horrendously blocked ears when I was in Ubud. I contacted them in the morning and they had me in a couple hours later! They did all the various check ups and they softened and irrigated my ears all within an hour. Great service, kind staff and the nurse and doctor spoke very thorough English. If you ever have a heath issue in this part of Bali, these are your guys! Thank you again Ubud care clinic! 😊

I fractured my wrist during my visit to Bali last September. I called the clinic UbudCare and the doctor Krisna immediately assisted me once I explained my situation. He sent the clinic car and did everything necessary to ensure my wrist would be okay. X-Rays, fracture reduction, cast, medicine for pain and inflammation. He saw me again before I returned home. Again sending me the clinic car and made sure I had my cast split before I was flying as well as all documents necessary to make my flight possible and safe. Back home in Australia the Orthopedic doctor told me my fracture was big enough to require an operation, but thanks to the excellent job in UbudCare it wasn’t necessary.

Had a swollen infected foot which was growing by the minute.. was treated with highest standard of care (speaking as a nurse from UK) could not have been more helpful and reassuring. Price was reasonable for treatment would recommend to anyone in Ubud. Thanks again🙏

I am American and did not speak the language at all. The clinic was very fast, very thorough, and answered all of my questions immediately in English. Provided antibiotics and materials for self care. Recommended follow up in 4 days, which was, I thought, outstanding advice. I could not recommend a facility more highly.

I have been to Ubud care several times, and am very impressed with their doctors (Mine doctor is Dr Krisna, but I have met a couple of the others and they all seem very good) and their staff. I highly recommend this clinic. Very professional. They also have a good lab for all kinds of blood tests, etc.

Due to some infected wounds I contacted UbudCare and I could easily make an appointment for the same day. The doctors and assistants were very kind and professional, and offered great help. Also, the care that was given afterwards (mainly through whatsapp) was excellent - whenever I had a question regarding medicine or treatment they were always happy to inform and advice me. Lastly, the prices of the consultation and medicine were quite fair. No hidden costs and everything was transparant. I also received a clear overview (in English) to be used for my insurance company.

So impressed with this clinic. I asked if there was a cancellation for an earlier appointment and sure enough with perfect timing I was obliged on my once a week trip to UBUD. Dr Krishna was totally thorough and listened and certainly experienced with my condition which I had been battling with for a month. Without prescribing medication and suggesting a natural approach first, I felt 95% better after 5 days. Highly recommended

Dr Diah and Nurse Sudama came to our hotel when my husband became severely ill. They stabilised him and transported him by ambulance to hospital. Their prompt intervention including providing oxygen and IV fluids and medication to reduce his fever made all the difference. Communication in English was fluent. The diagnostic process included initial pathology results that ruled out some possibilities. Their propsed course of action was clear and logical. This is an extraordinary medical service and the team were a credit to the organisation. Thank you all so much.

We had an emergency at 4:30 am in the morning. They came quickly in around 20 minutes after contacting them via WhatsApp. They came prepared with medicine, kits for tests, they were calm, helpful. They send test results soon after, and kept following up 2 days after the visit.

I visited this clinic after having the infamous "Bali belly" and a mild heat stroke/dehydration. As someone visiting from the US and not familiar with anything about Indonesia, I was super nervous initially. But the doctors/nurses immediately put me at ease with their knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness. They gave me the necessary IV, did a very thorough blood/stool test and gave me additional nausea medications to take with me. I couldn't be more grateful to them for turning my vacation around. (I paid about 205 USD for the whole treatment by the way) They also gave me a ride back to my hotel free of charge which was super nice of them.

Very good services! I was quite sick and I could get a quick appointment, they check how I feel and got my some medicine, which helped. Clean and well-equipped. Doctors speak good English so there is no problem with communication and they even are in constant contact via Whatsapp in case something bad happens. I can totally recomend this clinic.

By far the most professional medical team in Ubud. Their attention to looking after their patients is second to none. Highly recommend the whole team and their special caring approach at all times.

We’ve seen Ubud care twice in the last few days. First for my partner who had fevers. Secondly for my mum. They came to our villa are we’re so kind with my mum who was in lot of pain. They recommended we head to the emergency international hospital and luckily we did. I found this service fast, efficient and would recommend.

Both my husband and I have received excellent care at Ubud Care Clinic. The doctors are knowledgable, compassionate and warm and the reception staff are patient and very helpful. Testing is done very quickly and there was no hesitation when I asked for further explanation of test results. Having a bike accident and becoming sick were very unfortunate, but it did mean we got to experience the kindness of everyone at Ubud Care Clinic. Much gratitude 🙏

Their service is excellent! I was very sick, they came out to my hotel to complete a check up and consultation. They offered tests to ensure they provided the correct medicine to treat my sickness. I’m now feeling much better after completing the antibiotics I was prescribed. Highly recommend.

Incredible service! They can come to your house if needed which is incredible if you are really not feeling well. Incredible doctor, great english, she did all the tests at once at the home visit. They use Whatsapp to communicate and are very responsive! Just amazing!!!

I was really satisfied with the UbudCareClinic. After the monkey bite, they take care of me, give me vaccination, antibiotics and all the information regarding this matter. Few days after visiting them, they also texted me how do I feel. They answered on all my questions that I have regarding my case, their response was quick. Best medical treatment I ever had in foreigner country! The whole Team speaks good english, if theres a missunderstanding they explain it again or discribes it. They Show you All costs before payment. Explain all medicaments and ask you which treatment you want to choose (if theres a different investigations and ways to solve a medical issue). Everything is clean and my test results came same day with offical PDF document from laboratory and explaination from doctor. I felt very safe and well treated. Terima kasih !

Very friendly and competent doctor and staff. Everything was explained to me in detail, I could ask questions and I got rabies vaccine and felt good afterwards. The clinic even contacted me a few days later via WhatsApp to ask if I‘m fine. Costs are very transparent and not too expensive.
