BE VERY CAUTIOUS! POOR INJECTING TECHNIQUE RESULTED IN VISUAL LUMP 10cms long on my face!!! Rejuvie aesthetic management threatened me with legal action if l posted their unprofessional conduct. I work in the medical profession in Australia and Rejuvie ignored several honest complaints. Paid $ 1300 for botox and filler...absolute waste of money. Large lump ( swelling ) on my inner cheek following injection of filler. When l complained to Rejuvie they IGNORED & REFUSED to accept any responsibility. I will not be intimated!!!

Avoid this clinic at all costs! I am a German who lives on Bali and I went there around 7 times for cosmetic work and cheek fillers and dental work. Initally I was pleased. However after a few months the long lasting damage resulting from their absolutely amateurish work became evident! 1) Cheek fillers: they inserted so much on one side where my wrinkle was stronger that after a few days a big lump showed up on one cheek which then flattened out again a week later. However after about 4-5 months exactly where the lump was an indent appeared, as if someone had stuck a knife in my cheek! They must have damaged a nerve/ muscle but refused to admit it. I now will have to fill that indent with a filler for the rest of my life at cost of USD 700 per year! 2) I was stupid enough to trust the same clinic with fixing a retainer/ metal thread that got loose and keeps my front teeth in line as I thought with such a simple job nothing can go wrong. However again about 4-5 months later exactly the tooth where they glued the loose retainer back on has moved down by about 1.5mm. I will now need to carry brackets for 3 months at a cost of USD 1500 to get the tooth in line again, and they offer nothing in compensation! It should have been evident that a clinic that offers both skin and dental work cannot be professional about either, and I only have myself to blame to have gone there again after the first disaster. Also their doctors change constantly. There are other good specialized clinics in Bali but they cost a bit more which however I so much wish I had gone to instead!

Went for consultant for blocked and bulging sebaceous glands and acne - had the two biggest and ugliest removed as test at first consult and made appointment for removal of remainder in a weeks time. Really impressed. Feel great already! Best $35.00 AUD ever spent! Super friendly - super friendly. Saw lots of happy leaving!! Highly recommend.

Wow, Rejuvie is a great place to have dental, skincare, and bloodwork done! I had my teeth cleaned, moles removed, and bloodwork done here. The service is super amazing! All the work was done in a reasonable time period and very professionally. The team is very kind and full of love! The reception is very warm and welcoming. Overall the business is very clean and has a nice temperature. There is free water and drinks while you are in the reception area. Everyone has big smiles and is full of love and care. Highly recommend trying Rejuvie! Good vibes only here! Also all the customers (including myself) who were leaving were very happy. 5 star Bali business! I had an upper molar that the crown was broken off a few weeks ago EXTRACTED and an IMPLANT put in its place. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT BRILLIANT BRILLIANT!!!! If you are thinking about getting dental work done THIS PLACE is AMAZING!!!! Internationally trained surgeons and every experienced! Was made to feel relaxed from the moment I walked in the door! I didn’t even feel the needles for the anaesthesia!! Just a small jaw ache after the procedure which Is quickly eliminated with the pain killers they give you when you leave! I just can’t recommend these guys ANY HIGHER!! Just DO IT! My Dentist was Dr Mirza who I absolutely LOVE but everyone else I spoke to there said they are ALL brilliant!! THANK YOU Dr Mirza for the best dental experience of my LIFE!!

Big NO! I came to this clinic to treat sunspots which were over 40% on my face with really big and visible one on my forehead. They recomended me laser AFT facial treatment which is 1.2mill each and over 4-5 months I was doing it, just to see no results and even my sun marks going worst. I went to another recoomended dermatologist who told me that is wrong treatment for the issue I was going for, she recomeneded me 5$ cream and hello - after only 2 weeks of using it, my sunspots disappearing!!! So I've spent 500$ in Rejuvie doing wrong treatment recommended by them... Out of touch, I came with problem and they obviously didn't take it seriously and just recomended something to take my money. Oh yes, and for another treatment I won't even mentione, this in enough.

I would give 2 stars, but the service and kindness of the workers are outstanding, so +1 star. The rest - I am not satisfied at all. I had a consultation prior to the treatment - I was hoping they would check my skin type, skin condition, what actually can be the best for my skin and what is the plan (I was ready to take several procedures). Instead, they just told me what machines they have, what each of them is for...And I was left with the choice what do I want. Well, I chose laser. Useless procedure as it'd turned out, and as my (in another clinique) cosmetologist said, it was not for my skin type and not for my skin condition - the specialist should know it. Unfortunately, these specialists didn't check my skin. On top of all, they offered me this product "Neostrata" - cleanser that made my skin dry and face serum that makes my skin itchy each time I apply it. It feels like I put soap on my face and let it dry. It is expensive and not compatible with my skin. The whole price I paid is worth nothing, but experience which taught me where I shouldn't go. Thanks for that. The only good thing they have are kindness and politness of the workers. But that I can find anywhere else.

Went in for two crowns and spent 11,000,000 idr. The process was extremely painful as the fitting of the permanent crowns didn't go well. They couldn't be removed (they probably had used the permanent glue and not the one for temporary crowns) and a drill was used... Without anasthetic! 1.5 hours later the permanent crowns were fitted. Three weeks later, back in the UK, both crowns came off. I had to pay over 3,000,000idr here to have them refitted. I was told that the glue used was probably temporary (the wrong kind!) as they came out so easily. Now I'm told that rejuvie will only honour their guarantee if I come back to Bali! No partial refund, nothing! Stay away. I'm so upset and disappointed!

I've been to several aesthetic clinics and so far Rejuvie is definitely my best choice. Not only that the place is extra clean, comfortable, and various service choices. After getting my chin deformed aiming at having a chin filler, my face became rounder instead and I wasn’t able to smile. The answer I received?! I was told to look for another clinic instead of being extra well cared for. The poor doctors attitude was to redirect me elsewhere. They lied to me, I had my appointments cancelled an hour before the actual time saying I should look for snother clinic to help with the mess they made. I lost my holidays booked to Japan because I couldn’t smile. I still to today, can’t smile properly. The worst part was being lied to. Excuses doctors were feeling unwell. And the machines were broken. Shameful. Very low quality staff. Don’t come here.

After having medications stolen from my luggage I spent half a day trying to find a pharmacy/apothecary to replace them. Apparently that's not a thing in Bali. I reached out to multiple clinics that offered what I needed and the only response I recieved was from Rejuvie. They asked some questions via email, reviewed my labs, and had appointment for me the next morning. They stayed responsive throughout the process and took care of me wonderfully. The sanur clinic is clean and neat with staff who speak excellent english, which was much appreciated. I arrived early and was out the door prior to my appoinment time! HIGHLY recommend!

Had hair removal done at Rejuvie Aesthetic Clinic. the place is amazing! I'd totally come back. Worth the price. I have only had one session so far and it was yesterday so I don't know about the result but I'm sure it will be good since nurse at Rejuvie took plenty of time for my laser hair removal half leg.

Realllyy excellent. Every detail of my experience was excellent. So nice to experience such great service. I visited the dermatologist and the aesthetic clinic on two occasions. Every team was 10/10, receptionists, doctors, nurses, cleaners and I especially appreciated the quick, thorough and genuine communication from the reception team. I had a wisdom tooth extracted, it was broken so not an easy job, after nearly an hour in the chair the dentist finally got it out, not an easy job but it was performed very professionally as we're all the staff. The great thing was I hardly suffered any discomfort after. Totally recommend and amazing value

I came here to remove plantar warts. The doctor said that she could remove them with laser or liquid nitrogen, and it is better to remove them with laser, this approach guarantees complete removal. (spoiler: its not). It took 2 painful months for my foot to recover. (the doctor said it would take 2 weeks). Plantar warts returned immediately after recover, but now it hurts. I came to the first random dermatologist in my country, and he said that he has only laser, and this approach is not suitable for this disease, he said that i should find a clinic with liquid nitrogen. Аfter all this, I can conclude that the doctor in Rejuvie clinic is absolutely unqualified. Oh, and yes, I spent a lot of money for this wonderful experience.

Recently got Juvederm lip injections here and I love them! Very professional, good environment, nice and helpful staff and doctor. Had previously had my lips done in the states and I got the same results as if I were to get it done back at home. Will definitely be back during my next trip to Bali!
