Horrible salon, I did 3 procedures with no results! Why do they sign up clients before hair growth begins! Everywhere it is written that if you do the procedure earlier than 40 days, then there is no point and it is a waste of money and time, since hair grows in 30-40 days, in the same salon they say 2-3 weeks should pass no more! The service is also terrible, the Australian owner was so rude to me that he ruined my mood and impression of the whole island! Moreover, I couldn’t find parking for my car, to which the owner said we only have scooters, it’s not my fault that you’re driving! A terrible and rude man who raised his voice at me! What does it have to do with my birthday and they ruined the whole holiday with their service

I had the glass skin injections and also botox on two different occasions, and Dinny and Dian made the experience amazing. They’re very professional and make you feel comfortable. I don’t think I’ve ever had such pain free botox, and 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area! Will be back again. Also would ignore the bad reviews; they’re more professional than some of the clinics I’ve been to in London even, and outline in detail pre and post treatment guidelines. I had 13 sessions for hair laser removal, in over a year. Always followed the recommended interval and the staff recommendations, but it was very inefficient and i had only very poor results ( it removed less than half of my hair ). I have fair skin and dark hair, so ideal candidate for laser hair removal. When i complained about the poor results they offered the 13th session for free. But then I decided to try another clinic and after only 6 sessions i had more results than with 13 sessions at cleanslate. I also understood that Cleanslate set their laser super low as it causes no hit sens assez and no pain at all, hence the very low efficiency of each session… i guess they just want you to keep purchasing more sessions. At the new clinic they adjust the power of the laser to your pain tolerance which makes it way more efficient. Even though the staff has always been lovely I would not recommend this place for laser hair removal, sadly i spent so much money there…. And i have several girlfriends who had exactly the same disappointing results.

Greig was awesome! I felt really confident getting my tattoo removed with him. At the time I wasn’t even aware that he was using the best technology in tattoo removal. Sadly after 8years in Bali we decided to leave and I couldn’t continue. I’ve come back to California and can’t find a studio with good equipment or customer service like Cleanslate 😭

I've been getting Laser Hair Removal from CleanSlate and am wandering why I didn't start before! After just three sessions I'm already seeing results and sooo excited to see the final outcome. I have also always wanted to get Lip Filler and after a great consultation with Dr Dinny I got my lips done and WOW I am more than happy with the results! Will be back for little more filler for sure, Dr Dinny is a wizard and delivers exactly what you want. So good!

I had Botox here with Dr Dinny and it was fab, they use the actual brand Botox and she is really fun and fluent in English so she makes you feel really comfortable. I ended up needing a small top up and though it was an extra $20 , she came in on a Saturday for me just to top it up a little before my flight home. Highly recommend

few months ago I went in to CleanSlate to get a laser removal on a badly done tattoo job. Greig, the owner was super helpful and made me feel comfortable moving forward with the 1st session. He was very patient and detailed while lasering. Now, after 5 sessions he got it done to the levels where I can get a cover-up. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend CleanSlate for anyone who's thinking about a removal. His picosure laser machine is the best in the business and results were amazing. Was very accommodating to my time schedule nd even re-booked me few times when i had to cancel/postpone couple of my appointments. I received Juvaderm fillers in my lips and cheekbone areas, as well as Botox in my forehead and Skinbooster in my neck. I could not be more pleased! Dr. Dinny was absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable and personable, and she showed me packaging and expiration dates of all of the products used without me asking. Filler can be a finicky thing, and too much is bad, but Dr. Dinny used just the right amount and I couldn’t be happier. I was a little hesitant to get these services in Bali. I’ve read reviews of different places and I’m aware that sometimes the products and services are sub-par. This was absolutely not the case at CleanSlate. Everything I received was top-notch and I would return again without hesitation. I plan to go back for threading in the near future. The journey of Laser hair removal has been really great with CleanSlate. BUT the journey with Dinny - the injectables doctor has been out of this world. I have done two PRPs with her and one filler for the neck. She made me feel so safe and calm. She held my hand through it all. On my second PRP visit - my blood take was not that good - so she said that the results would not be satisfying and insisted on re-scheduling - even though all the preparation had been done for the procedure. She really is so amazing. I feel that she really takes care of every corner of the treated area - no shortcuts - she takes her time!! I feel blessed to have had my procedures with her! Great experience. They were super accommodating to my schedule. Laser is one of the best, and I’m seeing results already! The only thing I hope they would improve is giving a proper estimate of time for appointments - as to how long they will actually take. If you have the areas, you can sort an estimate of time. I missed a ferry just not knowing how long it would actually take.

I had a piece of existing artwork that got damaged by a junior artist when we were updating color.
