My wife and I visited from Australia. We required 5 crowns, a bridge and a filling between us. We corresponded via email prior to visiting to confirm price and time we need to be in Bali for. The response via email was very quick enabling us to confirm our plan and make travel arrangements. The treatment was excellent! We never waited more than 5 minutes even we had to go back between appointments for minor adjustments. The result was excellent and we are now considering cancelling private health insurance. I have no hesitation in recommending ARC for all you dental work. We will definitely use again.

I had 2 bridges done here at Arc Dental and I was very impressed with many things. First contact through emails, then the free checkup with X-ray. During the consultation everything was explained to me and questions answered. I was assigned the talented Dr Dira who is very proud of his work and the final result was amazing. Clean, professional, good equipment great consultation !!! I had been to two other places before finding ARC and I can tell you they were world's apart in every way I'd actually given up on dental work in Bali and decided to pay extortionate prices in Australia until I found this place. Update: I've now had root canal work, extractions, gum Treatment all has been first rate and I'll be coming back to get implants soon. Can't speak highly enough of the cleanliness, standards and advice. Update: Oct 2018 Had three implants done and a bridge, fantastic work and couldn't be happier. Really reasonable prices and the German dentist was brilliant

Fantastic dentist. Been here twice now (would have been more if it weren't for border closures) and thoroughly impressed both times. I love seeing the full mouth xray, and the work is top rate. The clinic is more modern than some I've been to in Australia, the staff speak excellent English and are just as good as any dentist I've been to in Australia. Prices are competitive with others in Bali I've been to (cheap compared to Oz - especially for fillings and crowns). Worth going while you're in Bali even if it's just for a clean.

ARC Dental Clinic demonstrated their quality and integrity in the service they provided. They were so efficient, and the registration, x rays, and consultation were all done almost immediately upon my arrival for my appointment; very reliable and punctual, which is exactly what you need if you’re visiting Bali for a short time. Most importantly for me, you can trust ARC to recommend treatment that you genuinely need. Their focus was so clearly on health before profit. Although I initially believed I may need fillings or even a crown, after the x-rays and consultation, we discussed my teeth and determined that, for now, I only needed a cleaning and to monitor my teeth. It was wonderful to experience such a patient-centred approach to dental care. I was so impressed by this professionalism and I wish I had more than five stars to give.

I had a great experience with wisdom tooth removal here! I was super nervous about the procedure but it ended up being really quick and easy, less than ten minutes for 2 impacted wisdom teeth. I had no pain during the operation and also pretty much zero pain during recovery, and the extraction sites have healed really well. I would have wished for even more detailed instructions for aftercare. They give you a sheet with instructions but it doesn't say anything about not drinking through straws, not drinking coffee etc which I think are very important things to know. Other than that though, the operation itself was very easy and painless!

I would like to say that ARC Dental has been a fantastic experience. i have had extensive dental work here , covering almost 12 months of extractions , implants , bridgework and fitting of new teeth. My Dentist Dr Dira , has been very professional and explained the procedure every step of the Journey. This was all arranged from Perth and 3 different visits later all has been completed. Arc always fitted in with my travel Schedule without any issues. The ladies on reception and Accounts, Ayis and Sri , as well as the Dental nurses were very professional and kind. I had an Xray and 3 fillings plus a Hygeanist clean. Beautifully clean clinic with very freindly staff that explained everything thoroughly before proceeding. Highly recommend them.

I thought it was going to be better. At consultation they said that my husband may need root canal treatment so we booked for the appointment 10 days later, with the information they had from the consult, they should’ve known what he needed and after waiting Dr. Stefanie who was taking our treatment said that they didn’t have the qualified staff to do root canal so we’d have to do it somewhere else. How come a dental clinic doesn’t have anyone that can do that kind of treatment? And if they don’t have the person, just let us know from the consult so that we could evaluate if we want to do the treatment there! They sent us to another clinic where they helped my husband, but not without a fight! Also, while doing the cavity filling on me I had to show the doctor that another of my tooth might need filling as it looked with caries, and her answer was “oh yeah, I missed that one” how can you missed one big black spot if you have me with my opened mouth checking tooth by tooth and I can spot it with the mirror??!! And they are expensive! $70 AUD per filling!! Better to go to others not that expensive, to the clinic they sent us they’re charging between $45-$60 AUD.

Dr Adhi is fantastic! I was honestly nervous about going to the dentist in Bali after some bad medical experiences in a hospital here, but Dr Adhi came highly recommended from a friend. My nerves were put at ease instantly as Dr Adhi is extremely knowledgable, fluent in English, and was able to explain everything to me in detail. I ended up having to go to see Dr Adhi 7 times in total and was impressed each and every time. I was most impressed when I was told I might need 2x root canal treatments, but after inspection Dr Adhi stated that is only needed one. I appreciated the honesty - he’s very truthful and honest as he essentially reduced the fee I was expecting to pay in half. I can’t recommend Dr Adhi and his team highly enough!

the best dental clinic in the world but please stay and read until the end I came to ARC dental 4 years ago, I needed a bridge and they did an exceptional job and now after 4 years everything is ok now I came back for an extraction so doctor Stefania made sure I didn't feel any pain then I had a broken tooth and Dr. Stefania also put a grade 10 crown and then the cherry on the cake 🤣 he also made a partial prosthesis for the top teeth on the left flawless I also did a very good descaling for them I can Smile again thanks to this wonderful doctor Stefania and the ARC dental team thank you, you are the best and you who are reading this programmatically now they are the best in Bali, exceptional quality and price

My wife and I have been to the ARCDental Clinic on Sunset Road three times now. The clinic is modern, efficient, clean, well organised and most of all the staff are knowledgable and skillful dental care providers. Your initial consultation is free and includes a panorama x-ray thrown in. If you are thinking the x-ray is just a way to generate unnecessary business;I don’t think so. Firstly I was told there was nothing wrong with my teeth and secondly there is or was when we first went a three week waiting period; so clearly they are not short of work. They have their own laboratory with a large team including dentists, dental therapists and hygienist, dental technologist and so on. I have never had a clean like the clean from ARCDental. My wife has had a number of fillings and is having a porcelain crown inserted for a fraction of the cost back in Australia. My understanding is the training is done in Germany and is co owned by an Australian and German dentist but that is only what I have been told. ARCDental has become our regular dentist-and we live in Australia.

This is a fabulous dental clinic. I had a tooth removed in October - for the first time. The removal didn't go quite to plan as the tooth was adamant it wasn't coming out! Whilst it took a little longer to remove the dentist was fantastic and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. The aftercare was also first class. They kept in touch with me daily to ensure I was recovering ok. Highly recommend for major dental procedures!

I am very pleased and impressed with the service at ARC Dental. My 3 years old son is very difficult with any type of dental procedures. The dental hygienist Leny did a great job with cleaning his teeth. She was very patient and attentive, removing the plaque. I have decided to get my teeth cleaned as well and I am very happy with the result.

We just left the clinic. We did hygienic cleaning for our 3.3 year old daughter. This was her first dental visit and it was perfect. The caring hygienist Leny was very gentle, neat, sweet, and smiling. Everything went quickly, without haste, with a good, calm mood. They turned on cartoons and gave me a hairpin. I am delighted and my daughter liked everything. I am very glad that I chose this clinic. Thank you very much to all the staff for your care. Horrible service and very rude staff

They asked me to transfer 120.000.000 RB to pay for my surgery then called and said they can't do it and I didn't get my money back . It's been one week already and they saying the owner on vacation and can not get a joke of her . It's fraustrated because now I missed my flight back home and have to pay an extra hotel and flight . If they said they couldn't do my surgery they could have return my money right away just as they took right away .terrible clinic .poor customer service

I went to ARC dental for reline on my dentures. They were made in Australia but the technician retired before fine tuning and removing the sore spots. I found the service delivered by this clinic was well above my expectations. I arrived 1/2 hr early on my first visit and was seen straight away. The clinic is as modern, comfortable and clean as I have experienced in Australia, staff were very friendly and helpful. The service I received was a 1/4 the price I was quoted in Australia. Totally recommend this clinic.

Place is nice but completely unreliable service. Cancelled my appointment twice in a row because the dentist had "family emergencies". My partner broke his tooth and they only booked him in for a teeth cleaning. Really disorganized and unprofessional.

I had developed an insanely painful root canal infection over the weekend. So I went to ARC Dental Clinic first thing Monday morning, hoping they could help me even without an appointment. They told me they're fully booked but see what they can do. Just one hour later they were able to give a quick slot. The dentist and team were great and did an amazing job giving me quick emergency treatment (opening the tooth, applying strong antiseptic to the root canal, closing it again). 24h later the pain is mostly gone and the tooth feels almost back to normal. I can't say enough how grateful I am to the helpful staff and great dentist! They really saved me from the worst pain I ever had. That being said, it's not a "walk-in" clinic! They seem to be quite booked so you need to make an appointment. In my case they were just kind enough to offer me emergency treatment because of the pain I was in. Facilities are great too, everything is clean and equipment is modern. Overall as good an experience as a visit to the dentist can be… ;) Highly recommended!
