The hotel already past its prime. When I came here for the first time, I felt this is what I want for my holiday. The room was amazing, the food was heavenly tasty, the service was immaculate, the pool was beautiful. But now after my last visit ? All its superb quality gone to the drain. From 5 stars hotel downgraded to 3 stars hotel maximum. The room was old, the food was below average, the service got nuked, the pool maintenance went awful. Maybe it is the time to renovate your property if you want to up your game in resort competition on Nusa Dua area.

Beautiful hotel with amazing architecture, in a very nice environment, this hotel is very well maintained, kudos to the management. The hotel staffs are really polite and helpful, very appreciated and should be praised more, it's a wonderful experience to stay here. I consider people who has find this gem are the lucky ones.

Pool access room was amazing. Huge pool area which was fantastic including a swim up bar. Incredibly friendly staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a huge range to choose from and high quality food. Beach club outside for further dining and further places to eat outside hotel by shirt taxi ride called Bali Collection.

I stayed for 9 nights at the wonderful Sofitel Nusa Dua resort. From the moment of arrival, I was treated so well, all my needs and requests were taken care of. The room I stayed in was clean, large enough, with a private plunge pool and very private in a good location close to the beach. Breakfast choices everyday were amazing, the range of different foods available was fantastic. The staff are always very friendly and accommodate all and any requests. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone of all ages, there is something for everyone.

We had a wonderful experience at this place with my husband when we visited Bali in 2019. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed walking on the beach, relaxing massages by the beach 🏖, drinks by the pool and their delicious 🤤 and wide range of food from their breakfast buffet. Their team was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us a list of recommendations of things to do while we were there.

Our family stayed here for a week to celebrate my birthday. Amazing hotel & property. The room was surprisingly spacious (even with the rollaway for our son). The pool area was great with a special separate pool with a slide for younger children. The hotel wasn't overly busy so we managed to get loungers each time we popped down & even got a cabana a few times which was lovely too. This was the perfect place to come and relax. We didn't want a 'do lots of activities' type holiday (but there is plenty of options available at and around the property if you do). I enjoyed 4 massages over the week both at the spa & the Gazebo which were amazing. We stayed on a package so got to enjoy meals at all the restaurants and had cocktails & wine included along with a cooking class (which was lovely even for my chef husband). We also had a yoga class included which my 10 yo joined me for. It was set in the garden by the beach - perfect spot!!. The restaurants were lovely with amazing food!!! On one of the nights was a special dinner with a show of traditional dance - it was lovely. The staff were all so friendly & helpful. I can't speak highly enough of this property & the staff / facilities. We will definitely be back. My only piece of feedback would be to address how check in / check out is run. I did try popping up around 8:30 during breakfast to get a copy of the bill and again around 10 to be proactive but the line was so long each time & we were trying to pack for check out etc. We had a late CO of 12:30 & the line was enormous still & I was told there were people in the check in queue ahead of us. I gave our room number & went to lunch (we had a late massage appointment to get to but we wanted to ensure we checked out first so our room could be cleaned for the next guests ). We finally managed to get seen to check out at 1:30 after I explained I had originally provided my details an hr earlier & had an appointment to get to. Whilst I think it is lovely you want to sit people down & go through the paperwork etc - perhaps having an express C/O option & separating those checking in with those checking out would be beneficial because the check in & check out line is the same. If people are in a rush to get to the airport, they may not expect this long wait. This experience certainly didn't dampen our experience - just feedback for consideration. I can not speak highly enough about this property but your true asset are your staff. Nothing was too much trouble & everyone we spoke to took a genuine interest in ensuring we had an enjoyable experience.

Wonderful, memorable visit to Nusa Dua and the Sofitel which definitely has the WOW factor especially for special occasions. Great compact resort without needing a scooter to get around which was especially important for us as we were travelling with an older relative. Great pools, and massage treatment options, fantastic food options as well. A highlight was the friendly staff who were always smiling, helpful and attentive all during our 7 night stay from reception , restaurants, concierge, tour desk, photo desk, transportation and room service. Sofitel was one of two highly recommended resorts by our friends, who are seasoned Bali visitors, and it did not disappoint! We loved it and don't want to try the second one! We only wish we were staying longer :) Will definitely plan a trip again and have already recommended to others.

Beautiful resort with amazing service. The view is really good. The room is spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, and the check - in process was fast. The brunch was splendid, there are plenty food and beverages provided, my children really love it. There are playground for kids such as trampolines and swings. They provided clean towel for beach and pool too.. We’ll definitely come back next vacation.

My husband and I stayed for four nights to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. Amazing hotel with a really spacious room. Pool is fantastic although get there early if you want a sun lounge. Enjoyed the sunset happy hour cocktails at the beach bar and live DJ. Staff are really friendly, very accommodating - one day they were giving out complimentary fruit shots at the pool which were delicious so we asked the bar tender if he could re create it in a bigger version for us - it was a mango & mint drink, very refreshing! The Sunday brunch is fantastic but go hungry as there is so much choice and leave room for dessert. Really enjoyed our stay but do be prepared for the 21% tax added to all your hotel bills.

Me and my family stayed for 7 days it was amazing! Great rooms had our own private plunge pool, which was great for us as parents to relax while baby sleeps. The main pool area was huge! 3 big sections, one with a swim up pool bar and a kids section with a slide. Also had a kids club with heaps of activities. The dinners were okay but expensive, Morning breakfast 5 star. Being able to walk along the beach path to other restaurant vibes is amazing

Beautiful place next to the beach. Lot of a activities on the property to have wonderful relaxed vacation. Rooms are clean and neat, Hospitality from staff is unquestionable and always very happy to help you with a smiling face. Overall i had best experience staying here.

The rooms here are dated. Despite the stunning common areas (e.g the entrance of the resort, and the main pool area) being gorgeous, the rooms really make the entire experience, one you wished you hadn’t. The first room we were put in felt unclean and thrashed by previous guests, there was also a substantial amount of black mold in the shower area. The manager did generously permit us a new room, which was much better, but still had mold in the shower (but not as bad), and felt dirty in the air. I experienced irritated, itchy skin from what I think was the poorly filtered air coming from the air-conditioning. The staff were absolutely lovely though, but I think you will find that ‘almost’ anywhere you go in Bali. Overall, I unfortunately would not stay here again.

I gave it a 4 star because I was highly disappointed when they offered a specific room and weren't awarded it. They tried to accommodate giving me the desired room for our last night but we declined because it made no sense. When you book with them please make sure you read your emails ENTIRELY before you confirm. Aside from that, everything else was amazing.

Beautiful place to stay. The hotel is lovely and the grounds are very beautiful, so lush with greenery. There are many places to eat/drink depending on your mood, from the quiet sophisticated high Tea to relaxing in the pool with a beer or cocktail! Well thought out total package. We will be back for sure.

Outstanding. The hotel is spacious and well maintained. Gardens are immaculate with gardeners attention to smallest details. The rooms are very comfortable. However, what made our stay was the staff, all of them, from the club, restaurants, bar, pool, concierge and bell staff, to the pool staff and of course the butlers. Congratulations to a very successful team and the management. We will be back

Sofitel Nusa Dua provided an exceptional stay marked by superb hospitality. The staff's friendliness was a standout feature, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival. Even when faced with an issue with our safe on the first day, within 15 minutes of the call the safe was fixed. The attention to guest satisfaction was further exemplified by daily check-up calls, showcasing a commitment to ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. The generosity extended to complimentary bottled water, a thoughtful touch that added convenience to the stay. The breakfast spread was large, had plenty of different options to cater to various tastes and preferences. In summary, Sofitel Nusa Dua not only met but exceeded expectations. The staff's warmth, prompt issue resolution, thoughtful amenities, and a diverse breakfast selection collectively contributed to an outstanding and accommodating stay. I rate this place a 8.5/10

We recently had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua. The grounds and pool area are beautiful and well-maintained and while it can get crowded there are many sun lounges (the ones in the shade tend to go quickly). The pool area also features a swim-up bar with a great happy hour(s) with 2 for 1 cocktails. Prices at the hotel and bar are on the high side for Bali but to be expected at a Sofitel chain and the quality of food and beverages were high. The room itself was lovely with a comfortable king bed, and well appointed bathroom with separate bath. We're already talking about coming back.

Seamless process started from the check-in process until the check-out. The room was clean, but the edges of the bathroom looked dirty. The bed was huge enough for 3 adults. What I really like is that Sofitel has its own beach just behind the accommodation, which is still within walking distance. Overall, quite a pleasant stay I had here!

A quick birthday get away was both relaxing and exciting. From the time we arrived, all staff were helpful and friendly. The food was good quality with many choices. The pool was large but still felt intimate. The pool attendants were very good at ensuring all chairs were turned around promtply- with minimal "reserving" of places seen. The Club was not as inclusive as in other cities, but still a nice way to spend time before dinner. We were grateful for the Club offering us extra services on the day of checkout.

We booked a suite for 2 nights with lounge access and it was the best decision we made. We love every bit of our stay in the hotel, chilling at the pool, restaurants and beach club. Even the kids club was a hit for our three year old. The staffs were friendly and warm. We will definitely return and stay for a longer period in the future! :)

I booked 3 rooms including those with a plunge pool. The resort has nice gardens, pools and a good choice of restaurants. The rooms were all a bit dark and the lighting was poor. There are not enough usable power points for phone charges etc. The staff were friendly and efficient. We did not get a very good deal and paid a lot more than some of your recent advertising that included a lot of extras. The valet parking scratched our hire car which required me to pay for the repair. The requested birthday surprise for Debra was in the wrong room. I have also checked my banking and the credit for resort spend was settled at check out, but the bank is still holding the full amount of over 14,000,000. Also, for your maintenance crew please advise that the light in the shower for room 2212 does not work. The late-night noise from the Club Med nightclub made it difficult for all our guests to get to sleep.

Our room was nice and spacious, we had a king bed which was perfect for our family of 3. I would say the bathroom lighting could be better, it was very dim. There was also not enough space to put 2 large suitcases on the bench and they didn't have a separate luggage stool kind of thing. We had a issue with the fridge in our room where it wasn't keeping things cold, they straight away brought in a replacement fridge, which was great. The restaurants onsite was ok. The staff was so friendly and attentive, cannot fault that.

Stunning resort feel with excellent service! My husband and I stayed at the Sofitel in Nusa Dua for 6 days to spend our honeymoon. The staff made us very welcomed and assisted when we asked for anything. We tried every restaurant at the resort and must say that Toya had the best food on the beach, highly recommend if you love grilled food. One downfall was the rooms, they were clean and nice but definitely in need of an upgrade to look more modern including the wifi, TV. Overall, we had a wonderful time and thank you to the staff at Sofitel!

Beautiful property. Location was alright. Appreciate the shuttle service to Bali Collection which had a lot of shops and restaurants. There’s also a private hospital in the vicinity which we ended up going to for our baby. All in all a great experience. Verification of payment methods upon check in would have been better done prior to arrival to save us the hassle.

Perfect place when you want to stay at the hotel and just enjoying hotel itself and the beach! Great place for kids as well as they have pool and play ground. Also there are rooms joining with pool. Staffs are very friendly. Certainly there are few things need to be improved such as the buffet breakfast was a chaos. It was hard to find a table. But overall a pleasant stay.

Stayed 2 nights in luxury private plunge pool room, the bed was excellent, their breakfast was good but crowded... But with a little effort should be no problem.. Their beach was beautiful and only permitted sellers can access so no disturbance at all, their general pool was very good, love everything in this hotel

We stayed 10 days here. Very clean room. Excellent staff. Excellent pools though sometimes a bid cloudy. The beach is good to sit on but you need to walk down to a public beach for the best sea to swim in. The menu for lunch and dinner was limited due to the low occupany but all of the food was very good.

I can say that this is so far my favorite five-star hotel in Bali! Been to a few five-start hotels for my regular staycation and I was impressed with this one. A very nice spacey room, great pool area, ample of fun activities to do, variety of options for breakfast, and a lovely quaint atmosphere. But I gotta say that I did stay here during covid in 2021. So, I'm not sure if the experience will be the same this time as the island has opened up to both local and International tourists. I'd love to stay here again with more crowds to see if the quality remains. Hopefully soon.

I stayed at this resort with my family for 5 days. The hospitality at this resort is top quality. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive to details and your needs. They are also excellent at delivering the service. Everything was just above and beyond what I expected, especially the Guest Experience team. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a small birthday cake in my room from the team, although I didn't mention it was my birthday! The resort has all the luxury touches, with great vibes and ambience, which makes it a great place to spend your holiday with your family. The resort also has many activities that you can enjoy with your family. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone!

All has exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival was very quick and easy with check-in even with late arrival time. Very professional and polite the whole stay we have had. We were very lucky to have come across excellent service from all staff we have encountered. Would like to make special mention and thank you to Melina. Her service was amazing from the first encounter has made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for your place of accommodation. Food was fantastic especially the break buffet and all very well priced.

My toddler, husband and myself stayed at Sofitel for 10 days and we had the best time! The bedrooms are quiet, the beds and pillows are comfortable and they also provided a cot for my one year old. The buffet breakfast was amazing, so many options, wide variety of juices and coffee, everything yummy. We enjoyed all the different pools and the beach was nice. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Looking forward to come back :)

This is one of the best resorts in the region. It is very new and well maintained. We got a basic bedroom and it was already very good as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The pools are the high point for sure! Kids pool was fantastic and our 18month old enjoyed so much!!

Best hotel with friendly staff.. Believe me guys, if you are planning to celebrate your special day, this is the best place.. They will do every possible way to make you feel more special. The spa very relaxing and thanks to MAYA you are the best therapist I have ever met, this is the best option in Bali. Breakfast buffet was also awesome.. The rooms are nice and the pool area and bar look nice too. Unfortunately that is where the positive points end. The pool is dated and our kids all ended up with bloody feet as there are so many sharp edges. Average waiting time for Lunch or Dinner is 1.5 hours. We staid for 10 nights and left restaurants 3 times after waiting for more then 2 hours without receiving our food. The service the worst we have experienced after 25 years of traveling (incl. 5 prior trips to Bali). If you cherish your nerves visit a different Hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for one night to celebrate my birthday. The room was clean, the view was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The next morning, I headed out for brunch at one of their restaurant and it was splendid! They have a wide variety of food options, including desserts, which I love. Additionally, they gave us free cocktails to try, and they were excellent. I look forward to returning for another brunch here in the near future

Our company brought us here and I have to say this hotel is one of the finest we have ever stayed in. Very clean, grand and uplifting vibe and it is only a short walk to the beach. The balcony is also fabulous. It was further enhanced by the general friendly disposition of the staff. The only complaints are when we asked for additional 8 bottles of water but we are only given 4 for a 2 night stay and it is not really walking accessible to outside small towns but you can always Gojek or Grab. The breakfast has quite some variety and is quite nice for Bali standard. Definitely recommended to try this place out but do go outside and buy some water.

The staff is friendly, the check-in process is fast, the rooms are big and clean, the swimming pool is also good. I highly recommend the Sunday Brunch and it's topnotch. Really a recommended hotel to relax with family or partner. Hopefully I can come back again on my next vacation.

A Resort with a great great service. So comfy and relaxed here. The foods was so delicious. The staff here are also genuinely friendly to all customers. And the pool was so amazing,it huge and really looks like exactly the picture I saw on photos. I will recomend my friends or family to stay here next❤️

The hotel management immediately handled the situation professional (Mrs Wu and Mr Efaa), therefore I was really happy. In the end they handled the situation Sofitel - conforming and that’s why I rate positive. It is really important to have leaders who know how to handle the situation properly. After an incident while hurting my leg, Mrs Wu really calmed me down and helped out. The hotel itself is perfect for families with children. It is big and families would love it. For young couples without children it is also nice but I would prefer smaller hotels. But overall the hotel is clean, the staff is really polite and helpful, the food is good.

The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. There was so cozy and clean. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Sofitel Bali. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Sofitel Bali. Highly recommend!
