Worst hospital ever - they give you appointment for 5pm, and then an hour later when you ask why no one is being called in they say “oops the doctor doesn’t arrive until 6:30pm”. They never advised or messaged me and by the way, they give you a cue so if you are a number 10 or up, plan on staying there all night. First country I have ever visited that gives appointments and you still have to wait over two hours for service, WITHOUT aircon on.

We have no intention on judging staff or quality of the hospital... just factual I am .. Sadly a bad day in BROS.. My wife gave birth there... From 7 am to 8pm we experienced some unfriendly and unacceptable practices from staff... Labour room is unwelcome at it baddest... DIRTY, UNCLEAN, UNSANITARISED, NO AIRCON, DOOR OPEN WHILE MY WIFE GIVING BIRTH ,NO PRIVACY AT ALL, random people were watching inside room, I had to ask kindly to closed the door.. My wife wearing same clothes from the morning to the time she giving birth, not giving hand gel, no Personal protection which is clearly charged for.. NO HOSPITAL GOWN..NOTHING.. WORST, SOME STAFF SMOKING CIGARETTES IN THEIR OFFICES.. CAN SMELL INSIDE LABOUR'S ROOM... requesting us to take shoes off before getting inside then observing the all days random people walking with shoes where we ve been ask to removed... During our first night some workers were redoing the ceiling outside the room, noisy as Hell.. how dare you after u first day with a new born to even do a such thing... Their price lists is extremely expensive and non sense... Asking to pay 20 juta before even getting inside the hospital either or not the spending is less or more.. Even tho... I keep this as the most beautiful DAY of my life ... I have to say, nurses are friendly even considering the lack of competency.. BROS TAGLINE DREAM BELIEVE ACHIEVE KEEP DREAMING...

This hospital wasn’t my favorite in terms of service, atmosphere and price. The place feels too narrow, the ceiling feels too short, feels too crowded and dark. They might need to change the paint color on the wall. And add more lighting. Because its important to make everyone who are sick feel more welcome, safe and happy. It will make their recovery time faster. The service also wasn’t the best. Too complicated and not too friendly. But the doctors are excellent here. This is the main thing that makes the hospital very crowded.

I have been coming here since 2019 with my wife & 2 kids as our family hospital as we live nearby. I came today to find out that they now charge x2 for kitas/Kitap holders and they require a 1mill deposit before you get to see the doctor. I tried to argue but despite being a long-term customer I was still charged 1mill deposit. After living in Indonesia for 20+years this is probably the worst treatment I have ever received. I am also in the customer service industry and this is no way to treat your long-term/ repeat customers. It’s not that we have different service level for the extra money - same packed waiting room with hundreds of people without ac, same 45min wait for medicine, same 45min wait for paying, etc - it’s just a con to get more money from foreigners where they can. I’m sorry but I will look for the same consultants in another hospital - they mostly work for multiple hospitals so easy to do.

Stayed for two nights without being accompanied and they treated me really well. The facility was great, they followed strict Covid protocols, helped me in my recovery, gave me good meals and when I couldn't walk the nurses took very good care of me, helped for administrations and even picked up a bouquet of flowers from the lobby. All of them were very helpful and sweet, not only to me but also to my room mate. Very big thank you to Bali Royal Hospital 😇🙏🙏

I think this hospital is the only hospital with the best service. From the front office, nurse, doctor, cleaning service, canteen, they are all amazing and always tried to give the best to all customers. Doctor Susila helped my daughter for few months treatment few years ago. And recently, Doctor Sudiasa helped my son... Surgery went well. Humble person. Great explanations..to every details. Matur suksema 🙏 This hospital always give the best service to all customers.. with or without insurance. Again.. Thank you 👍👍👍

Have subscribed and are very satisfied with the doctors who have treated our family. But our disappointment was when my child was admitted to the emergency room, treated by the doctor on duty, the doctor was not friendly at all... Even his speaking tone was high as if he was annoyed. Arrogant and no service from the heart. The patient was fitted with the device, there were no instructions to remove it but he was told to pay and take the medicine to the cashier. The doctor discussing Korean dramas with his colleagues in the emergency room is very unethical. The new doctor seems very young [Dr. MONTH]. Hopefully in the future bro will choose to choose the doctors on guard duty. In terms of abilities, everyone must be smart enough to become a doctor. What is important is attitude, service to patients is also number one. Because we pay for the service there, it's not free. Thanks.

Never ever before have I experienced such magnificent care. I was alone having surgery in a different country and the entire experience was so positive. My surgeon was skilled, my emotional needs nurtured and hourly I was greeted with a smile. Flowers on my birthday, a private room and I left the hospital with the faith that humans are beautiful. The after care was precise, the result was outstanding and I'm a happy girl. Dont hesitate to be brave you are in completely good hands.

The place is nice and it's not 'hospital smelly'. The building isn't old either. Parking area is quite large and free. Kind service, the bill for pedecitrian costs 100k (exclude medicine). The staff are helpful.

Less admin bureaucracy, self check in through JKN and easy access. Quite fast response, and the food surprisingly is very good for hospital standard!

I have been in many hospitals in Indonesia and can say this is a good hospital. The poli is maybe a bit narrow but the service is great. The doctors take time for their patients, are very helpful and care about their patients. The homecare department is also very good, their service is great. The team of doctors and nurses are kind, caring, professional, helpful and make the patient and their family very comfortable. Our experience is very good and we definitly recommend it! Thank you for taking care so good of my dad in his last days 🙏🏽

A doctor told my girlfriend that she needed emergency surgery for an ovarian cyst… but something just didn’t feel right about the high-pressure sales tactics. We declined, and in two days all of her symptoms cleared up and she’s been perfectly fine ever since (this was about a year ago). Thank goodness we did our own research and made the correct decision.

Gave birth here and all nurses are completely helpful, empathetic, and kind. When i in extreme pain due to contractions (which they must’ve encountered many times) they still super caring and offered me to hold her hand 🥹. The doctor must be super talented because after c section (eracs I assume), i can walk less than 24 hour and super minimum scar. The operation was super quick, everyone know exactly what they’re doing. Thankyou for the wonderful job 👍🏻🙏🏻

My goodness, unlike its name the hospital does not feel “royal” at all. The waiting system is primitive, they will give you a number without time expected to see the doctor. I spent MORE than 2 hours here WAITING because of this very outdated system. To get admitted, you have to PHYSICALLY QUEUE. They have no queueing machine, people with broken legs have to stand just to secure the administration. Furthermore, kids running around in the hall, screaming and disrupting everyone, and none of the staff took care of it. To the hospital management, investing in a better system will dramatically increase customer’s satisfaction. Please do so, im sure you have the money to do it

Please be guided by securitix to do everything, don't just play on your cellphone and post it... this is what I heard straight from the mouth of the secretary,,,against the use of BPJS saying that I'm not a slave, what are you saying, what is your management, how come you are never guided by the mouth of the secretary, ,,

My child was treated in room 506. The nurses were friendly and nice, especially Nurse Arik, who had lots of ways to calm my fussy child, made balloons, etc. For DSA Gustawan, the handling was also really good, even during the holidays I had a visit. It's just a pity that there are so many flies in the bathroom. For the emergency room staff, please improve the quality when installing the IV. My child had 4 injections. The first time he failed, the second time he succeeded, finally the swollen hand was injected again and the third time he failed again, the fourth time he succeeded. If you're not sure, please don't play. I was stabbed. At that time I almost screamed, "As a parent, it must not be comfortable. But I thought, "That's because I'm panicking about the child's condition. I'm sure the officers have also given their best and maximum

Registering online for JKN can't be used. It's very complicated. Online registration here, I'll just go to another hospital if registration is this complicated.

ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING. Came here because my kid had a fever yesterday and last night. In the morning when i brought my kid to the hospital, the fever slightly disappear. The doctor at the emergency just check the temprature, without examination or whatsoever. All he did was asking questions and he told us to go home. he said nothing wrong. Know what? The fever came back as i got home. WILL NOT COMING BACK.

After a motorcycle accident with a complicated lower leg fracture, I had an excellent operation at BROS by the specialist Dr.Wien and felt like I was in good hands in the Queen station. During the 9 days that I was there, I was cared for lovingly and attentively by the very well-trained nurses. The consulting specialists also carried out the treatment competently according to international standards. Titanium plates and screws from Germany and Switzerland were used to treat the fracture. The treatment couldn't have been better in Germany. I can only warmly recommend BROS and would go there, if needed, again at any time. Thanks to the whole team. Suksma Dagmar Stausberg-Neumann

Waited for 3 hours for a doctor and finally left without seeing them. The hall is crowded and hot; everything’s disorganized.

Phenomenal experience. All staff extremely helpful to this non-Indonesian speaking bule. Urologist Dr Budi Santosa was exceptional: kind, bright, competent, nice, compassionate, listened to me/my history, got great treatment. Terimakasih. Matur Suksma. Hospital well-organized!!

Went here on a Sunday to get stitches removed from an injury which was treated elsewhere, the service was very polite and even though everything was well organised and it didn’t take long to get them removed, they did miss 2 of the stitches in my wound, which would’ve been very bad if I hadn’t noticed on time and had the right apparatus to remove them myself. The whole ordeal also cost 900k rupia for 5 minutes of work and a small tube of antibiotic cream.

Thank you to Bros Hospital management for listening to your input. After 2 months the process of taking medicine at Bros Hospital specifically for BPJS users has become more professional. No need to wait long. My experience today is that it only takes 16 minutes to take special BPJS medicine. Served very friendly by pharmacy staff on morning shift. You deserve 5 stars.

Had an arthroscopic shoulder repair, the doctor was professional, the nurse and the front desk was really nice. The room that I chose was absolutely stunning, clean and hotel-like. The paperwork was fast, and smooth. Not just for surgery, but any other medical concern, Bali Royal Hospital is recommended.

All the members of the hospital are profesional. Mister Winn- the ortopedic doctor- was Wellington and reading to get the surgery doneze for my wife as soon as possible because she needed it fast. The outcome is remarcabile. My wife can move both hand and leg soon after. All the other doctors came every day to check on my wife. The nurse were always taking care and reading to help with everything that was needed. They are professionaland helpful. We became friends in the end.
