Foreign? good location to go to for pcr. No where in Bali you'll find cheaper pcr, for foreigners it's simply 1.4 to 1.9 million and local 900. (Edit: now it's around 275k, thank you Joko Widodo). We (my wife, she's local, and I, foreign) have good experience here, good contact with the leading dokter. The payment is via bank transfer, or creditcard, (2% fee), or cash is possible. When arriving, show passport and sign document. After everything is checked, sit down with your forms and wait for you name being called, give forms to the docter in the room you're send to. After the test, the result is ready same day (or next morning if you do afternoon test). Recently we tested here again, result available in about 3 hours. See result by; scan QR you received, fill in xx.xx.xx number and open result. . When you've done bank transfer, you can show payment and go to test, if by creditcard, do payment first. You can go up the stairs across the street, around the corner is "administrati IGD", there you can pay and/or ask for receipt of your payment. You sometimes need receipt at airport! (Edit: when not crowded, downstairs next to testing is administration, there you can pay and let them print receipts) . If any questions, just give them a call. Good location. . Side note. When you fly to Jakarta only to transit, you don't need vaccin (as a foreigner), even though the rules say only vaccinated travelers can board the plane. Indonesia didn't take care of the rules for foreign or special occasions. But, in this case you call your airline and or you go to them at airport and show them your next flight, to prove you only transit. They will note on your booking that you can board without vaccine. Edit: rules changed again. Right now, vaccines seem mandatory.

Bali Mandara has a good quality of service, from their securities, nurses, and doctors. They were very helping with their patients. You can also ask if you’d like more of explanation about your injury or sickness. The room is very clean and maintained. Their very strict about the visiting hours, which is very important. Parking lot is very spacious. They receive insurance as well, like BPJS.

Nice and clean hospital. But the process from online registration to offline registration to nurse station to policlinic took almost an hour. Imagine if you’re not registered online beforehand. Seating area in policlinic was not enough during peak hours. But good and friendly staff.

Bali Mandara were excellent in every way. The staff were professional, friendly, and organized. The rooms were very clean and pleasant. The food was good. My surgeon, dr Budi Sucitra was the best. He was kind, took the time to explain things well, and did a superb job with my orthopedic surgery. I would highly recommend them.

I had a really bad ear infection during Nyepi days in covid period year 2021 (it was 3 days off i cant see any specialist that time) and caused the ear drum ruptured! went to see a couple of ENT doctors in a few private hospital, spent so much money (and even i used my insurance card they still charged me for extras) but i wasn’t happy with the result because i kept getting ear infection repeatedly as it wasn’t healed completely afterwards and it become more sensitive and also they told me it will be the end for me to do my scuba diving / free diving as hobby. I decided to come to this hospital when i got the ear infection again, had consultation with dr. AA Gd Bawanegara Sp.THT, he checked my ear thoroughly, he did the endoscopy, give me some prescriptions (some of the prescribed medication i had to get it outside the hospital’s pharmacy), and even i didn’t use my insurance card it didn’t cost me a fortune for the total cost of visit! i did see him for a few times, he gave me few tips as well how to take care and maintain my ears condition overall and now my ear is completely healed! My eardrum healed perfectly! And i still can do my scuba diving without any problems at all. The hospital facility it self is pretty good, pretty convenient, I didn’t have to experience a long queue everytime i came back to have consultation with the doctor.

On call confirmed to have a bed free inpatient. Now was send away with heavy fever and short of breath (covid). I am sure due to this hospital many people died. May the karma hunt you.

I broke my nose and needed to do x ray. Everyone were kind and polite and help me to make an appointment the same day and do x ray in same day. Price is affordable for me as foreigner - 100 k for each consultation, plus scanning. Of course, I was waiting for some time before the doctor came. I really appreciate the help, thank you!

Used to be a good place but the last month everything like went on wrong direction? I had 3 covid vaccine in here, 1st and 2nd were fast and everything is good. No long queue like other place. But the third one is suddenly everything is very confusing, no simple guide of where to start or where to go after, even the staff is confused and blaming each other of how everything have to be done. I do astrazeneca twice and got the same one as the booster while someone besides me have the same 1st and 2nd but he got pfizer. I ask the staff why is different and they only answer everything is based on what we got earlier. (Yes the answer doesn't makes sense). On other occasion i went there to get proof of health paper, need to pay 65.000 idr which is just basically tension check and talk with medical check up doctor for short time. When I'm about to pay the queuing is very long time just to find out at the end the cashier forgot to check my bill. I wait there 30 minutes for nothing.

Overall just great. Only disappointed with the parmacy departement. I have to wait almost 1 hour for only a few medicines. And where not many customers in the que. Bizard. They have only 1 apoteker for such a big hospital. What a.... Kecewa.

Once again excellent service from all staff involved with the poliklinik covid vaccine. (2nd booster) All well organised including the customer service who replies to the emails. All very professional and attentive. 🙏

I went there as a tourist. All in all top! Friendly and qualified staff, medical amenities seem to be very modern. Felt in good hands and after 1 hour I could already leave with all my needed medication.

Spent 2 hours at Mandara today. Started with trying to get the vaccine. Then referred to a doctor and then a specialist. Came away medication. Total cost under $A60.00 Fantastic service.

A lot of misunderstandings due to bad english. I was prescribed antibiotics without even knowing where is the problem. I had to ask for additional tests. The procedures are not followed.

Went there for a head scan. Took 40min from arrival to departure. Paid 1.5million rp Very professional

proses is fast and efficient until medical pick up.. supposed to be notice that we all need the medicine.. waiting line is too long..

What a shame hospital, This is the second tine in my experience that they sent ill and sick oatient home without treatment. I have bleeding and pain and came to this hospital because the former hospital trnasferred me here to get colonoscopy as Bali mandara agree. 3 hours in the hospital, i am in oai , they gave me paracetamol oral and only call the specialist doctor, he didn’t examine me didnt meet me didn’t check on me , but they sending me home while i am bleeding and in pain and need surgery Is this because i am using BOJS? What a shame and poor hospital, Last year they sent my sick daughter while she is having asthma attack, ininsist they to check my daughter and they said my daughter was fine. I brought her to another hospital, and sturns out she had bronchitis and stayed at other hospotal for almost a week Government should check their service and their doctor service level since today the ER doctor was rude and impatient

1 star experience with this hospital. The doctors are not qualified. Went to see a gynecologist and they couldn't provide any diagnostic just asked for money on consultation. There is no comparison with Siloam or other international hospitals. But the prices are still very high.

How can I ask the doctor? I have a big wound which need appropriate care, nobody haven't come to me for 36 hours. Painkillers are not working and I am in pain all the time. Please, provide me with administration number

Our newborn was referred to RS Bali Mandara the day she was born and admitted into NICU under the care of Dr. Ida Ayu Kusuma Dewi, Sp. A (Pediatrican). She as in NICU for 7 days, to reduce brain swelling from lack of oxygen upon her birth. We are grateful to Dr. ~ she was very clear in her approach, compassionate, and it was obvious she loves the babies under her care. All of the diagnosis and treatment was confirmed as accurate by our family doctor in the USA, which helped us feel comfortable that we were in safe hands and great care. Dr Dewi also made a hand woven hat for our baby, and we will treasure forever as a gift from the doctor who saved her. The nurses were also so kind and diligent with the care ~ and we were able to communicate with them via WhatsApp. I am not sure if this is technically allowed, but they often sent me messages with sweet and encouraging updates of our baby, which uplifted our spirits especially since we had limited time and access in NICU. Despite a brain injury ~ our baby is now doing well, healing in our home and improving as she grows. Thank you to the NICU team at RS Bali Mandara!

This hospital is good and their service is very professional and speedy. As a foreigner we got hurt our legs because of falling down to dirty ground. Large size of wounds on the keen. They sanitized and applied medicine, put bandage in few minutes. Communication very friendly, price is reasonable below 90 USD including medicines and procedures.

I went to the Mandara Hospital for a back problem. I found the staff and the doctors very nice, calm, friendly, helpful. The hospital itself is well organized, clean, has a "human" size and offers all the different sections. Finally I can draw one s attention on the very raisonnable prices of the hospital. A place that I can recommand.
