Ooooh my gosh...this place is AWESOME. The cake is beautiful AND taste amazing. They met my expectations and everyone was raving all evening about how good the cake looked!

ordered from ixora for a friend’s birthday after researching from a few cake shops. reviews seemed good. they informed me that the villa was a distance away hence i would need to pay extra for the delivery and i did only to receive a melted cake with the colors differing from what we had requested. taste wise was not that spectecular but that could be attributed to high exprctations. this has been an epic fail. just like the nightmare stories we see all over the internet.

I highly recommend Ixora Cakes. Our daughter was celebrating her 7th Birthday in Bali & I wanted to surprise her with a beautiful cake. I pre organised everything with Kresta before we flew out from Australia. Kresta was lovely to deal with, it was a very pleasant & easy process. Thank-you Kresta They delivered the cake to our resort in Kuta & when I opened the box to see it my eyes lit up, I was overwhelmed with joy WOW!! 😍It was absolutely beautiful. 🥰 The cake was so well made we were reluctant to cut into it at first, instead spending time admiring all the detail & work they had done. Thank-you to the Ixora team for all your efforts in making an amazing & delicious cake our daughter was so happy. 🙌

Sent Ixora Cakes a picture I found on the internet of a cake I wanted and they made it exactly identical. Cake was delivered on time, the caramel mudcake inside was delicious, pricing was competitive (compared to Australia), payment was safe and easy, and out of all the places I contacted they were the only ones that actually got back to me. Well deserved 5/5, very professional and could not fault this place. Thanks Ixora Cakes, your cat cake was one of the highlights of my wife's 30th.

Not impressed… for what we paid we expected much more! They delivered the cake 4 hours early, so I had to find a cool place to store it. The writing looked like a small child did it. I had high hopes that the cake would at least taste better then it looked and we were all in agreement that it was dry and tasteless. Would not recommend this place.

Ixora did the cake for our wedding in May 2019 with our wedding planner at VaraWedding. Everything was perfect. I am grateful for their time, patience, and talent. I highly recommend.

The customer service is exceptional and the products are an absolute a delight! I have tried their cakes and cookies in person and they're delicious. I have also done delivery via WA and I highly recommend it for those who can not send gifts in person. I worked with Elena in the past to make a custom birthday cake and she is amazing. They did an amazing job (check out their Instagram for their work!). I worked with Nike for delivering a birthday cake and custom wedding hampers and she is amazing. Both were very wonderful and pleasant to work with and very efficient and professional. The products were designed beautifully. My experience has been ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!

They make the best cake. I always order customized birthday cake from them and never failed to impress my family and friends. Try to see the details!! Not only the decor, you should try their raspberry and lemon sponge cake as well.. The best, not to sweet, I never get enough of it! :)

Ixora did aboslutely incredible work for a special 50th birthday. I showed them a picture of a cake I liked and they not only replicated the cake, it actually looked even better. Phenomenal experience from the initial order to the delivery and follow up. Highly recommend <3

Really thankful for the beautiful cake. We had a mini party for the birthday boy, having travelled all the way from Singapore for a holiday. The pre booking and ordering process was easy and the cake was an absolute delight! Price which included delivery was reasonable too. Keep up the good work!

the carrot cake is delicious.. but too much pineapple in the cake. So it tastes like pineapple cake. not carrot cake. sorry 🙏

THEY CREATED THE MOST DELICIOUS AND INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL CAKES FOR TWO BIRTHDAYS!!!! The details were fantastic and exactly like the pictures I sent, even down to the fondant person with earrings! I would 100% recommend them! The bakery is clean, the service is great and the price is reasonable.

Ordered bread and pastries from here online many times before. Those were adequate, although nothing special in quality nor price. Just standard bakery. Today I decided to stop by just to buy some bread as it was on the way. A male staff came and very rudely told me I can't park there, even I have repeatedly told him that I will be quick, just get some bread and go. This happened early in the morning where there would have been no problem at all for anyone (only 2 cars were parked in their big parking lot including mine). But this guy apparently enjoy acting like a traffic police with arrogance and zero respect for costumer. Well, one bakery off the list among hundreds other similar bakeries in the area.
