we
were
taken
on
a
journey
of
the
most
delicious
and
unique
farm
to
table
experience.
Each
course
awoken
the
senses
and
inspired
your
taste
buds
showing
how
the
dishes
really
highlighted
so
much
flavour
and
natural
beauty
in
the
ingredients
used.
Each
dish
prepared
you
for
the
next.
Paired
with
wines
as
an
option
to
opted
for.
One
after
the
next
introducing
lighter
dishes
to
a
more
substantial
and
savoury
to
a
more
sweet
dish
to
the
beautifully
crafted
dessert!
The
staff
showed
attention
to
detail
and
enthusiasm
taking
the
time
to
explain
each
dish
as
they
arrived.
This
completely
complemented
the
food
and
the
unforgettable
dining
experience.
Head
chef
Dom
has
done
a
superb
job
in
creating
a
menu
to
really
test
the
sensory
boundaries.
The
work
that
Dom
has
put
into
this
creation
speaks
for
itself.
This
menu
demonstrates
her
ability
to
use
what
we
produce
beyond
its
capabilities.
The
courses
introduce
blends
of
robust
and
innovative
flavours
in
this
menu,
highlighting
the
use
of
locally
sourced
and
sustainably
grown
produce.
This
dining
experience
can
only
truly
be
described
as
amazing!

food
was
simply
delicious,
the
staff
were
very
invested
in
the
journey
and
offered
a
10/10
best
customer
service.
I
would
and
hopefully
will
dine
at
Tanaman
again
and
I
would
recommend
the
same
to
anyone
who
is
looking
for
that
authentic
‘farm
to
table’
experience,
whether
vegan
or
not,
it
is
truly
delightful.
