    This is one of those fine diner locations which specifically caters to those looking for an absolutely exclusive experience. I could say this; for fine dining, the prices are arduous, but the portions generous.. and the taste peerless. Up front payment for the exclusive room is a minimum for 15 million idr, Or 1040.80 USD. This means you should spend a minimum of that much as that's the amount you'd pay regardless of how much you order.. until you exceed that price range. Meaning you'd better make it count. Come to this place with a clean palette and an empty stomach, as you'd have booked this place for a minimum of one month and spend 1k USD MINIMUM. While I absolutely recommend the exclusive table experience, you could also put on the waitlist by the bar and general seating which doesn't have a minimum spending. Naturally, the wait time is absolutely long. They offer a delectable assortment of spices and a specialized sommelier. The wine options range from Burgundy, Bordeaux to the more exotic locations in Asia. There are locally produced alcohols and similarly locally procured spices. A standout here for me is the protocol. It does not in any way let down the standard of a fine dining experience with a personalized storage for your masks, disinfected and specially packaged utensils, they get replaced often.. of course, hand sanitizer, towels. The entire set. The salts are also a standout point, with the standard Himalayan pink salt, truffle salt, kimchi salt infused with ghost peppers, an interesting.. matcha salt, and many many more. I don't recommend you use sauces or at least too much of it. Let the steak carry itself using butter and the salts and pepper at best. To introduce sauce on it is to disrupt the natural flavours. Overall, an absolutely perfect experience that delivers everything I was looking for.

    The waiters are very friendly. Courteous. Warmth and knowledgeable about the product. And could even handle my very demanding and unreasonable wife 😂 The decor is modern but cozy We had private room so couldn't comment much. Their selection and taste of cocktails is not bad at all Definitely recommended for dinner date or when you want to impress someone 👍🏼

    Taste is similar with other high-end steak restaurant, but you will get a different experience in here! How they decorate their starter is fabulous! You will choose your own chopstick, your own knife, and they even provide LED chopstick for child. It is very difficult to get the reservation here.

    Very unique steak house with Korean japanese touch. Dry steak (first time experience) with 8 salts. Wet steak with 6 choices of butter + 6 sauces (3 Korean 3 japanese) 4 Entrees compliments. Beside the steak I love the baby corn with fried potatoes. Compliment onion also very yummy.

    fine dining with great quality of meat. price was more on the expensive side, but was worth it. its better to book at least 2 days prior your dining since they have very long waiting list. room was a bit small, so it feels very crowded especially during covid. but i saw they clean up the table/chair quite thoroughly. just hope there's no person with active case going there. they got fancy salt with fancy sauce, i suggest you try each. overall great experience will definitely go back for more.

    VERY POPULAR place in bali i think. We need to reserve 2 months in advance to make sure we get seat.. WOW… And it’s WORTH to wait!!!! The restaurant have very limited seat and always full house. The FOOD? It’s really GOOD. The meat very juicy and yummy.. it’s must try place when you to to bali.. The service EXCELLENT.. they really have good quality and services.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

    I took my husband to Si Jin for a birthday dinner, and we had a spectacular time. Not only was the steak the best steak he has ever eaten, the whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff were welcoming, warm, attentive, and even informative. The Mac and cheese was INCREDIBLE; I’m daydreaming about it as I type this. There were complimentary items like quail eggs and chocolates. But the best part was the birthday aspect. They brought out his dessert on a gorgeous platter and even gave my husband a handwritten birthday card, signed by all the staff (with actual messages). Not what you would expect from a restaurant. Thank you so much for making the start of his birthday weekend so special! :)j

    Exceptional from start to finish. The Kagoshima Ribcap A5 is probably the best steak I've ever eaten. The dessert was also so good, the Toffee Honey Comb is a must-try! Will come back 😊

    My husband and I managed to get a reservation while we are in Bali and had dinner there last night. It was a lovely gastronomic experience from start to end, and we had such a great time dining at the restaurant. Service was impeccable, and everything we ordered was amazing. We ordered three different cuts of beef - the dry aged black striploin, the dry aged picanha and the misugi reserve cut. They were all cooked to perfection and tasted so clean and rich. Shout out to the service team at Si Jin for the top notch service, and being so helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back and intend to bring our family next time.

    Still one of the best steak experience in Bali. With various herb infused salt to choose from, and they let you pick your own steak knife. Desserts are out of this world, considering I'm not a sweet tooth. Reservation is getting hard each day but it's undoubtedly worthy. Price is within reasonable range.

    Recommended by a friend to have the best steak restaurant in Bali, and she's right! We didn't book initially as it's full (please make sure to make reservations months in advance), however we got lucky to snag a spot twice within 2 weeks as we're in waiting list. Very satisfied with the whole dining experience. Staff members were friendly and explaining the steps well. Got to choose your own chopsticks and steak knife, complimentary side dishes, top notch! Would recommend ordering uni yukhoe, pomme purée, misuji 9+, and 30 aged usda prime ribeye. Thanks Si Jin!

    A truly remarkable fine dining experience. My fiancé and I were utterly blown away from the moment we stepped into this wonderful establishment. Every detail is refined. I've enjoyed meals at quite a few great restaurants but this was hands down my favorite experience of my lifetime (my fiancés too). We're carnivores and tried 6 of the 20 or so choices of steak. Each one was stunning. The choices of flavored salt were wonderful as well as the butters. We joked that it felt like we had died and gone to heaven. The amount of love and passion that's been put into this place is unparalleled to any other restaurant I've been in. A glorious experience, I'm surprised the rating isn't a perfect 5.0. Thank you, our visit was not only a culinary voyage, but it inspired us to be better versions of ourselves ❤️🙏🏼

    This is indeed one of the highlights of our trip in Bali. Many free dishes / amuse-bouche. Super friendly and helpful staff who explained each meat. The side dishes are great too. Amazing experience, amazing food, would definitely want to be back some day! Also, be sure to book online at least 1 month in advance, as the reservation for the following month is open on the 1st of every month.

    Beautiful steaks and top notch service. We ordered 4 types of beef and our favorites are picanha & misuji. We also ordered 4 sides/appetizers to share, they were all really good but too much for just 2 pax🤣 Also I need to mention the chocolate truffle at the end. If you have any request (eg anniversary), make sure you mention it as the service provided to make it a good one is outstanding! Props to the staff! Although, reservation is tough to secure. We only managed to get a later slot 1 day before hand. Was on waiting list all the while (2 months prior).

    Amazed!!! This restaurant deserves Micheline Guide award!!! So meticulous, every little things were taking care of, we really enjoyed the experience, price.. it’s relative, but with those experiences, that price is soooo reasonable. This restaurant is about quality not quantity, if u are looking into quantities!! U better look for something else, but if u look for quality, u came in the right place. We left Full even we only ordered 4 meats, 1 chicken, and 3 side dishes for 6 people!! So for us, the little things they prepared is amazing..

    Such a fun dining experience. The flavors are delicious, menu is unique, and service is great. Only docked a star because the first two cocktails I ordered were “out of stock”.     One of the best BBQ I’ve had even when compared to the better steak restaurants in Singapore. Premium cuts of meal and the starters are very good. Try the mash potato and their bone marrow butter and sourdough is quite amazing too. Save some stomach space for dessert and every item is very well prepared and worth the wait. Make a reservation before heading down.

    A fine dining experience you will never forget. It was fun, interactive and informative. Every little detail was considered. From the security at the entrance stopping you and making sure you have a reservation, to the detailed explanation of every dish and produce being served, and to the history of the eagle logo on the Vasse Felix wine we ordered, there is great comfort in knowing that they know what they are serving you. Food was next level. Every single cut of beef was cooked with perfection and precision. The different options can be overwhelming, from choosing your own chopsticks and knive, the different dipping sauces which we didn't end up using any and 9 different types of salt to compliment the beef.     We had the best time celebrating birthday here. The staffs showed us what top-notch service are like, they all have immersive knowledge about the food they serve and are so easy to talk to.     Remarkable steak house. Great food and superb hospitality. The best feature are 8 types of salt & pepper and 6 types of spice & sauces. For your visit guide, the restaurant signage is so small so you will not notice it while driving. Better slow down and follow accurately from your online map.

    Really liked this place! The meat is excellent but the appetizers stole the show. The potato puree was one of the most delicious things I've eaten in a long time. You'll need to run 30 miles to work it off though. Chef is super friendly and helpful. Go with his recommendations since he knows the meat. We had different cuts on the two times we went. Will go back a 3rd time soon!!!

    If you’re looking for an exclusive dinner experience then, si jin is the perfect place ;) Pro: Service was superb, waiter and waitress were very knowledgeable on the foods and beverages, they explain everything one by one, and I love having conversation with them. The details on utensils, spices, and table arrangement were just fabulous. Steaks were good but not spectacular. Cocktail was super good ! I’d love to comeback again for it :) Con: Almost nothing

    Amazing restaurant with fine dining vibe. Appointment is required by the way to dine in here (no walk in at the moment) Pomee puree was amazing and it has an unique flavor. The 2 meat that we got (zabuton 9+ dry aged and galbi reserve cuts) were delicious and very tasty. 9 different salts to choose from to tingle your taste buds. The chef/owner is the one cooking the meats at each of the tables. Overall the experience was amazing and would definitely come back next time.

    Best steaks in Indonesia by far, the aged beef is out of this world.The Chef will show you the age of the meat, the color, level of marbling and once you choose which steak you want, you can taste the smell, firmness, and juiciness.The cooking is simple but very skillful to keep the steak's tenderness. very satisfying, if you are one of those with sophisticated palates service is excellent and the decor and ambiance make it even better.

    We’ve been to Sijin for many times and always recommend to our friends. But this time we were rather disappointed. In general, the steak is nice but, the extra price you pay, goes to the Show. Other frustrations: Sijin clearly informed us we should arrive on time, and they will only keep the reservation for us for 15 minutes so don’t be late, meanwhile the dress code was clear too— FINE. Happy to follow. We were perfectly on time, however the table wasn’t ready??? We waited 15 minutes - fine. The dress code? Didnt see 50% of other guests following it. Disappointed on our effort. We ordered starters, main and side. And why would u, as a professional restaurant, service a main course first before a starter? —- bummer. The waiters were pushing us to order more. In the last year I saw sijin overwhelmed by visitors and failed to follow up with the capacity and standard.

    Probably one of best food experiences i had in my life. I was completely suprised by level of service, staff is so nice and friendly and they will make you feel special in their own way, i know it's fine dining place, but i really felt grateful to be there. Everything is on high level, you can see they thought about all the details and nuances which makes this place so extraordinary. Every starter, every side dish and every steak is little own masterpiece. Joel is really standing out of the crowd and thank you for that 8yr old Kura, it made amazing night even better :) Looking forward to return and enjoy everything all over again.

👍👍 I'd recommend reserving for brunch if you want to sit indoors. I ordered the Full English Bunny Breakfast which was very good. Every ingredient was delicious and it came in a lightly toasted brioche bun. For the drink I ordered the Strong Boy - I highly recommend it 👍
