Pretty nice, small mall (by Asian standards) that has a pretty good selection of shops, food and services. The reason for the 4/5 review is the out of the way parking for scooters. It’s not covered, nor are there any signs clearly pointing to where the parking entrance is… once you find it, there’s a bit of a journey to get to the actual mall… not my preference!

Rather small shopping malls with some clothing stores and eateries. Not my kind of mall but actually we could find almost anything we wanted. There’s a movie theater upstairs, gym, and well known Japanese clothing store

The mall is good, it's quite complete though it's not that big but people live to go this mall The food is affordable and you can see some stores here

Would I go back to level 21?absolutely not,theres too many uneducated worker that selling their foods in the fronts of the food stall,who doesn't mind ppl bussiness,they like to smell what's ppl its about,unless if you're Asian,a very discomfort experiences for me.

Nice Mall that located in the heart of Denpasar city. Parking is good, you can go to top floor or below with street food walking, really nice! The product is uptodate with reasonable price.

Great centre with some national brands available across three levels. Enjoyed walking around and looking for clothing, a new phone, something to eat and even grabbed a coffee from Starbucks. Worth a visit.

Not that big like beachwalk, they have bookstore before but now it's closed. You can find movie theater, beauty clinic, beauty drug store, supermarket, burgerking, chinese food (ta wan). The food stall is quite promising here.

We always go here, either to watch movies or just sightseeing and windows shopping. The place is not too big, but it is clean and tidy.

Level 21 Mall Bali is not a very big mall but it is enjoyable to visit wuth some nice shops and food outlets. The mall is clean and has paid parking. Another paid parking lot is nearby in case parking is too full at the mall itself. It is situated in a convenient location as well.

It is decent. You can find many things which means they have quite a range of anything; food, gadgets, spa, cinema, etc. Yet at the same time the it is packed as the place itself is not spacious. I was hoping they could make it more spacious so that it’ll be more comfortable navigating and walking around. 4 star just because it’s not spacious is all, but all in all, it is a convenient place.

On the last floor they have massage chairs. Here you can get very good massage for 10k. Duration 5-10 minutes.

There are alots of tenant are available starts from F&B, Branded Store, Supermarket, till Cinema. Good security to make sure you are in good and healthy condition when entering this mall, you have to scan using apps "peduli lindungi" when entering this mall, kind of to built a feeling that you are safe based on my perspective. Oh ya i was visit the cinema when i was there

Lovely shopping mall with quite a lot of food to choose from and also some shopping to do.

One of best one-stop destination for family with a full pack of: - resto (racha, gokana, bakmi gm, ichiban sushi) - supermarket (primo mart) - cinema (XXI premiere) -clothing store (uniqlo, executive, this is april, the brahouse) -kids area (timezone, gurita playground, zoomov). Parking are is quite spacious, but still crowded due mall popularity. If you are new kid on the blocks, you can find Parking area right after the main building. At around 100m turn left after seeing the BNI logo. Keep straight for about 200m and then keep your eye to the left side for entrance gate. Better come early if you bring car on the weekend/holiday, 10-11am is the best time to secure a space :)

U can literally get anything u want here starting from various food choices, bookstore, fashion shop, and to a freaking cinema! Overall a great place to hangout

Good for family time

This place can be crowded in the evenings/afternoons especially in weekends. There are a lot of food tenants, some clothing stores, a Miniso store, drink tenants, a Starbucks, a home appliance store, and an XXI cinema. Too bad the Gramedia bookstore is closed now.

I recently visited Level 21 mall and was impressed with the variety of food and shops available. The mall was also very clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the effort put into keeping the mall in good condition. Overall, I had a great shopping experience and would definitely recommend this mall to others. It's a great destination for anyone looking for a wide selection of stores and restaurants in a clean and welcoming environment.

TBH , for me, their main point is their XXI and their food booth. Spacious parking lot. Nice location.

My phone lost here and mall taking no responsibility, they are not willing to show me the cctv, I have visited 3 times the mall. The cctv admin no sympathy towards to the customer, and he is very adamant, every he says come tomorrow, next time he saya come evening. Always excuses. Wondering there is a mafia leading the cctv admin.

Another option to get one stop shopping and entertainment. You're able to bring your kids to play in their playground or timezone while shopping for monthly needs or just fashion shopping also a lot of option to dine in restaurants. Oh yea, there's also beauty salon! Parking is not a problem here since they're expanding their parking lot now.

You have to have a mask to enter (October 22). The stores are okay but not alot of variety. Uniqlo was also nice. It did seem a bit small and cramped in some places.

Window shopping only but happy because my daughter had a chance to meet spongebob LOL
