So, I did some research before I came here. I also got advised by 2 others to come to this dental clinic and I'm over the moon with the results. I went in there had 4 crown veneers on the front top teeth.. Had an in office whitening treatment.. Had 6 silver fillings filled in white & had 2 mouth guards made so I can do at home whitening! I am ecstatic with the outcome. I've finally gotten the perfect smile. I would advise anyone to go there for any sort of treatments. Very sufficient and a friendly team.

BEWARE. Awful experience. If I could give no stars I would. I was in a lot of pain with two wisdom teeth, went in and the women were so RUDE, laughing and chatting in their own language after I spoke, very unprofessional!! I cried not even due to the pain but because I was so uncomfortable with these people. The dentist asked me what was on my lip "this is lipstick?" I looked in the mirror and it looked like somebody busted my lip open. Trying to blame me for what she had done with her tools!!! Due to go back today to get stitches out, not a chance in hell. Will look elsewhere.

Updated review I went back to the Clinic in March to get the filling that had fallen out redone, quick friendly service and after the work was completed they told me was still under warranty so no charge and made a recommendation if it falls out again, excellent service. I had a 2 fillings done in October and one has fallen out in February and one still going strong, overall experience was good, had to wait a little but patience is a good trait to have :-)

I had a broken back tooth that required a porcelain crown, two other fillings and a valplast bridge with two teeth. Even though I took current xrays from Australia with me, the dentist preferred to do another (no charge). The service was first class. Price was 25% of quotes in Australia. Made the original appointment for a Thursday 11am and everything was done as intended by the following Tuesday night. Very pleased with the result. Gary S.

Good service, the staffs and doctor are very nice and helpful. The therapy room is comfy. Many choice of treatment and you could book an appointment by whatsapp. Really enjoy to do treatment here

Highly recommended! I had to fly to HK from Bali during Covid, and I needed the documents to be the exact format as the HK government requirements are very strict. The representative I messaged via WhatsApp was very helpful and patient with my enquiries.

Went end of march 2022 when Bali just reopened borders to tourist and despite a pcr done there (booked on bali tourism website) very quickly the results came twice as long as expected. Thankfully this was my day 3 pcr and not my pre departure, otherwise i would not been able to board my flight.

I had tested PCR since yesterday afternoon and got the results this morning via whats app but there is no results at government's Peduli Lindungi app until this afternoon today ( the next day) and had sent complaint but still slow response. Really bad service

Just finished doing scaling using voucher from Dr. Rommy Associate. After conversation with the doctor, I decided to do scaling for my lil brother as well. Doctor Sagung is very friendly and gave well explanation to all of my question. FYI, you could make appointment through WhatsApp before coming.

Dr. Rai is an excellent psychiatrist and shows exceptional intuition and knowledge. He doesn’t just hand out medication. He helps the entire patient.

Went there for rapid antigen around 5 pm on weekday, no queue. Overall process until the result only took less than <30 minutes.

I had a rot canal which gave me discomfort so went to this clinic. After checking and a xray the doctor said that I did not need to take it out even dow on the xray we could clearly see that it was rotting away. So I decided to take it out anyway as root canal can be very dangerous if not sealed properly and decaying is a first sign of trouble. The procedure was very strange. The doctor gave me the feeling she was pist off about my decision. Very rough handling compare to my own dentist. Also hygiene of equipment is questionable. When my tooth was out it smelled like rotten meat decay so my decision was right. After the procedure no explanation about what to do just given a bunch of pain killer and some cotton butts. I'am a little worried and will go to see another dentist at first sign of infection. I went there on a suggestion of a friend and greatly have regretted my decision. Iam not confident of how clean the extration was I guess we will know soon enough. Will never go there ever again what was I thinking.
