We love this place! We have made the health clinic our go to place for anything HEALTH related. We have gone there for a couple skin related issues and they have been professional every single time! They are located on sunset road which is super convenient with ample parking. Most recently, we went there to get our covid tests and they offer the antibody test (blood) the antigen test (nose swab) as well as some other tests. We opted for the rapid test swab and paid 250k for each of us to get the test! We waited 30 minutes and received our results! Both negative! It was the most seamless process compared to going to the hospitals or the drive thru that have the tests. We highly recommend using them for anything you may need! The antibody test was only 150k. PCR was roughly 100 usd I believe.

Good service, the staff really helpful.. Been here to do the PCR test same day result. I'm asking for help to get the result done quicker than their standard time, due to urgent situation and they help me with that. Result received an hour earlier than what I'm expecting, also they can assist you with the document language. If you need the result in English, they will do that for you. Fast response when I first time text them via whatsapp, and for the price is the cheapest one that I have found in Bali. There no extra charge for the price, same day result or standard result (1*24hr) are same price. Recommended place if you looking for pre departure test for your international travel requirements.

Got cheap pcr same day, but don't like service: got in the everning wa message that can pick up results in 30 min, not later, despite of traffic.. Come to the lab, they don't have it at front desk.. need to wait.

Service is sucks...have antigen test here. Just for administrative purpose take 1 hour. The result is more the 30 minutes. Will not get back here again for sure.

We don't trust this laboratory anymore. PCR test was positive, but after testing multiple times at other clinics, all RT-PCT and antigen tests were negative. Also they made a typo in our address and passport number for the result and they were not looking very happy that we asked to change it. We think their test is not accurate for travel purposes, because we saw other reviews like this. This laboratory costed us a lot of money, lost time and stress. Rather drive a little further.

Great location. Efficient staff. A bit of a queue. Ensure your doctor books you in prior to arriving if you have one. The lovely Dr Brian Chang recommended them. Open from 8am.

Paid $250K for PCR same day Even called and chat online.. You deserve a 0 Star👎 didn't even have the courtesy to even get back to me. Lucky I was fortunate to travel.

TOURISTS BEWARE!!! Extremely expensive, they lie to you and tell you that things are less expensive than they are, and they are extremely rude and degrading. DO NOT GO HERE! TRUST ME!

Went here to do RT PCR test because they are on the list of Singapore's Ministry of Health (accepted clinic). Everything went smoothly except the test result. On the same day, our self administered test and AG test (did in Fullerton) both came out negative but our RT PCR test came out positive. We had to go to other clinic to do RT PCR test again - came out negative. Don't come here. It is just a waste of money and time. Not worth the stress!

We did our PCR tests here for traveling - everything went smoothly and very fast. Came around 8.40am - done by 9am, no appointment needed. Got results around 6pm same day by WhatsApp. Highly recommend! I WhatsApped them a few times with my questions and got reply right away. They accept cards for payment.

Most affordable antigen test right now in Denpasar but the service was slow, we came as soon as it opens with prepaid registration and payment but waited for almost one hour for the test. It became fully packed real quick so better get here as early as possible.

Arrived at 2:40pm today. It was very quiet with 3 receptionists on the desk. They were talking and looking at phones for 10 minutes before looking about work. They processed my payment 20 minutes after arriving which considering it was practically empty is not acceptable. Once they decided to work it moved quickly.

The best experience I’ve had at a clinic in Bali. The staff are kind and the clinic is very clean. Dr. Diah helped me and she knew exactly what to do. Very recommended clinic in Bali!

Great service, starting from WhatsApp support. They answered all my questions in a timely manner even late in the evening. Next morning I did a blood test, lady at the registration desk, nurses, everyone was so nice. So far the best prices for blood tests in town.

Perfect service. 65k for a quick antigen with results in 30 minutes by whatsapp. It is also the cheapest I have seen on my way to the airport.

Team a good attitude, good responsibility, good knowledge and experience, good service. The hospitals area clean and sterile. RECOMMENDED 👍
