So tired of the lousy healthcare in Bali so it was quite refreshing to take my 2 week old son to the Children’s hospital. He was in ICU for three days and pulled through nicely, thanks in part to the wonderful staff. The doctors seem to know what they are doing, but the real shining stars are the nurses, who are also midwives so they really know their stuff. When we first got there, the nurses in the ER sprang into action once they realized we needed assistance with our newborn. One had the difficult job of finding the little guy’s vein to insert an IV. Not an easy task for a child so small, but she did it. Quite impressive. Frankly I’m over the germ factory that is Bros hospital so very glad that we found Puri Bunda

There are nice servise and doctors. They said there are all specialists 24/7 who you need at labour to be safe for mother and a child. I chosen this hospital for labour, as I understand it is the biggest hospital for pregnancy, labour and kids in this area. And I can recommend this hospital to my friends.

I wasn't clear how many ppl are allowed visit for a short minute, but the Nurse talk behind my back I was changes shift with my sister to look after the patient. this is the worst hospital ever. we said that there was no need to vaccinate, they secretly, without our consent, gave a useless vaccination against hepatitis B. conditions during childbirth were terrible, a very thoughtful chair, iron and not comfortable. the doctor insisted on a caesarean not because of indications, but because we were in the delivery room for too long. this is a terrible place. Please do not give birth at this clinic.

this is the best hospital for a pregnant woman who wants to give birth to her child..in our experience, from the first moment we book the room, the staff give us clear information about the doctors, the services and the prices of every different birth method..they also have a continuous program of weekly exercise so that a pregnant woman will be ready when the time comes to become a mother..

A good Hospital for baby birth the maternity hospital has good facilities and places as well as friendly service

Everything is good and because it is a mother and children hospital it makes me feel safe and confortable. The only suggestion is the service during the weekend with the emergency doctor to fully aware about how to treat patient with bad alergy to eliminate fatal condition.

The service was good, my giara hospitalized 4 days. Nurses and doctors give us complete information about the condition, and also the foods well delicious 🥰

It is great. Only 3 days to get me out of this hospital. But the worst scenario to me is every evening at 6.30 I need to get a vaccine on my arm.

this is the worst hospital I’ve ever been to! This hospital claims to be a private hospital that provides better healthcare services than the public ones but that’s definitely not the case! Doctors are extremely unfriendly and unapproachable. Claiming I wasn’t communicative enough but I’m reality they ignored me just because I’m not Indonesian! So my appeal to you: if you want to be discriminated and charged high prices for the same services at a public hospital this is the place! Greetings from Germany.

Worst experience in my stay in hospital ever! the third floor nurses are just wicked, smiling but rotten to the bone

Very satisfied with the treatment. The doctor was very professional and efficient and explained everything. Also the reception assisted me. She was extremely helpful, sweet and polite.

Extremely long wait times and unhelpful staff. We spent over a lot of time waiting for a doctor with staff telling us the appointment is gonna happen in 10 minutes every 10 minutes. They didn’t actually know - just kept us waiting there until we waited for over 1.5 hrs and decided to leave. Will never ever under any circumstances go there again.

The service we received was of the highest quality. The entire staff met our needs beyond expectations and the room was very clean and comfortable. The Doctor was also professional.

The doctor was friendly but it was so busy that she had to rush through the appointment. It was also extremely hot in the whole building (the ac wasn't on) and was very crowded.

We stayed for 2 nights at suite sita and received the best service during our stay. Big thanks to Dr. Ngurah Eka Wijaya and all the nurses in Puri Bunda Hospital, the team has done a great job for my eracs. Lastly, our home care nurse Inten whos helping and teaching me about my newborn after we got home for 7 days. She is the sweetest!
