A lovely little upscale dining restaurant inconspicuous disguised as a Warung. That and it's limited menu has a nice charm. We were recommended to visit for the best beef rendang in town. I'm delighted to say we had the best beef rendang ever. And the fiery chicken curry. And the delicious, savory, spicy beef soup that left a peppery burn around my lips. It isn't Warung cheap but it's totally worth a memorable experience to enjoy some of Indonesia's finest dishes. Oh yeah - you will need a strong coffee after as the meals are heavy. Must eat here! Best Indonesian restaurant. Can't believe we had missed this place previously. Stumbled on by accident this time in Bali and couldn't be happier. Had the rendang which was outstanding, a great noodle dish, which the name of, escapes me. 3 non alcoholic drinks, which they put plenty of love into which is so great to see. Oh, and some strange new dessert (for us) which was delightful. Staff were very friendly, interior is beautiful and cool. A must visit if you're nearby.

Quite friendly service and a lot of vegan options which was nice 😁. The food was good, however we did miss a bit of the Indonesian kick to the dishes which we had enjoyed at so many of the other restaurants were we enjoyed authentic Indonesian food. This good have done with a little more spice and aromatics. Nevertheless, a very nice wading. The atmosphere was really good.

Delicious rendang as per hype in tiktok and locals. I had the best satay ayam here, juicy and big. Local eat their satay with rice hence its served with rice. Tempe and tauhu also good and fresh, and their rawon are good too. Dadar gulung just so so, I had better ketayap in Malaysia. Sadly, I was served with a spoilt sup iga which was already bad when served. Traumatising to think of it. 🥺 Staff are okay but upon dining in they are closing so feels kinda hurried and staff keep in sweeping rhe floor while we are having dinner.

Were the dishes worth the price? Yes. Large portions priced accordingly. The gado gado dish, an Indonesian classic dish, was by far a favorite with its peanut and sweet corn taste. The nasi goreng was actually friend noodles, the flavour was tasty but not discernible. Finally the vegan rendang was mild, not as dark as a beef rendang. I was thinking of taking out the beef rendang, but just too full of delicious flavours. Staff are efficient and friendly and Bernadette takes of her guests. It was excellent to eat and meet the owner. Quiet place perfect for a romantic culinary moment.

Our first interaction with this place was via Grab as we were looking for something local to eat… It did not disappoint at all so that we had to go and dine in the following day! The portions are good and the taste is nice, also the staff are super nice and welcoming.

Wow…what a cool /tasty place! We added this restaurant as a “maybe” if we were looking for something to eat after the beach. We didn’t make it here on the intended day and instead made a special trip here when we couldn’t decide what to eat. I’m glad we went…the menu is simple but the dishes are really well prepared. We ordered almost everything so that we could try. Our favorites were the Rendang of course (a little tough but packed with flavor), the fried corn fitters (yum yum…sweet savory), the Tempah & tofu starter, the chicken curry which had an interesting blend of peanut & coconut flavor (really good), the Bakso soup was a bit salty but an easy crowd pleaser and last but not least the fried nasi goreng & fried rice were both good (a little spicy). We also got the Rawon which was a hit or miss for the family. It’s a bit of pepper beef soup curry flavor which is weird. For dessert we only go the carrot cake and it was SUPER GOOOOOD!! The sauce on the side is like liquid sugar magic…it’s a sweet bomb but a great way to end the night after all the more savory mains. We also had a pile drinks but I would say those are not so great. Overall this place is a 9.8/10 (lost points for drinks & tough Rendang) but if you are in the area or if you just want to try a new place do go try they out. There are also a few other little restaurants and a flee market in the same corner so get there early (unlike us) so you have time to walk around & enjoy.

Hidden gem, super happy I came to this place. Delicious food. I ordered the vegetarian fried rice with egg on top. Seems simple, but it was so tasty! I ate everything. Best friend rice I ever had, so flavorful! The friendly waiter recommended the dish for me, and I am happy I went with his recommendation. The vibe in here is cool, with nice music, good ambiance. Would recommend this for all foodies.

Loved the place - felt like fine dining for a great price. We found it just looking around in google maps for Waroeng, but it's definitely a restaurant. The interior is stylish and cozy, food finger licking good. Staff was friendly, cheerful and accommodating. May be worth booking a table in advance as there aren't many tables and place filled up pretty quickly on weekday evening.

Great food, good vegetarian options. My parents don't take onion and garlic in their meals and the team was happy to make the adjustment for the dishes that they ordered. The cocktails were pretty yummy. Sat outside on a cool night and it was awesome.

👍 Wow, I honestly can't describe the incredible flavours of these dishes! The Authentic Beef Rendang. Mie Goreng (my favourite! And something I won't ever be able to remake). Followed by a delicious warm Dadar Gulung! I've never had anything like this before, the Lychee Martini and Pinacolada were excellent! The staff (Juli) is so warming and helpful. Highly recommend this stunning family (Waroeng) restaurant. If you're in Seminyak stop by and you can even check out the Flea Market across the road!

The Beef Rendang was Fantastic!! and the Pangeran Coffee (with rum) also must try! The place was so comfortable with limited seats inside but they also have enough tablea at outside. All staff was helpful and quick. No need further explanation, just come and enjoy their food!

Came here for the rendang - touted as the best - however was quite disappointed as the meat was dry, albeit in a tasty sauce. The rawon dish was the best of what we ordered as it had a distinctive taste with the keluak used. Satay was ok and likewise the gado gado.

Best restaurant in Bali no doubt! Ordered the home favourite beef rendang (slow cooked beef), simply delicious! 👌🏾 Complimentary coconut pandan pancakes with palm sugar sauce for dessert made our day! A must visit when in Seminyak!

We just ate here and absolutely loved out meal. We had the mie goreng which was wonderfully flavoured (my favourite), the beef rendang which was rich in coconut flavour and satay sticks which was declious. I would return just to have the mie goreng again. Our server Dwi was amazing and took care of us (Thanks Dwi!). She was attentive as well as the other member of staff. They gave us complimentary dessert which was a surprised.

The beef rendang is very soft n flavourful. Sop buntut igor is tasty, but the cut of meat is tough although it's been cooked a long time overall very tasty meal. Will return for thr rendang. The traditional crepe (served warm) with palm sugar is good.

Lived up to our expectation. Loved the small menu which is always a good sign that what’s on offer is fresh and they do it well. Had the corn fritters which were delicately fried and crispy, chicken satay with rice and sauces - excellent quality, mee goreng and Gado Gado - top notch flavour in all the dishes. Definitely will be back. Sorry that I took the photos after we had dug in. Couldn’t wait.

Matic 5 stars. We came in around 3pm so there wasn't a lot of people. The vibes are off the charts and service was great. Food was amazing. Everything was good from the lumpia goreng, nasi goreng, mie goreng, gado-gado, and beef rendang. They even surprised us with complimentary dessert. Would come back and bring everyone I know. And would tell everyone I know to go here when they get the chance.

Excellent! Followed google s reviews and I am not disappointed! Came for late lunch, had the beef rendang, amazing taste. At the end of my meal received a complimentary dessert that looks like crepes filled with coconut and palm sugar aside . Amazing! Will be back

A cozy place with excellent local indonesian dishes It's a bit off the main street. The place is small, but cozy. Nice music and good food for local price. I love Bakso Ayam and Nasi Goreng.

Probably one of the best meals I’ve had in Bali. Beef rendang is packed with flavour, gravy is addictive and texture of the beef is just right. Satay ayam is also chunky in portions and falls off the skewer easily, making it easy to eat. Lemonade is a must to cleanse the palate after such a hearty meal.

We came for dinner here a couple of weeks ago when we first arrived in Bali and we were blown away. The service was impeccable and we were made to feel at home. We therefore decided to return to the restaurant the next day, where we experienced the exact same treatment and were even given a complimentary dessert. The food was incredible and the drinks were fresh and delicious. Would 100% recommend this restaurant - if you are in the area, visit!

Location is not recognisable from the road, but google map tell u the correct location Keep looking at the flea market, this is just right beside, around the corner. Beautiful ambience, nice sitting arrangement and super friendly staffs Food was amazing, really really great. We went for lunch. Plenty of parking was available. We had no trouble parking our rented scooter. There is a car parking lot of flea market right beside. So u are covered. Let’s come to food and beverages - we had lemonade with ginger and this was really really refreshing - we had chicken satay, and it tasted amazing as well, portions were good, the satay sauce was restaurant made and tastes really good - for main course we ordered one opor ayam, again really tasty - we also ordered a beef rendang and it tasted amazing too If I have to rate, I loved the opor ayam the most, then satay and then the beef rendang. Staffs are super friendly. Considering Bali, the cost is on a higher side as this is situated in Seminyak. I hope this helps the future visitors

The beef rendang was on point. We had oxtail soup as well, not my favorite because i find it too salty. It will be nicer if the restaurant is a bit cooler. I enjoyed the lychee tea! Service was food

We ordered delivery to Kembali Villas for dinner, and delivery was quick! We plated it for the four diners at the Villa. The food was of good portion, taste and freshness. Well packed and we thought great value for money! We tot the Beef rendang was the best dish ordered, with the beef tender and of good cut.

Best rendang we’ve had. Chanced upon this whilst visiting Warung Nia next door Hidden gem for sure as it’s inside the flea market with no signs featuring it Their slow boiled ox tail was tender with tendons semi merged into the stew’s texture Do give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed

Simply the best in terms of value for money. Nice place, cozy and of excellent quality. Typical cuisine made in an excellent way. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is very advantageous. Super recommended!
