Staying at Hotel Boutique Patio del Posadero brought us the best experience ever in Andalusia. Both Lisa and Jose are very welcoming. The hospitality even started 2 days prior to our check in, and it carried on all the way through after leaving. With detailed introduction of hotel facilities/services as well as the local sightseeing spots, it certainly helped us to make good choices. Another highlight of Hotel Boutique Patio del Posadero is the food cooked by Jose. Not only you won’t be disappointed by the freshly prepared breakfast, but also the unmissable dinner you will have to try! As regards to the hotel itself, there is a well laid courtyard, a curvy stairs lead to a terrace with a pool, a L shape sofa, all look cozy and inviting! The guest room we stayed is uniquely designed by talented Jose and Lisa, plus the comfortable mattress, bed sheets, soft towels, surely it deserves the claim of “Boutique” . Personally we believe a good hotel with welcoming hosts can impact how we feel of the place where we visit. If you are going to visit Cordoba, we highly recommend Hotel Boutique Patio del Posadero!

The best place to stay in Cordoba. Brilliant location, wonderful old Spanish house completely renovated with modern furnishings and touches. The rooms are excellent with everything you need. Above and beyond all of this, is the fab hospitality offered by Liza & Jose. Would highly recommend having breakfast there, freshly made everything - bread, jams, juices, etc. There is an honesty bar with local wines, snacks, beers whenever you feel for it. We looked forward to coming back every day and enjoying a drink by the pool on the rooftop. Parking in cordoba is very difficult to find but the hotel has a parking spot available as well. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I agree that Patio del Posadero is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Every corner has been restored beautifully, while respecting and highlighting the original elements. We don't usually take hotel breakfasts but we did here. And we recommend it highly; the food was so fresh and delicious. Our room was incredibly comfortable. Everyone we met was kind, helpful, and good-natured. The location is a little away from the very hub of the sites, so we felt the luxury of living in Cordoba. And it was easy walking distance to everything. Many thanks to Lisa, José and the rest of our Patio del Posadero family. We hope we get to see you again some time! We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cordoba.

The hotel was lovely. The owner and staff were kind, welcoming and could not have been nicer. The room was delightful, quiet and unique. It was very clean. Service was impeccable. It is in a very quiet location. Being in the old town added to it's charm. Overall a great place to stay. It is a romantic place to stay. It is close to all the sites but quiet at night. Charming stay. We felt very safe. It would be kid friendly as well.

We had an incredible stay with Lisa and Jose at Patio del Posadero! It was definitely a boutique experience and not something you will find just anywhere. The hotel is very tranquil and beautiful with so many thoughtful touches (and very clean). Jose and Lisa have created an oasis with such a gentle ambiance and even though there are other guests it still feels very private. They are truly committed to hospitality in a way we have rarely experienced and Lisa made so many amazing recommendations for us during our stay. Not to mention, the fabulous home made breakfast we had there every morning - it was definitely a highlight of our visit! The location is great, only a quick bus/taxi from the train station and within walking distance of everything in Córdoba including several great restaurants. I have traveled a fair bit and can say this is one of the best places I have ever stayed, we cannot wait to come back! Thank you Jose and Lisa!!

The best place to stay in Cordoba. The host (Lisa) helped us in every aspect possible and made our stay a memorable one. The entire place is very tastefully and beautifully designed. The breakfast served was very healthy and delicious, using the home made ingredients. I would highly recommend everybody to stay at this place if you're visiting Cordoba. We recently stayed with Lisa & Jose at the Hotel Boutique Patio del POSADERO for 2 nights the end of October and had an excellent experience. They are extremely gracious, caring and knowledgeable hosts. Their property, rooms, food (breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks), staff, and service are all top notch. José and Lisa hosted us for two nights and we wish we could have stayed for more. No detail is overlooked, and every space is charming and beautifully appointed. The courtyard, dining room, pool patio, spiral staircase, and sleeping quarters all looked like they came straight out of architectural magazines. We highly recommend choosing the Pasítea room, upstairs and sumptuously spacious (and totally worth the splurge). Lisa gave us tailored recommendations on what to see, do, and eat in Córdoba with the time we had, but we couldn’t resist lingering at the hotel to enjoy the space. The on-site food and drinks are a special delight: they stock a full bar and offer snacks during the day. Trying the breakfast — homemade breads, fresh fruits and juice, local meats and cheeses, and even an olive oil tasting — is a must!

A beautiful gem in the heart of Córdoba with the nicest hosts. My friend and I felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are cosy and quiet, the common areas are simply gorgeous and beautifully decorated. You can feel that everyone at Patio del Posadero loves what they are doing and this reflects in many ways. We would have loved to spend more days with Lisa and Jose since this was definitely a very special place to stay. Thanks for making Cordoba such a wonderful memory for us!

We had a lovely stay at Patio del Posadero. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space, a great location in the Old Town close to lots of restaurants. Lisa, Jose and Lucie made us feel very welcome and were happy to help us with our questions about what to do in Cordoba. We would happily stay here again.

Unbeatable little niche hotel with superb breakfast of local produce. Great communication from reservation through to recommendations. They even sent, unprompted, a planner for the annual Festival of Patios which was well worth visiting. All the staff we met were very dedicated and clearly love to work here (I wish I could remember your names but you know who you are!) I wish we could have stayed an extra couple of nights. Will definitely return. Top marks to the owners. You have a really good formula here.

As someone who travels a lot, I can confidently say that this hotel offers some of the best authentic hospitality I've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, I was blown away by the warm welcome and personal attention by, Lisa, the owner. She was an absolute delight - a beautiful person both inside and out. The Breakfast was also absolutely amazing! The flavours, presentation, and quality were special. I would love to go back and stay longer to soak up more of the amazing energy here. The hotel's design is also stunning, with attention to detail that makes it clear every aspect was thoughtfully considered. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience with exceptional hospitality.

One of our favorite experiences on our honeymoon. The website really is right - wish we stayed another day! It's a wonderful place to relax and the pool with the "honesty bar" is simply perfect on a hot siesta. The other guests were good company too - it's a small and intimate enough place that it's easy to make friendly conversation with fellow travellers (if you want). Our room was very comfortable and we had no problems. The breakfast was was great, even if it seems on the expensive side. Everything tasted very fresh and home made, this meal was one of the highlights of our whole trip. They had a lot of fun little activities going on too like a spanish wine tasting that we were tempted by if we had more time. And of course, the place itself was gorgeous to be in.

One of the most exquisite hotels we have ever stayed in! The hotel itself is so beautifully restored/decorated/designed- very charming and a great location to everything! We stayed in Hypnos which was a wonderful junior suite. We also enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast and lunch - homemade with natural ingredients and lots of love! But the soul of the hotel is Lisa and Jose as you can deeply feel their passion and commitment to making it a great experience for every guest. If you find yourself for the first time in Cordoba, your stay won’t be 100% perfect if you decide to stay somewhere else 🥰 Lisa and Jose clearly love what they do, and Patio del Posadero is extremely welcoming place, with super comfy rooms, delicious breakfasts and beautiful territory. We felt cared for, had tonnes of useful suggestions and staff was always there to assist us if needed with any questions or requests. Overall Unforgettable experience that we would repeat for sure!

Would give it more than 5* if possible. This fantastic accommodation in Cordoba has everything! Great location, fabulous service and amazing food. Note: take the option for the in house breakfast and if there is an offer for lunch with a private chef don't pass it up. The hosts, Lisa and Jose, are gracious and put special touches on everything in the place. You will be amazed at the decor of the rooms and the common spaces. The staff was friendly and helpful and the recommendations for restaurants and activities proved to be bang on. Thanks for making our time in the beautiful city of Cordoba even more special!

We had a lovely stay in the Patio del Posadero. The hotel is apparently the result of 8 years of renovations and the outcome is beautiful. It feels a very calm and peaceful place. Jose and Lisa are both very kind, friendly and helpful. Their enthusiasm for Cordoba itself is infectious. The breakfasts are healthy and delicious, including wonderful freshly-made bread and olive oils from family trees. The location is great for the major tourist sites. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

It is hard to rave enough about our stay. The hotel is beautiful in every way, every room thoughtfully and personally designed. The hospitality is amazing with Lisa helping us to get settled, book restaurants and chatting over ridiculously delicious breakfasts. There are beautiful sitting areas with refreshments to be had. The location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet street but near anything you would want to see. My only regret is that we visited in December so our time sitting on the wonderful outdoor patio and lounging in the the plunge pool was curtailed. If you are in Cordoba, stay here!

Very lovely stay, Lucy checked us in and was very welcoming and thorough in pointing out the local restaurants and places to see. It’s a beautiful property and the sangria Jose made us was unbelievable. The breakfast is also excellent. Overall very happy with our choice in hotel 👍👍👍👍👍

Lisa and Jose are excellent hosts: from the moment I booked they were in contact to see if there was anything they could do in advance of our trip and then, on arrival, we were met with a beautiful glass of wine whilst given a thorough orientation of the city. Their hotel has been lovingly restored and is beautiful-the plunge pool and shaded terrace is perfect for relaxing and the breakfasts are fabulous. We will certainly return.

A stunningly beautiful boutique hotel with two superb and lovely hosts. Both Lisa and Jose were superbly accommodating and had excellent suggestions for food, drink, culture and activities in Cordoba and the surrounding area. The saltwater pool is perfect for the hot summer afternoons. The décor for the rooms and hotel spaces are stunning. Would return in a heartbeat!

The hosts are delightful and went out of their way to be kind and helpful. The patio is beautiful and we enjoyed our afternoons lounging with our books. A lovely alternative to sight seeing. The bed was super comfy and we slept wonderfully. Overall a great place for relaxing and a stones throw away from all the attractions of Cordoba.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful and well maintained Boutique Hotel. With José and Lisa you feel right at home. Our room was available much earlier than expected! The location of the hotel is excellent, just within walking distance outside the center and yet everything is close by. The breakfast is delicious and mainly composed of homemade fresh products. If we could give this Boutique Hotel 6 stars we wouldn't doubt it for a second!

We are a very special stay. The hotel is stunning, with an intimate pool and dining area. The rooms are beautifully designed. The service was impeccable, the kind you won't even get in a 5 star! Our hosts went out of their way to make suggestions and book experiences for us, even before we arrived. Everything was taken care of, leaving us to enjoy a stress free holiday. Staying at Patio del Posadero was a highlight of our trip to Spain; Jose and Lisa's hospitality is truly on another level. They accommodated us with a last-minute early check-in and Jose even took the time to explain and highlight recommended sights/experiences/restaurants on a map for us - all recommendations ended up being amazing! The premises are stunningly beautiful, serene and comfortable. The daily breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious. It is clear that Lisa and Jose take great pride in what they do and do it exceptionally well. We really cannot say enough wonderful things and hope to be able to return for a longer visit. The construction and materials use were very high quality. Our room was perfect, bed very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, especially the shower. Liza and Jose were very helpful. Liza made reservations for us at a some lovely restaurants. The only change I would suggest is the size of the breakfast - 2 cherry tomatoes and a very small piece of cheese, even with 2 eggs was a bit simple.

We enjoyed the warm welcome from Lisa and Jose. The hotel has a lovely modern twist on a beautifully traditional building. The bathrooms are modern and spacious with good water pressure. We sat next to a warm open fire having a healthy home-made breakfast. Lisa and Jose were fantastic hosts with lots of valuable recommendations for our trip to Cordoba!
