Place was packed everyone having fun, timezone inside aswell was a hit for my sons birthday with his mates place is open late, cons not many toilets.

I am not a regular 10-pin bowler But I found this place interesting with its friendly staff, tasty food and clean and tidy space. Also, suitable for our not-very-official gathering.

Tbh, if I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Had my son’s 10th Birthday party there, and every child said it was EPIC! Gaming, Bowling and bumper cars was in our package, worth every cent! Also heard a few kids say they want their bday party there too! We were given the most bright n bubbly host named Frankie who took care of everything!! She along with other staff went above and beyond for my lil man and his mates! Nan was looked after too with a full licensed bar and such friendly n professional staff. Thankyou Zone Bowling for making my boys bday such a special night, that he n his friends will never forget! So pleased with Frankie.. she loves her job and it shows! Amaaazing! Tysm

We enjoyed an amazing party hosted by Zone. A great experience. Our lovely host looked after us so well. Constructive feedback: so many games in the timezone area were out of order. This limited what they could play. For little kids (most were 4 or 5), an option for 5 frames of bowling and half an hour of Timezone would've been great. They just don't have the attention span of bigger kids and seemed to get over it.

Its is clean and tidy but their card swipes are glitchy. You swipe, money vanishes but you don’t get to play. This happened on three occasions but the desk was always busy. At $2.50 a game, this shouldn’t be happening. Good selection of prizes. It’s a nice Timezone. It’s hard to get value these days. At a $30 spend you only get $5 extra. I was shocked to see to get anything worthwhile a $50 spend is required. Gone are the days of a cheap and fun experience for kids. Now it’s ’hand over $100 for two kids’. I could go and see a movie on Tuesday for less than that for 3!

4.5 Stars. This is a great venue for children's parties. We were received with courtesy and a smile. Our host Tiana did an amazing job with the kids, always happy, always helpful. There's a great variety of things to do, keeping the kids busy with fun action. The party room premises were adequate and the food delicious for the 9 year olds. The only let down and great disappointment was that the children who were gluten free missed out from eating with all the other kids because despite the information being handed down day before, orders being taken on the day and more than 3 hours to have the food ready; gluten free meals were not cooked. Still the positive outweighed the negative on the day and my daughter had a great time with her friends and our job as parents was made easy. We hope nobody else encounters the minor issue going forward but I certainly recommend this venue for children's parties.

Has the best bowling areas, a decent laser tag arena, and a widespread of games. It’s service can be flawed, as if a machine breaks down, you’re expected to leave your winnings (prizes) behind until it can be fixed days later. When compared to the much smaller Timezone Joondalup, the service can be a joke sometimes. The food system is pathetic. Twice I had my friend lose their orders all because a random person came up to the counter with a non-buzzing device and claimed a meal and a drink that was not theirs. We later found out our meal that we ordered was stolen by someone else. We asked if they could make us another one, they couldn’t. Wouldn’t give us a refund for someone stealing our food in a flawed service system that they designed. They wouldn’t even recreate the meal or the drink. Easy way to fix this either: have someone stand watch the already finished food and ask for a receipt, or B) Leave the prepared food at the inner side of the counter and only serve it once the person with receipt shows up. This is literally free food for anyone who got the guts to just steal other people’s meals. If you read this far, nice, I appreciate it.

Unbeatable value. To have 2 and a half hours of entertainment bundled for $39 was just incredible. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the inclusions were exceptional (bowling, laser tag, 30 minutes of gaming with 350 points included, bumper car ride, $10 cafe voucher pp). Despite the price, we never felt crowded or rushed. An awesome concept for family fun!

We truly had a great time at Zone Bowling 🎳 Joondalup, my son’s birthday party 🥳 was wonderful, full of fun. With an Epic party🎉 🎈🎊 just awesome 👏🏾 and I wasn’t expecting more than 2 hours for the party you know, other places does offer only 2 hours but here we had 3 and half hours all the Kids went back home with a big smile on their faces and with good memories. Also a big thanks to our lovely party host Ava you made my son 10th birthday party special with your service, as you was so friendly and very caring🤗🤗🤗 you took care of my 3 years old girl, she also played Bowling, you’re a hero Ava because you saved my day💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

Absolutely amazing experience. Our host Jorja was absolutely epic. You deserve a bonus for the amazing job you’re doing. From the second we arrived to the second we left everything was spot on. Such a great experience and I can’t stop hearing “best day ever” from the kids 🥳 thank you.

Great for kids party. Keeps kids entertained and constantly moving. Only criticism is that pre loaded credits for time zone have a time limit to use and then cancels out to zero credits before you can use them all on the games and such.

Out of all the birthday parties I've organised for my son and his friends, timezone bowling was by far the best. From being greeted by a wonderful caring team right through to the conclusion of our 2 hours of fun, the staff always did their best to ensure our time was spent stress free. I would highly recommend timezone bowling to others unsure where to have their next child's birthday. Infact, I was that impressed, I may even consider organising a similar event same time next year. Had a kids party at this venue, we had to host which were Caitlin & Meredith they were awesome, they took care of the kids. This gave the parents time to check out and relax This was a awesome venue with so many things to do. I would recommend this place

My son had his birthday party here and I can’t fault the experience! Everything was so well organised and all children had an amazing time playing laser tag and arcade games. Had a great party. Party host Ava was very helpful and handled well in busy hours. Others team member were not helping Ava, while they are standing around for nothing.

We had a combined 7th birthday party at Timezone / Zone Bowling Joondalup and it was a fantastic morning for the kids, they had so much fun with laser tag, bowling, bumper cars and game time. We’ve had a few parties at Zone Joondalup and they never disappoint, so well organized from booking to arrival. Clean and bright environment. Always perfectly timed and never rushed. Kids have a fantastic time. Erin was the perfect host, very polite and friendly. I didn’t have to do a thing except have a coffee and enjoy 😊

Played a game of bowling with my son, after 5min I told the young girl, the bumpers were not working properly on my sons turn, she didn’t really care. When I went to hand our shoes back , told the manager that our bumpers were not working .. the only response I got was “oh thanks we’ll fix it for the next person” Then I went to load $100 for time zone and she served me again , didn’t even give me a little discount or some extra credit for my bowling experience.

We had my 5 year old sons bowling/timezone party at Joondalup. Chloe did a fantastic job and everything ran very smoothly. We were very pleased to discover they could cater to my daughters dietary requirements as well. Would highly recommend Zone Bowling. And a big thank you to Chloe for a great day 😃

Really good family evening of fun but it was a shame the amount of broken machines. The broken machines were one thing but the lack of clear signs to indicate they were broken. We even paid for a game and did not realize the machine was out of order. Also staff could show a little more enthusiasm for their job. Show a smile or maybe if it is that bad then work somewhere else

Our lovely hostess Shakira was absolutely brilliant! From the moment we walked through the doors, she ensured that everything was super organised, ran perfectly smoothly and made us all feel relaxed. Our son felt very special and he and his friends loved every minute! It was a fantastic party. Thank you Shakira!

I received a call from these guys letting me know they'd found my son's phone. I arranged to pick it up (my son hadn't been in touch) and they were so helpful and concerned for my son..he showed up home later. I got a call from Timezone a day later to check on my son's wellbeing. I really appreciated the follow up and the genuine empathy from all the staff..so impressed and happy to know these people are keeping a great eye on our kids.

It is a good place to have fun. We had my son's birthday here. Laser tag area is small. But still good. The bowling stock once.

Love that they have deals when you spend so much you get bonus money. Would have loved it if all machines were in working order / out of order if they don't work so I didn't waste taps. Only went for timezone games not anything else but bowling, later tag and bumper cars all look fun.

CAVEMAN LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE If you expect to have fun with your family like we did, prepare to be disappointed. Our line malfunctioned all the time,not all pins were lowered and barrier continuously dropped a stayed down. After REPEATED calls to address the problem they still haven't given us a different line. With several lines FREE and more coming by the minute,they had "NOTHING AVAILABLE"... After we demanded a refund, guess what, that was also problematic for these clowns. A cave dweller would of heard about CUSTOMER SERVICE. This mob is on much lower level in my opinion. Don't let them do to your family what they did to us. PayPal refunded us in the end while no communication has been received from these elements

PRICE INCREASE instead of paying $56 its now $70 for an hours games for my daughter and I. I understand its nation wide the price has risen but not doing that. You took away 30 min option too... Bad Customer Service,just told that's $70.We had to ask why the increase after they finished a staff handover meeting with the Manager of the Place. We left for Whitfords I PlaY its cheaper and you get more minutes then the Old reasonable affordable timezone pricing on 30/1hr option. Zero out of 10

Good enough to keep the kids occupied. Laser tag was too full, apparently have to book during school hols now, but bumper tubes were still good. Some new arcade games now operational. Staff friendly enough, even with all the mania around them. Could do with a more streamlined ticket fulfilment setup though. Maybe look at getting machines that can dispense toys / sweets if you swipe rather than having to wait in a queue / mishmash at the front desk.
