A
hidden
gem!
And
I
truly
meant
that.
We
had
a
lovely
time
for
a
special
high
tea,
and
the
staff
made
sure
it
was
memorable!
For
us,
it
was
not
just
the
food,
but
also
the
welcoming
atmosphere.
The
platter
of
savouries
and
sweets
filled
our
tummy,
and
we
top
it
off
with
the
Churros
and
Lavender
Tasting
Plate.
The
younger
girls
love
their
lavender
lemonade!
I
had
expected
that
the
coffee
would
be
prepared
as
how
the
French
would
prepare
it,
but
it
was
surprisingly
tasty
with
no
burned
bitterness
or
the
aftertaste.
The
barista
got
it
right,
and
I
would
have
loved
to
have
another
one.
There
is
the
little
shop
on
the
corner
side,
plenty
of
seating
inside
and
outdoor,
and
great
natural
lighting.
I
would
have
love
to
indulge
in
a
bit
more
of
French
flair,
but
the
decor
is
fine.
Plenty
of
parking
in
front
of
the
bistro,
and
there's
also
an
overflow
area.
Maximum
duration
for
seating
is
two
hours,
and
we
managed
it
well
for
a
high
tea
session.
If
you
have
a
special
occasion
to
celebrate
or
in
the
area
for
a
relaxing
breakfast/brunch/lunch,
do
give
the
Lavender
Bistro
a
try.
You'll
be
welcomed
with
open
arms
and
helpful
advice
to
make
your
visit
very
special.
