the staff and doctors of Jupiter health have always been welcoming and friendly, have always kept me up to date with alerts regarding my appointment times and have been flexible and considerate to my circumstances and have allowed my to reschedule an appointment with no fuss

Pretty bad experience. $77 GAP all for a very quick 15 minute referral to a cardiologist and week long medical certificate, told me to email and request an extension after I had my cardiology appointment only to give me the ring around and tell me to book another $77 consult just to get an extension already promised.

The receptionist’s & Doctors were very easy to get along with & they provided clear instructions for what I needed to do as a first time patient with Jupiter, great experience, I would recommend anyone needing health services to come to Jupiter :)

Went in to see Dr Sanjay Khanna, polite and helpful reception, and the Doctor was direct and clear, used leading questions and listened as I spoke. Very happy :)

Reception is friendly, and doctor is very patient. My daughter gets extremely stressful and unsettled with doctors examination, but doctor Mazlan (my first visit to this place, forgive me if i mistaken my doctor) made it easy and fast for her examination. Definitely recommend this place.

I needed to find a new GP after relocating from the northern Suburbs, Dr Rachel is fantastic. She is non judgmental, open to discussion and able to suggest applicable treatments. The clinic is always clean and friendly and its usually no issue booking an appointment at short notice. The online booking option is also fantastic.

I was very pleased with my appointment at Jupiter Health Warnbro this morning, The lady in reception was lovely and very welcoming to me and doctor Raheleh Hadipour was excellent, I will be returning to this practice.

Very nice practice. I saw the lovely Dr Eunice Ewe for the first time. I found her to be very compassionate and listened to what I had to say instead of me feeling fobbed off . She had sound advice and was thorough and informative. I am very happy to have found her. . Hopefully I have found myself a permanent dr. Admin staff also very nice and friendly.

Worst reception and management experience ever! You try and book an appointment on the phone only to be told the system crashed, spend 10 mins on hold then gave up out of frustration only to be called back later that afternoon to tell me that I had missed my appointment! The person who called back (who I presume was a manager) had a chip on her shoulders and was spoiling for an argument! Stay clear! Check out the 1star reviews, sounds like a reoccurring problem at this practice!

I'm 44 years old and back when I got treatment year's ago.. The medication didn't work for me, so after trying once more few years later I gave up and lived with my illness. Because of advanced technology and better scientific studies, new medications are available that actually work! I'm really happy , I went here because the doctor was able to diagnose me and I learned more about myself. I can sleep now after year's of insomnia! Life is getting alot better! Thankyou Jupiter health!

The appointment time was kept without any waiting. The staff were efficient and friendly. It was our first visit to this facility and it was a very positive experience.

My experience at Jupiter Health, Warnbro, started at the front desk. The girls had beautiful smiles and made me feel very welcome as a first timer there. Polite, articulate and warm. The doctor I saw carried on the caring and welcoming approach. He was thorough, explained what I needed to know and was professional from go to woe. They’re a great team of people.
