Excellent service from the lady. She was helpful, spent time examining my earrings which needed fixed and even took time to see if she was able to fix them. She was also very knowledgeable. I received a call re.the quote which was very reasonable, and a text to inform me the earrings were ready to collect. I am very happy with the service.

Had an extremely poor customer experience, when I went in store to check up on a repair. When I initially dropped off my jewelry, I was quoted a one week time frame and promised a text when it arrived back from the jewelers. 3 days after the time frame I was told had expired, I went in store to check on my repair and was completely fobbed off by the extremely rude sales associate, an older lady with blonde hair. Initially I was ignored as she was chatting with friends and when she did finally acknowledge me, my concerns were COMPLETELY IGNORED. I was told to wait for my text message, but she refused to check any of my contact details or why they had failed to meet the time frame I was told initially. NOT happy at all, and hopefully I get my text message soon so I can NEVER give them any more of my business.
