    When I injured my hamstring last year and was having ongoing issues in the off-season, I didn’t think I was going to be able to play footy again this year. I joined up to JLR and the support they gave me in my hamstring rehab was unbelievable. Harry created a program for me straight away and supported me through every step of the way, providing me with a gym and running program catered to my needs and adapting constantly to the different stages of my rehab. The guys at JLR are awesome and will always check up on you and provide you support with the different exercises in the gym. With their help, I strengthened my hamstring and managed to play footy again, as well as improving my overall strength. The facilities are also amazing and they have absolutely everything you could need. Can’t praise these guys enough!

    Unbelievable injury analysis, recovery and management on 5 years + of lower back pain as a result of multiple bulging discs. The guys at JLR provided the right plan to slowly improve my mobility and strength. After 12 + months the difference is night and day, with what’s now no restriction on the types of movements and exercises I can do. And this is definitely just one of many stories in the gym of incredible injury recoveries. If you need help managing an injury or recovering from anything of any kind, there’s no better recommendation in Perth than Jump Lift Run.

    I joined JLR in the middle my Amateur boxing season, I immediately got put on a program perfectly tailored for my sport, I was competing at the time and felt the immediate effects of my strength and conditioning training in the ring, I felt stronger and more explosive. I’m still continuing with JLR and my program is being updated frequently as I get stronger and learn specific movements. The Coaches put a lot of effort into each client and nobody feels left out, they make sure everyone’s improving and doing movements correctly. Can’t wait to see how I progress with my strength and conditioning and how this will show in the ring.

    Fantastic gym have only been training there a month and have felt so welcomed into the family. Before I officially joined the gym I had been around a few times and it was such a fun and exciting place to be around. Cant wait to see what comes this pre season 🏉

    I started with Jump Lift Run this year to get into S&C for footy and felt welcomed into the family straight away. After injuring my calf in preseason Harry jumped straight into action creating a rehab and return to sport plan. The team was there every step of the way, checking up on me at and away from training and ensuring I was on track to get back on the field. Even now, in post recovery, they are there to ensure I am keeping up with my rehab to prevent recurring injuries. Super grateful for the JLR team for working tirelessly to help me be the best athlete I can be.

    I had continuous hamstring and other soft tissue injuries prior to joining JLR. Since joining, I have not had an injury and have also gained the strength and confidence back in my body.

    Jump Lift Run and JLR physiotherapy were instrumental in getting me back onto the baseball field. They helped me rehab a sesamoid foot injury that I had been dealing with for months. They helped me come back and compete in the National Baseball Championships, and we won. I was able to play every single game of the tournament without a worry, feeling in really good shape. Off the back of this tournament I gained national team selection to compete in the Women’s World Cup. Thanks team JLR!

    Best experience to date for my sport and overall strength & conditioning development. The boys at JLR are very experience and super helpful when it comes to training and hitting goals along injury rehab and prevention programs, I can't praise this facility enough,
