This is actually a really good movie theater! I am amazed how affordable movie tickets are... And for all the new movie releases! They are half price than any other movie theatres... Also they have a good arcade games on the site... It all looks like a nice spot for hangouts for young people but unfortunately, its almost empty on a Saturday night.

Great place to enjoy movie on the recliner lounge and have a relaxing CC and dry. Was so good at first while watching previews fell asleep but woke up and watched movie in comfort. Staff were great as it was a Sunday the two woman had great customer service and that's what makes a good feeling to go to this place

It was a very old cinema but honestly my kids 10 and 14 and myself had a great time. Staff where very friendly and accommodating. There's a little arcade next door which is always a winner with my boys. The prices of there games where very reasonable compared to other arcades. They has a free foosball table which the kids loved as well. Only complaint was the it was a bit uncomfortable in the actual cinema. Will still definitely go back again though. Thank you 😊

Budget friendly movies. If you are a regular movie goer and don't want to spend a lot then this is your place. There are no allocated seat numbers, so first come first serve. Recliners are there if you want to spend bit more and again no allocated seat numbers. Wouldn't mind watching movies here again. Giving 5 star purley based on the pricing .

disgusting behaviour from the united cinemas staff especially the old man from behind the counter. he’s absolutely unbelievable and wouldn’t let me and my friends into a ma15+ movie when we showed him ID, just because it wasn’t a physical copy. he was being absolutely and unreasonable with everything that came out of his large mouth. the attitude and aggression in the work placement is unacceptable and if you want to enjoy a nice movie then do not come here because it is honestly a regretful experience.

I’ve been coming to this cinema for over 10 years and am yet to have a bad experience. The theatres are always very clean even when shining a torch on the seats. Perhaps the best part is the pricing though - super affordable for both movie tickets and the candy bar. Staff are very nice too. It’s been cool to watch the arcade expand over the years and take over the old New Zealand shop next door. Hoping this cinema stays alive for many years to come as it’s certainly worth the drive to visit!

The staff either need to find a different job that they actually want to do, or cheer up. Apart from one more senior member of staff, the rest were children with the appearance of having just been slapped with a wet fish... It doesn't hurt to smile 🙄

awful service. me and my friends came in to watch a movie and had to have ID. we showed our ID and some had digital copies because it did not specify needing a physical copy. not only were they intimidating, but they refused to give a refund on drinks and popcorn after they clearly saw that they were untouched. maybe if you’re going to ask for physical copy then PUT IT SOMEWHERE!! the old man behind came in staring and scaring people saying bluntly ‘if they are with you then you need ID’. as 15 and 16 year olds we felt extremely uncomfortable and targeted. going to ace next time and if you’re wondering about going to united def think twice.
