Highly recommended. We went in to buy a weber barbecue. The prices were competitive but they didn’t have the model we wanted in the shop. The woman who served us (Shandy, I think) recommended that we go to the Weber Shop in Rockingham, which we did. This is not the first time someone at a BCF has pointed us to an alternative shop. Thanks BCF; you have a great customer attitude and for that reason we will continue to go to your shops as a first consideration.

Friendly knowledgable staff ! Bought a 3 room tent and though I had sticker shock because I recall tents being a cheap thing to buy in my long ago youth, the price was fair today. I discovered awfully smelly old used tents on the fb marketplace that cost much more than this new one. Gentleman listened to this old bird whinge about 600 for a tent patiently and smiled as he carried it out to the car. Young gal at the front desk greeted me as I entered and directed me to tents and called staff to meet me there. Wow I wish Bunnings and Big W could have service like this ! In and out with the tent in less than 10 minutes. Got to love that kind of service!

We came here to buy stuff for our upcoming fishing activities with family. Buy some stuff, they have a lot of good products that you can choose to. From fishing outfit, swimming, kayak, sports outfit and more. Great service as well, we are looking to buy some stuff again.
