Good range but in store prices are extortion. Dog food was approx $160 in store before they matched their own online price (through their “Pet Barn” website) of approx $100. Seems they like customers who just walk in and pay off the shelf price. Greencross owns them all.

Got there just before 5pm and they shut the door in my face and turn their back to me! We have a newborn at home and got busy and realised about the dog food a bit late! But still got there in the opening hours! So disappointed with this shop!

I went in to get my son a fish tank. We have never had any sort of pets and so were completely new at this. Kenna helped and gave us some great advice, regarding the tank, the type of fish and how to keep them. A few weeks on and our tank is doing great, my son, and the rest of the family are loving it. Great customer service..... i will only be buying my fish supplies from him in the future.... thanks heaps!!

The specials sent to customers on the loyalty programs help to keep the price down on regular feeding and care items for your pets. Well worth signing up and saving some money for a treat for your furry, finned or scaley family members.

I’ve always experienced great customer service here and good advice for my pets. Today I was given fantastic advice by Courtney who analyzed all the worming/flea products to find what was best suited to my puppy. I was also offered a price match which made everything far more affordable. I will be back for sure :)

Great variety in fish and helpful customer service. The prices are very reasonable (Approx $80 for Large Dog Food) and I would always recommend someone to shop here.

Just some advice to customer, before shopping, go online and check their products prices, you Will find that for some items they have 3 different prices the normal price the members price and the online price, today I saved about $15 , With the online price which is cheaper, tell them or you won't get the savings, To be honest I don't know if this is legal ?
