Dont build into an area with stockland. They will sell you a dream on plans but what you dont realise is that it will take them about 10yrs to make that dream come to fruition. So in the meantime other areas will receive infrastructure (ie. shops, schools, beach access) much sooner than your area. By this stage you become so fed up with your area, wanting to move elsewhere but because of no infrastructure, no-one will want to buy your property, thus forcing u to make your home a rental. This will in turn make your area a high rental area....THIS IS WHAT STOCKLAND CAN DO FOR YOU!

I have lived in Amberton for 3 years now. There is a great community spirit and I have the most amazing neighbours. The staff within the Sales Office are always so helpful. I have nothing but praise for Stockland in helping to develop our community.

Lived in Amberton for nearly 3 years. Awesome place to live with a great community spirit and fantastic neighbors. Nearly bought in shorehaven but so glad we choose Amberton, with the beach access and cafe opening soon not to mensoin the enclosed dog exercise area. Big thank you to Stockland who really do listen to what the community says and wants.

Peeps always park in cul-de-sac making it very hard to turn around and they park there even when there is plenty of allocated bays empty very hard to deliver goods in truck
