UPDATE
06/2022
It
is
always
a
pleasure
to
dine
here,
the
quality
has
remained
unchanged
even
after
many
years!
Unfortunately
they
no
longer
make
pizza,
which
is
a
problem
if
someone
doesn't
eat
lamb
when
going
with
friends.
The
family
management
is
unchanged
and
it's
good,
it
was
great
before
and
still
is!
The
only
difference
I
found
was
in
the
cold
cuts
platter
which
seemed
a
bit
low
for
its
cost
...
I
hope
to
come
back
soon!!
FIRST
REVIEW
2017:
This
pizza
restaurant
is
truly
a
place
to
try!
I
learned
about
it
by
word
of
mouth
and
I
must
say
that
it
far
exceeded
expectations!
I
think
it
has
been
open
for
1
year,
no
more,
it
offers
typical
Abruzzese
cuisine,
the
best
Abruzzo
cuisine!
It
is
managed
entirely
by
family,
all
very
kind
and
cordial,
everything
is
made
by
them,
from
the
bread
to
the
lamb
kebabs
(they
get
the
Abruzzo
meat
and
prepare
every
single
skewer
by
hand)
up
to
the
chocolate
cake
cooked
in
moment
(12
minute
wait).
Here's
what
I
tasted:
STARTER
-
Salami
(raw
ham,
different
types
of
salami)
-
Bruschette
(lard,
olive
paté,
eggs
and
peppers,
tomatoes),
-
Fried
scones
with
raw
ham
(2
for
each
portion,
I
was
told
they
were
more
or
less
like
fried
dumplings
but
in
reality
they
are
much
larger,
they
fill
a
lot!)
-
A
plate
of
cheese
(niche,
a
little
expensive
but
excellent)
with
truffle
jams
and
honey
FIRST
-
A
very
special
first
course,
fresh
pasta
(Sagne
Abruzzesi)
such
as
rather
large
and
thick
fettuccine
strictly
made
by
them
topped
with
truffles,
porcini
mushrooms
and
walnuts
(very
good,
I'm
still
licking
my
lips
just
thinking
about
it)
ACCORDING
TO
-
Grilled
lamb
skewers
(sold
individually,
I
only
ate
8
because
I
was
bursting!)
SIDE
DISH
-
French
fries
(I
haven't
tasted
them
but
they
said
they
were
good!)
SWEET
-
Chocolate
cake
(with
warm
dark
chocolate
heart)
with
vanilla
ice
cream
(I
tasted
this,
I
didn't
order
it
...
but
it
was
delicious
!!)
CONCLUSION
Taken
by
the
urge
to
try
something
new
we
exaggerated
a
little,
but
everything
and
I
repeat
everything
was
really
good!
We
will
certainly
return
to
taste
other
dishes
in
a
more
targeted
way
(and
we
will
certainly
eat
the
arrosticini
again,
they
are
one
leads
to
another!)
Including
the
dessert
made
on
a
pizza
base
(made
in
focaccia)
with
ricotta,
white
chocolate
flakes
and
black
with
rum
sprinkled
on
at
the
time
using
a
vaporizer
....
I
highly
recommend
it!
..
I
forgot,
average
price
in
8
we
spent
€
29
each,
but
including
water
(I
think
at
least
5
bottles)
and
house
wine
...
and
I
repeat,
we
exaggerated
with
the
quantities!

AGGIORNAMENTO
06/2022
È
sempre
un
piacere
cenare
qui,
la
qualità
è
invariata
anche
a
distanza
di
anni!
Purtroppo
non
fanno
più
la
pizza,
il
che
é
un
problema
se
andando
in
compagnia
qualcuno
non
mangia
agnello.
La
conduzione
familiare
é
invariata
ed
è
un
bene,
era
ottima
prima
e
lo
è
ancora!
L'unica
differenza
l'ho
trovata
nel
tagliere
di
salumi
che
mi
è
sembrata
un
po
risicata
per
il
suo
costo…
Spero
di
tornarci
presto!!
PRIMA
RECENSIONE
2017:
Questo
ristorante
pizzeria
è
veramente
un
posto
da
provare!
Ne
sono
venuto
a
conoscenza
per
passaparola
e
devo
dire
che
ha
superato
di
gran
lunga
le
aspettative!
Credo
sia
aperto
da
1
anno,
non
di
più,
offre
cucina
tipica
Abruzzese,
la
migliore
cucina
abruzzese!
E'
gestito
interamente
a
conduzione
familiare,
tutti
molto
gentili
e
cordiali,
ogni
cosa
è
fatta
da
loro,
dal
pane
agli
arrosticini
di
agnello
(fanno
arrivare
la
carne
abruzzese
e
preparano
a
mano
ogni
singolo
spiedino)
sino
ad
arrivare
al
tortino
al
cioccolato
cotto
al
momento
(12
minuti
di
attesa).
Ecco
cosa
ho
assaggiato:
ANTIPASTO
-
Salumi
(prosciutto
crudo,
diverse
tipologie
di
salame
)
-
Bruschette
(lardo,
paté
olive,
uova
e
peperoni,
pomodori),
-
Focaccine
fritte
con
prosciutto
crudo
(2
per
ogni
porzione,
mi
avevano
detto
che
erano
più
o
meno
come
lo
gnocco
fritto
ma
in
realtà
sono
ben
più
grandi,
riempiono
non
poco!)
-
Un
piatto
di
formaggio
(di
nicchia,
un
po
costoso
ma
ottimo)
con
marmellate
e
miele
al
tartufo
PRIMO
-
Un
primo
piatto
davvero
particolare,
pasta
fresca
(Sagne
Abruzzesi)
tipo
fettuccine
piuttosto
grandi
e
spesse
rigorosamente
fatta
da
loro
condita
con
tartufo,porcini
e
noci
(buonissima,
mi
sto
ancora
leccando
i
baffi
al
solo
pensiero)
SECONDO
-
Arrosticini
di
agnello
cotti
alla
brace
(venduti
singolarmente,
ne
ho
mangiati
solo
8
perchè
stavo
scoppiando!)
CONTORNO
-
Patatine
fritte
(non
le
ho
assaggiate
ma
dicevano
che
erano
buone!)
DOLCE
-
Tortino
al
cioccolato
(con
cuore
caldo
di
cioccolato
fondente)
con
gelato
alla
vaniglia
(questo
l'ho
assaggiato,
non
l'ho
ordinato
io...
ma
era
buonissimo!!)
CONCLUSIONE
Presi
dalla
foga
di
provare
qualcosa
di
nuovo
abbiamo
un
po
esagerato,
ma
tutto
e
ripeto
tutto
era
proprio
buono!
Ci
torneremo
sicuramente
per
degustare
in
modo
più
mirato
altri
piatti
(e
sicuramente
mangeremo
ancora
gli
arrosticini,
sono
uno
tira
l'altro!)
fra
cui
il
dolce
fatto
su
base
della
pizza
(fatta
a
focaccia)
con
sopra
ricotta,
scaglie
di
cioccolato
bianco
e
nero
con
rum
spruzzato
su
al
momento
usando
un
vaporizzatore....
Lo
consiglio
vivamente!
..dimenticavo,
prezzo
nella
media
in
8
abbiamo
speso
29€
a
testa,
ma
compreso
di
acqua
(credo
almeno
5
bottiglie)
e
vino
della
casa...
e
ripeto,
abbiamo
esagerato
con
le
quantità!!
