This location needs a bit of work ngl. Their chow mein has no flavor and is quite dry compared to any other location I've been to. It seems something is always broken (not the workers' fault) and they skimp you on your main course if you go through the drive thru (is the worker's fault) which is annoying when I'm paying over $10 for barely anything. I was so excited to have a panda Express in my town, but now I'm just so disappointed.

Poor customer service, ordered online for 11:30am got there and was a 15 minute wait while they assist others and they didn't have my order ready. I won't be back they lost a customer.

Unfortunately they stopped allowing you to get samples to see if you like a certain dish or not before ordering. (Or to see how fresh something is if you come in to eat at say..2pm) I thought that was a nice perk to the restaurant before and I hope they bring it back. We enjoyed our meals of orange chicken with noodles, beef and broccoli, chicken and green beans with veggies.

It is nothing to call home about except to ask for more money. 1st time ever trying it. I did drive threw. I knew NOTHING about it but Chinese food. I spent almost 12 bucks for 1 egg roll 2 sping rolls 3 crab rangoon and a side of beef and broccoli that was the size of a toddlers play toy. It had 3 tough and small pieces of beef. Taste was okay at best. The crab rangoon had no crab or fake crab or even the slightest taste of crab, just cream cheese and spices. Sping rolls were good with a flaky crust. The egg roll was edible. Save your money and go get something else. Learn from me and do not go here expecting Chinese food or anything that taste like it. Now I know why there was one car besides me in the drive threw at lunch time.

Good for a Chinese chain restaurant. The atmosphere is pretty much typical fast food but the staff is quick and polite. The food is also good

Normally I don’t have a problem with this location, but tonight sealed the deal for me with Panda Express altogether. I get to the drive thru window and two of the employees were arguing instead of taking care of the customers. It took about a minute and a half before one other employee came to the window and gave me my food. I got a BOGO free plate one with chow mein, honey (premium item) and one with two different sides of chicken. The honey walnut shrimp was terrible. I took one bite and spit it out. It was mushy and cold. The portion size was not great for it being a premium item. The chicken one, the teriyaki one was ok, but the chicken with the green beans was cold. Portion size was ok. Also, I had a piece of plastic in the chow mein. How appetizing… and no fortune cookies. I would’ve returned both, but that another 15 min drive, making my overall trip to and from Panda Express an hour drive on an empty stomach. The Peoria location is no better. They have become one in the same and I most definitely will not be back to any of the Panda Express restaurants.

I got food poisoning from here today. I ordered the original orange chicken with low main and 2 spring rolls. While I was eating it I bit into a piece of chicken that tasted foul so I spit it out. About 45 minutes to an hour later I was violently throwing up everywhere and still eight hours later I am still sick. I will never eat at a Panda Express again.

The kung pao chicken , orange chicken and honey sesame was about a Tbsp each and didn't taste fully cooked. The rice was dry and 3/4 the normal amount. Was not an enjoyable meal. yuk

First time I’ve ever had an issue here. So many to go orders on the line, not one person waited on us as we stood there. Out of close to everything & an 8 minute wait on rangoons. Sucks when you have a taste for something & have to turn around & walk out because of terrible customer service.

I went to the Panda Express in the Levee District for dinner about 2 weeks ago, my plan was to use the drive-thru. However, after pulling into the lot I could see there were numerous cars backed up so I decided to go inside. The first thing I noticed was how clean the restaurant was, the second thing was how well the employees behind the counter were working together. It was clear they were incredibly busy, but they were all hustling and getting it done! The manager was out in the dining room, helping where necessary and cleaning/wiping down surfaces. Talk about a well-oiled machine! The staff was very polite when I walked in and got my order filled very quickly, considering how many drive-thru orders they were also handling. At a time when the country seems to be drowning in people who don't want to work or, for those that do, take almost no pride in their jobs, it was incredibly refreshing!

WOW! I really like Panda Express and have always thought they all act very kind and upbeat. But tonight, they really shined. They were busier than I've ever seen and I even had to wait quite a while for orange chicken because of how busy they were. They were all very focused on keeping orders straight and we're way more professional, calm and collected rather than upbeat. I definitely have to give them props for staying so cool under the pressure they were experiencing tonight. Food was still very good and I'll always wait patiently for their service.

Lady taking orders at drive thru interrupted me twice to ask what side I wanted and then didn’t even get my order right. I repeated what I wanted multiple times and she still couldn’t even ring it up right. I suggest making the drive to the Peoria location instead of this one. I always have issues with getting the right food when I come to the EP one.

If you want to wait 20+ minutes in 2 lines while they take someone's order, and then them NOT tell you the total of your order when they get done with you youre in the right place. We could of took the 10min trip to East peoria and got food faster. If you're going to have 2 lanes make sure you have 2 people to take the order. Terrible

They forgot about us . Stood there for 40 mins waiting inside. Got food home, they forgot 1/2 my daughters food and my few pieces of beef with 100 broccoli taste like garbage. I Do NOT recommend or will I return. Very unhappy customer. This was the new pekin store.....

Always good. Nice staff. A little pricey for lunch but I get dinner there more so.

  • 3/5 Don L. 1 year ago on Google
12 dollars for what would be under normal circumstances be an appetizer. Just a little much in my humble opinion. Could gone to Pekin and had the buffet for what this cost. My first time dinning here . Also you only get a freebie if your review is complimentary to the highest it seems. Guess they only think they are great in my opinion.

So I planned on putting reciept on here literally just left here and have came to panda all my life only place I go for Chinese. I love it my husband tollerates it for me. And we just left there get the same we always get I get orange chicken bowl fried rice. He gets double orange plate friend rice. Couple months ago we went they gave him his plate and his side of double orange in a separate container which they have always don. Well past 2 times they haven't gave us our double chicken. First time thought it was just careless mistake. But no. They straight charged us for our 2x chicken twice now and it literally is the same amount as my single chicken there's no way around it both times we payed double chicken and got single chicken. Not even 1 1/2 . No just one serving. Was going to bring it back and demand my second orange but my husband is so over that place that he literally said I'm not dealing with them now or EVER again. All because we have payed twice now for double orange chicken on reciept and all and only get one serving. I could see if it happens once. But more than that just employees not paying attention or just don't care.

It's just questionable chicken I can overcook chicken at home and it's not chewy and tough as that chicken was and the sauce is very sweet as of its a cover up the rice was ok and its a cool enviorment that day. My kid didn't like it and she loves chicken especially sweet chicken

The food is quite good and after several years of picking up food from here I can say it is of consistent good quality. (Get the walnut shrimp, it's awesome) Best of all from what I have experienced the staff has been performing exceptionally well even under pressure during high traffic orders. THEY make this place awesome. My only real issue I have ever had is the front door sticks due to wind conditions.

Probably the worst drive-thru ever. Don't try to get through it with anything bigger than an SUV or you will be driving over curbs

90% white rice with 6 pieces of battered shrimp + small drink = $ 11.xx. WAY overpriced for the serving size. 1st time there, last time there. I will not be back. I'm actually surprised that they stay open with so many other options in the area.

I've always loved this place, they have awesome food & the service has always been pretty decent.

They're quite rude. They don't speak English or understand it. 2 people in the car and they give me half of what I ordered then the lady wants to argue with me telling me I'm wrong. Needless to say I didn't get what I ordered. Thanks for the 5pieces of shrimp on a plate order..idiots

Twice I have gone at 9:30 and they turned me away because they were closing, yet they don’t close till 10. I drove up to the speaker and they say they don’t have much food left because they’re closing. They are losing customers by turning them away so early in the night. If you say you’re open till 10, they should serve food till then.

Ordered a plate and got sweet fire chicken breast for one of the entrees, this is all I got. Literally 4 pieces of chicken. I’ve ordered the same before and have never gotten so little for the entree.
